We have expanded the former granary under the roof of the old customs castle: 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 combined kitchen/living room, ideally suited for a cozy stay with a historic ambiance. The flower corner in the courtyard with table and benches is also at your disposal. The city, park and pier are within walking distance. The apartment is located in a detached family house with a semi-detached apartment at the altitude of Lahnstein. The 1,500 sqm hillside plot offers a breathtaking view of the Rhine valley and Stolzenfels Castle. Despite its quiet location, it is only 900 m walk to the centre of Lahnstein, and the bus stops are just a 2-minute walk away. A total of 105 m² of living space is available (2 bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, hallway, utility room, terrace).

Since I rarely use the apartment myself, I now offer it as a vacation rental. Therefore, the apartment is fully equipped. In the winter, it is cozy in the large living area and in summer the covered balcony and the sun terrace invites you to linger. Highlight in the summer is the outdoor sleeping area on the balcony.

We welcome you to Villa Rosa! Our Villa Rosa is located at the foot of the Ruppertsklamm directly on the Lahn. We are a house community and there is a lot of life under our roof - 9 people, 3 cats as well as a dog share the grounds. The old mansion was formerly part of the turn-of-the-century factory next door. For a good 10 years, we have been living and working together in the house and look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

The well-known hiking trail Rheinsteig passes only 50 m from the Fereienwohnung. We offer a bright, friendly apartment with living room (TV, radio and a sofa bed), bedroom, kitchen, shower room. Internet access via WiFi is possible on request. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
