A great place to get that kampung feel - river, chicken, lizard, a small pond, fishing. Private place, the house is just right for us, a family of 7. The kitchen facilities allow us to cook simple meal.

The accommodation was incredibly spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged—everyone had enough room to relax and unwind comfortably and a good night's sleep. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The amenities were excellent—fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, clean bathrooms, and even little touches that made our stay extra special. Highly recommend this place for any large group or family looking for a stress-free, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

The homestay is incredibly spacious and cozy, perfect for a relaxing getaway. With 4 well-furnished rooms, it comfortably accommodates a big group — ideal for family gatherings, weddings, or trips with friends. Facilities are fully equipped — complete kitchen setup. Everyone had something to enjoy, whether it was chilling in the common area or playing games together. We stayed here for 2 days, and it felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended if you're looking for a clean, comfy, and well-thought-out space for your next group trip! Jason and his mom were very responsive and helpful ❤️

It was a real gem. All my 11 family members (including myself) was so pleased with the stay. Thoughtful touches like a kids room with a slide and even step stools for children! Clean and fuss free check in and out. Highly recommend!

The cleanest, quiet location. All things are perfect, except feel small thing to take note: 1. Aircon take some time get cold. 2. Limited entertainment. All done using PC and mouse (this part instruction might need improvement) 3. Neighbour burn incense too much at morning, until smoky had to shutdown window. But not big deal since whole house is Aircon 4. Got 1 room is without ceiling fan. Just u need turn Aircon cooler The stay is one of the best in term of cleanest, completeness of offering, extremely friendly host, and comfort of bed, chair. Overall enjoy so much. Thx

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Helen's place! We went on an impromptu trip to Ipoh after a busy work period to unwind and find some peace and everything was what we hoped for. The homestay was a quiet respite from the city center of Ipoh, but it was not difficult or far to get to the happening places in town. It was also very close to a slew of coffeeshops which offered all the local fare one hopes to find in Ipoh. The rooms were comfortable and very clean and most importantly, comfortable. We all slept very well every night, and the AC was such a relief from the heat. The bathroom was great too, with adjustable water pressure and temperature. The living room area was spacious as well, giving us a lot of room to organize ourselves. Walking out of the gate every day and seeing mountains just beyond the houses is such a nice sight for us Singaporeans. There's also a beautiful collection of flowers and plants at the front yard. Overall, 10/10 recommend!!

I had 1 night stay with my Family overall it was good experience, the place very clean and tidy . Just 1 thing it will better if they could provide Filter water. other then that all good. will definitely come again

Very2 clean and peaceful . Facilities are complete . Most important im very happy because this place have give detergent for washing machine , many time i go to homestay they not give us that . we need to buy ourselves . So i and my family very happy to stay here because very clean nice and the host also give us clear details for check in .. Will repeat !

Nick, is a really good host ! He gave me all the information I needed. The apartment is spotless and 100% clean. There's a mall within 10 minutes walk, where you can find a supermarket with good prices. Even tough is not close to downtown Ipoh, you get around really easy by taking Grab or InDrive, so be sure to download the apps, before getting to Malaysia. I would say, there's no need to be in downtown Ipoh to see the city and surroundings, so therefore this place suited me well.

Super clean, had comprehensive amenities and the beds are comfortable for a good nights sleep. Good water pressure for showering too, which is better than the other airbnbs in the same building.

Nice and clean place to stay. Everything is provided, so no need to worry, suitable for family members to stay. The place is near to the restaurants, mart and etc. Host is responsive and fast reply when asking problem. Thank you

My first experience staying in Majestic Tower: 1. Very friendly host & helpful with non-touristy food outlet recommendations. 2. One of the cleanest houses I've stayed so far with nice mountain view! Love the cute personal touches & nice feature lightings. Netflix is good too for a few hours of binging at night. 3. Walkable to nearby restaurants, snack shops & mini markets. But be careful walking after dark since very minimal lighting in the area. 4. Very fresh smelling towels, quality bed linen & pillows. Plus point is the King bed in each room (but without bedside tables due to limited space). 5. Easy to Grab around, secure access to the lift, lobby & mailbox. Decent neighbours & peaceful at night. Highly recommended eventhough at a higher price point during school holiday.

Apartment was clean and well equiped. Only down side was that the pool was closed because of maintenance, but obviously not something the host can do about.

Overall nice place for a family stay in Ipoh. Smooth check in process, clean spacious unit and great access to central attractions in Ipoh town. Very slight noise pollution from the nearby bars/KTV lounges but partly expected given the central location. Was not loud enough to keep my family and I up though. Highly recommended accommodation and host

We had a great stay here. Super clean house and bathroom. Kids corner also my kids enjoyed. Quite place. Check in and check out procedure was very easy and Cui Hing gave very clear instruction. Will come back again this place if we come to Ipoh.

Very good place. I stayed here for one month and had great emotions. There are many cafes and restaurants near this accommodation. 7/11 is 2 min walking, Ipoh Parade is just 7 min by car or 15-20 min by feet. ACs cooling well, pool is ok if you follow their rules of clothes wear, kitchen has a lot of things The thing was there were no vacuum cleaner but when I asked the lovely hosts I have been provided with it, so I could clean the apartment better Thank you!
