Big house and so clean

Host was nice and friendly. The instruction provided was clear and concise regarding the accommodation. Place is clean and setup in a nice layout. House is located in a peaceful neighbourhood and easy to find. 24 Hr convenience store is a short 5 minutes walk.

Beautifully decorated house, clean and cozy and comfortable, well equipped with devices like air purifier, vacuum cleaner and water dispenser, quiet neighborhood, the only con is you need to travel out by car for meals.

I like the house very much as it feels like home to me. Near to the town. Got many choices of foods to taste there.

Loved it. Everything was so neat and organized. Would definitely recommend this to anyone going to Ipoh. Ample space, very comfortable bedding. Kitchen is well stocked with basics. Amenities are clearly labeled. Had a pleasant stay.

Suphy was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always responding promptly to our inquiries. The accommodation is conveniently located within walking distance of Gerbang Malam. Please be aware that there is a nearby street with several funeral-related businesses, which some guests may find sensitive—those who are concerned can easily take an alternative route. The building itself is very secure, with card access required for both entry and exit; I would rate the security a full 10 out of 10. The view from the unit is also wonderful, offering a peaceful way to enjoy the scenic beauty of Ipoh.

Love this place so much! Same goes for my family. Dennis is a good and responsive host. His house is very clean—feels like home sweet home. You can see he put a lot of thought and care into his homestay. Dennis prepared a lot of free F&B (eggs, cup noodles, coffee, tea, Milo, milk, etc). We loved the balcony the most—very comfortable! Had breakfast there every morning with what he provided. If got Jam, it would be perfect! Really appreciate he gave freeze-dried coffee and not 3-in-1—nice touch! Living room has 2 sofas—one of them is moderately firm, good for sleeping. Two bedrooms: master room fits 3–4 people and smaller room fits 2 and comes with a balcony. The bathroom is clean, and shampoo is provided. Water pressure is strong, and the water is hot. The TV is large but only supports YouTube, unless you have a Netflix account to log in. Parking is convenient, just in front of the house and no need to wait for the lift—very convenient! Overall, an excellent stay. Thanks again!

I would like to rate 10 out of 5 for this stay! The house is very clean as it’s taken care by the host’s mum. The place is beautiful as it’s surrounded by mountains. It’s an ideal stay for people who wanna relax their minds. Our host is very friendly, too. We will definitely choose to stay here again in future!

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay! We came for our honeymoon. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. The unit itself was clean, complete with all the essentials, and very comfortable for a relaxing stay. The bed decoration was nicely done. It is incredibly convenient with Watsons, 7-Eleven, and a supermarket right on the ground floor. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, making everything more enjoyable. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which added to the overall great experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and cozy place to stay!

Nick, is a really good host ! He gave me all the information I needed. The apartment is spotless and 100% clean. There's a mall within 10 minutes walk, where you can find a supermarket with good prices. Even tough is not close to downtown Ipoh, you get around really easy by taking Grab or InDrive, so be sure to download the apps, before getting to Malaysia. I would say, there's no need to be in downtown Ipoh to see the city and surroundings, so therefore this place suited me well.

Great stay. Activities all within walking distance (as per described in the listing) Host was friendly & responsive. Had some issues with noisy neighbours (other Airbnb stayers) making lots of noise till midnight & host helped to inform the security & immediately took action. Nice view overseeing sunrise & enjoying the breeze & nature sounds

Fridge, microwave and basic utensils are provided . Iron and hair dryer function well . Strategic location for those who want to food hunting . The guard also kind . Car park also easy access . Overall nice place for a family stay in Ipoh. Smooth check in process, clean spacious unit and great access to central attractions in Ipoh town. Very slight noise pollution from the nearby bars/KTV lounges but partly expected given the central location. Was not loud enough to keep my family and I up though. Highly recommended accommodation and host

Good location close to Aeon Kinta. Very quiet, secure, and amber parking. Couple minor improvements; the dinner chairs could do with seat cushions to stop sliding and soften the sitting. Instructions on how to operate the TV and entertainment unit would be useful. All glass doors should have some safety indications to identify they are glass to prevent people from walking into them.

We had a great stay here. Super clean house and bathroom. Kids corner also my kids enjoyed. Quite place. Check in and check out procedure was very easy and Cui Hing gave very clear instruction. Will come back again this place if we come to Ipoh.

Very attentive host, clear and fast communication :) Good location with restaurant and supermarket in the building and one Tea Valley just across the street. A car is advisable in the region and I would recommend staying here!
