This place was absolutely perfect with Spectacular views just steps from the water. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. We loved having breakfast and dinner on the lanai overlooking the water. You just can’t beat the tranquil view of the pacific. Our host Dee was super helpful and very responsive. The description and photos in the listing were 100% accurate. The property itself was immaculate and quiet. Location wise, you can’t beat this place. Walking distance to multiple good food places and the main highway easily accessible. Inside the unit, Everything was very clean, easily accessible with Laminated Instructions for the fans, air conditioning, coffee pot were all conveniently located. Beach chairs, towels, noodles, snorkel gear were all provided and good condition. All in all you can’t beat this place and we would 100% book here again.

Couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to stay for a few days on Maui - the space itself is incredible, feels very luxurious and has an amazing view. The location is just as amazing, just a few steps from the best beach I’ve ever been to. Can’t wait to stay here again!!

Melissa's place in Kapalua delivered exactly what was promised. The location is perfect for exploring this beautiful area of Maui, and the property matched the listing description completely. Melissa was excellent to work with - she responded quickly to messages and kept communication clear throughout our stay. Kapalua is an incredible spot on the island, and this rental gave us the ideal base to enjoy everything the area offers. We'd definitely book with Melissa again.

When searching for a nice place to stay sight unseen, especially after such a loss to the community, we were pleasantly surprised. We wanted something private yet still in the heart of the activity for our wedding and honeymoon. Maui is breathtaking, and the views from the balcony were incredible. Every day, we could see sea turtles in the water from our private beach, and we were even greeted by a few that spent the night on the beach during our stay. The space was fantastic, and the bed was really comfortable. It was also conveniently close to necessities like the ABC store and a few shopping centers. Heidi was very prompt when we reported a minor issue, and she resolved it quickly while keeping us updated throughout the process. Thank you for hosting us! We will definitely be recommending this spot to all our friends and family, and we hope to visit again sometime!

We cannot say enough good things about staying here. We have been to Maui many times over the years, and this was by far the best condo we have stayed in. First off, the view was amazing. Every morning we would drink our coffee on the lanai and watch the outrigger canoes practicing. Evenings we would take long walks on the beach right from our condo. Location is centrally located to everything. Walk down the beach a little ways and you would find an ABC store, produce stand, bakery and shaved ice. There is also a deli downstairs. The condo was very clean and stocked with absolutely everything you would ever need, including laundry detergent, shampoo, phone chargers, etc. Anything you forgot to pack, they had. We will definitely be renting this condo again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Great stay, highly recommend. It is probably the best stocked airbnb I’ve ever been to. Anything you need for the beach, for snorkeling, a crib for your baby, aloe for when you get a sunburn, spinning bike to work out…It’s all there! The lanai was especially helpful for keeping twin toddlers contained. Also, amazing sunset view! The only thing to note is that the pool area is a little small and in the parking lot behind the building - if you want to spend a lot of your vacation lounging by the pool, this could be a detractor. Other than that, food trucks are right behind the building and the grocery store is down the street. Very convenient!

Our stay at Cynthia's little slice of heaven was absolutely incredible. The condo is in a great location for things to do. The views from the condo are breathtaking, and the beach at the Sands of Kahana is perfect. There is a turtle family living out there in the bay that liked to swim close to the shore. The condo itself was better than described. It was well appointed and very comfortable. It was everything we needed and more for a great family vacation. Thank you Cynthia for your hospitality.

The perfect spot to stay for an adventure filled Maui vacation. It is centrally located on the island where there are multiple food trucks, restaurants, and a grocery store in walking distance. The place is at an intersection of 2 somewhat busy streets but the street traffic was not heard inside. The apartment owner has a big map of Maui hanging up with about 20 suggested locations to visit which we found to be very useful as we did a 5-day self-guided tour of the island. I would stay here again for future Maui vacations.

Misti was a wonderful host. Very responsive to any questions or queries we had. Great location with many amenities and restaurants within a short walking distance. And the King bed was quite comfortable and greatly appreciated. Most 1 bd/1ba condos on Maui utilize a queen size bed for some reason. Would book again anytime

Beautiful place and area. Right on the beach, which was amazing. Lots of towels, no need to bring your own shampoo, etc. as those are provided. Well stocked kitchen too. Beach chairs, etc. were also provided. Great trip! We will be back!

this is the best Airbnb on the island! amazing neighborhood close to everything! it felt safe and had a hometown feel. everyone was so friendly. the place itself had everything we needed and the view was incredible! much better than the picture! when our host realized we didn't have beach towels he made sure some were delivered and we were thrilled to come back and see like 6 brand new thick beach towels!! having the washer and dryer in the unit made things so easy too! can't say enough great things about this place and the hosts ! we will be booking here for our next trip! 10/10 recommend!

Gary's place is beautiful! The description on the listing does not do it justice. The Nanea is a dream resort with everything you need. I would stay here again, without hesitation.

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

We stayed from June 5-12 and saw soooo many sea turtles from the lanai. Not sure if you can see them year round or just during this time, but it was a real highlight for us! We loved the 5th floor view, both rooms are very comfortable and accommodated two couples well. They have three AC units in the apartment that made it comfortable to sleep at night without getting too hot. The complex has a heated pool that is open until 9PM and scarcely used by others during our visit. They also had beach essentials like folding chairs, a cooler, umbrella, and towels that made our beach trips luxurious! We will definitely look to rent this place again for our future trips to Maui!

Our stay at the Mahana unit was absolutely incredible! The location was exactly as depicted in the pictures; it was serene, easy to locate, spotless, and had clear instructions. The room was fantastic, and the views from the lanai were simply breathtaking! We could spot the turtles right from our own lanai. It was a lovely touch to have binoculars provided!

We loved our stay, would highly recommend! The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

What a great place to stay! The pool and beach were just right outside, and we loved that we could watch our big kids in the pool from our balcony! Tons of beach supplies (coolers, water shoes, life jackets, boogie boards, snorkels/fins etc) in the front closet, and a big wagon to carry it all in, which was super helpful. We appreciated the blackout curtains in both bedrooms and all the extra blankets and pillows available. The food cart village right in front of the hotel was a big hit. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great and as described in listing and the other great reviews. Condo is great, very neat and as described in the listing. Views are amazing from the condo. Sea turtle spotting is very common. The bay is shallow on the low tide, and you might spot people snorkling. Barbara is a very helpful host. The only complain that I had were winds. For some reason it was always windy there during our stay while ’twas quieter on other places in the island. There is only one convenience shop where you can find good brunch and beer.

We really enjoyed our stay! The floorplan was perfect for our family. Location was great! Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, luau's, etc. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. Having the shuttle service to the beach was amazing! We visited several beaches while we were in Maui, and none of them compared to the beach we had at Martin's place. It was gorgeous, never crowded and great snorkeling! The house was well stocked with the essentials. Beds were very comfy. The condo was clean but could use a deep cleaning. We loved our vacation in Maui and felt right at home at Martin's place.

We visit Maui every year and have found this property to be superb! This was our first time booking through Hawaiin Properties and they absolutely did not disappoint! The condo is beautiful and fully equipped with anything and everything you need for an amazing stay. Whether staying in, spending time in the pool or hanging out at the beach they have you covered! My husband and I will definitely be booking again for next year!
