Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

Great location, loved the scenery and the fact that there was a lot of things to do in that area. Walkable and convenient. Highly recommend this place to stay!

we have stayed at many Airbnbs, and hands down Micky the host has been the best host of them all! He was super easy to communicate with and really just wanted us to have the best time at his place. the location of this condo could not be more perfect for any event at the convention center! Everything is walkable plus your car is safe in the garage. The condo itself has an amazing view with wonderful ocean breezes. it felt very open being a corner condo. Everything was clean and plenty of stuff in the kitchen to make dinner. We would love to stay here again.

Great experience, felt very at home. It was really nice to have someone at the front desk to provide an envelope with a key and to know I was in the right place clearly. Walkable to grocery stores Yoga and of course the conference center and beach. I wanted to extend my stay, but the place was already booked!

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this Airbnb! The studio-style apartment was ideal for a solo traveler—clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed. Every amenity was thoughtfully included and in great condition, from the basics in the kitchen to the comfortable bed and modern bathroom. One of the best parts was having access to the gym and pool just a few doors down—such a convenient and relaxing bonus. Fred and Luna are incredible hosts—responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure guests have the best experience possible. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. I truly felt cared for throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and well-located place to stay, this is it. I’ll definitely be booking with Fred and Luna again in the future. It’s honestly such a beautiful spot – right by the water with ocean views. The place was super clean, cozy, and just perfect for kicking back and relaxing. The host was really friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for a chill, peaceful beach retreat. Would totally come back!

Mindy was SO responsive and helpful. She was flexible when we had a last minute change in plans and super communicative. Honestly just an amazing host. We have stayed in north coast village before and were confused--this time directions and the guide she provided beforehand made everything SUCH a breeze! The place was nicely decorated and in a great location. The beds were also super comfy and my kids slept wonderfully. Overall super cute everything in the condo. I was not expecting all the amenities to be what they were, but Mindy's place had everything you would need and more. Had I paid closer attention to her notes, I would have realized I definitely did not need to pack all the beach stuff I did. We didn't use their items, but it would have made everything easier and I could have packed half as much beforehand. Would definitely recommend this spot and stay again if we're back next year!

Joseph is a great host and the place truly is a tropical paradise with easy access to the beach & downtown Oceanside in walking distance (.5 mi). The property does feel like a hotel but having an “adults only” hot tub is nice to get away from children if you’re wanting that. My friends and I walked to local restaurants and coffee shops each day. The place is very clean and he’s got pretty much everything you could need include extra fans and sound machines if you need some white noise to sleep, which I do so I was pleasantly surprised! Will stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

This is our third year staying at Diana’s condo, and we couldn’t be happier. The location is perfect, the condo itself is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. One of the highlights for us is the stunning view from the balcony. Diana is a fantastic host, always easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions.

The beach was literally within steps! We were looking forward to having a relaxing trip - which we did. I loved that beach chairs and coolers were provided had we needed them. Assigned parking made me feel safe.

From the cool breezes to the sounds of the ocean, from the ocean views to the relaxing atmosphere on the balcony and in the condo, this was a perfect place to be. The decor was wonderful, the home was well stocked and was so clean. The grounds of the property were lovely, such beautiful flowers and foliage everywhere. Dan and Ari were wonderful. They responded quickly to any question we had, and they went far above and beyond to make this a wonderful home away from home.

Really lovely place, beautifully decorated, well thought out and well stocked, would definitely stay here again. Super comfortable, clean, and just as nice as in pix. Love staying at this resort every time, quick easy walk to the harbor village as well as nice walk in beach to downtown shops and restaurants and coffee shops in Oceanside.

We stayed with our three year old and had the best time. This property is beautiful - the grounds are so well kept with flowers, a little river with fish to feed, waterfalls, etc. It was a little paradise! The pool and jacuzzis are amazing, and we had fun playing golf and ping pong, and using the awesome BBQ grill area. The apartment itself was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the kids books, records, tea box etc! Very nice touches! The beds were comfortable and we had no issues with noise even though it is a large building. The property is right by the beach and a short walk from the pier on one side, the harbor on the other. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would come back without hesitation!

I cannot say enough about Leslie and Kaylie. Absolutely everything was perfect. Every I was dotted and t was crossed. Communication with them was amazing. The home was beautiful. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable and at ease! The charming decor and abundant natural light created a cozy atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation easy, and the inviting living area was perfect for relaxation. The location was excellent, with many attractions and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to returning.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was spacious and airy, the beds were comfy and the sauna and hot tub really hit the spot. The pool was also perfect for a “cold plunge” after the sauna (we chose not to heat it). The backyard was a perfect hang out spot and we decided to hang out here instead of going to town. Also enjoyed the local Farmer’s Market. The toilet paper was also super nice!

This is a great little guesthouse! I actually loved the loft bed, made the space feel so much larger than it physically is! Absolutely loved having an actual kitchen setup too for cooking! Not too far from the beach with multiple ways to get there, plus plenty of amenities at "home" when you don't want to go out

Me and the fellas have an annual trip to LA for Summer Game Fest and Jay’s spot was perfect for our trip this year. Clean, spacious, and lots to do in the house. Nice outside space to kick it and the sauna was the frosting on the cake. 10/10 of stay again and again. Jay was always very welcoming and responsive. Don’t walk, RUN to book this spot! Our stay at Megan’s home was truly wonderful. The house had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, both indoors and in the yard, which made us feel comfortable right away. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. Megan was also kind enough to recommend one of her favorite local restaurants, which turned out to be an excellent choice.
