Holiday rentals with a patio in Laguna beach

This has become my new favorite place to stay when I’m there, it was top notch 👍👍

Paraíso de Colon is a very peaceful & relaxing complex. It’s walking distance from the main parts of Sosúa such as Pedro Clisante, playa Alicia & playa Sosúa. My apartment was very clean & enough space for just myself. I would definitely recommend this location as you are pretty much close to everything while still being away from most of the noise.

This was a great vacation because of the peaceful vibe. Its like staying in a lush forest which i loved. Getting there is easy..there is ample security..the pool(s) were great.. I mean its luxury living for a while. Enough restaurants within 3 minutes..grocery store etc. The host was available for my flexible travel plans ..much appreciated!.. Definitely would stay there again..truly amazing

The host and staff were always very helpful from prior to arrival to departure. Always gave quick responses to my questions about the home or area. Everything you need is right there within a block or two. Wonderful Stay!

Frank’s Place was very confortable and his kitchen had pretty well everything needed to stay long term as well. I Loved that Shower !!! Note: missing a Salad/ Pasta Strainer !! He has no Kitchen Table inside , has a counter top with Stools to Have your lunch and supper . Would of been nice if he had a small table with 2 chairs to have supper if space permits, otherwise the other option was to have supper ouyside Balcony wich he had a Nice table with 4 chairs. Note: the bedroom was more like a big double Bed , for 1 person it’s fine but for 2 people, it is a little small. Nite: there was a nice TV but had no câble channels service , you would need your own Apps access for Netflix and other Apps if you are a TV watcher. Besides that i would reccomend Frank’s place Anytime.. Over all , i would definitely go back to Frank’s place if i were by myself again.

Everything is as it looks in the photos, we had a great time. Very cozy space, they leave you the kitchen equipped, I liked that they left me ice, which few Airbnbs do, 101% recommended!

Amazing view and very spacious and clean facility

I cant say enough great things about our recent stay in Sosua at Palm Villa . It was beyond what i was expecting . The Villa was great and equipped with absolutely everything you would ever need and if it wasn't , Lee Anne and her team were able to assist , and help get you what ever it was that you were missing . Lee Anne and her team including cleaning staff were very friendly and attentive . Making sure every step of the way that your stay was going to be amazing . They hooked us up with a local driver during our stay that got us to where we needed to be everyday even if it was just to get groceries and we cant forget our amazing meals that we had cooked for us right in our Villa absolutely amazing 10/10 !!!! Thank you Chef Rosi , Lee Anne , Even and Crew :) You were all OUTSTANDING !!!! I cant wait to come back , hopefully becomes an annual Vacation

The house is stunning, and the neighborhood is equally lovely. It’s a peaceful and tranquil place, exactly as described. Everything was perfect! The pool was amazing! But when we visited, the tree fence around it wasn’t fully grown yet, so it’s a bit too exposed. It’s a gated community, so only the guards passed by. Alicia Beach 🏖️ was great! It’s about 20-25 minutes from the house by car. There are others, similar distances. There was supermarket delivery and you have a Chef available for a fee. Will most likely be back!

This villa in Sosúa is an absolute gem. It’s a gorgeous, spacious three-bedroom home with a private pool that feels like your own personal oasis. Everything was clean, beautifully designed, and exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. The location is unbeatable just five minutes from Sosúa Beach, one of the most iconic and beautiful beaches in the Dominican Republic. A Perfect Getaway – Highly Recommend! I had the pleasure of staying at Sosua Villa, hosted by Alex, and it was truly amazing! The villa is even more stunning than the photos, with thoughtful decor, a great layout, and top-notch amenities. Whether for a large or small group, it’s perfectly designed for a fantastic stay. The views are breathtaking—mountains in the distance from the balcony and rooftop. The hospitality was outstanding! Chef Pablo and Chef Manuel prepared delicious meals with love, and we enjoyed fresh coconuts daily. Carolina, the house manager, ensured we had everything we needed. Our driver, Hector, was prompt and knowledgeable, making travel effortless. The villa is safe, well-located, and near a beautiful beach resort. Alex was super communicative and gave great recommendations. Be sure to visit cabarete to enjoy drinks on the beach and music. Me and my wife had a great time at Elena's place, we enjoyed our stay alot. The check in was easy and Elena and her husband is really friendly and great hosts. 5/5!

Not much to add to the other reviews. The place was amazing,super clean and comfortable and a 2 minute walk to beach which was mostly empty and extremely beautiful.The weather was perfect with strong ocean breeze and the pool was a great addition. The grounds were beautiful and maintained and it’s a little gated community so private and safe. Lastly the hosts were very responsive and flexible and helpful,very relaxed 😎

It's a great place to stay and very spacious and comfortable. Close to beaches, restaurants and all the nightlife. Nick is a an excellent host and the staff at the building are great people and always there to help if you need something. I'll definitely be back, thank for hosting me Nick!

As a frequent traveler to Sosua, I've stayed just about all the nice places but Rob's place is by far the nicest with all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay. If available for my future trips, this is most definitely where I'll be staying. Thanks Rob for being a wonderful host

This airbnb is at a great location in Sosua. It has security around the property 24/7, which makes you feel safe. There is two private pools, and a beach as well. 10/10 would recommend, can’t wait to return.
