Apartment holiday rentals in Laguna beach

Karen’s place was absolutely lovely! The beach was a 2 min walk and she allowed usage of her amazing beach chairs! The other available beaches nearby were lovely, there was a wonderful supermarket a short drive away and Karen’s instructions were clear and she was kind and responsive. It was just what we were looking for for a quick getaway. Would definitely go back.

This place was beyond expectations, here are the Pros and Cons: Pros: you have Ocean Views from the balcony, so the home is on the higher side of the island and that’s how you get breathtaking views of the ocean but not ocean Front. The home is less than 5 minutes drive to the beach which is literally down the street, but we took the car because the kids would be exhausted after surfing. Very safe home and a guard at the gate from 4 pm until the morning, so we would go to sleep knowing all is well. Even though we felt safe from the start due the vibe and warmth of the people who live there 😎 People that live in that condo building or the host which lives close by are just so lucky, this was the most calming experience and eco friendly place I have ever been to! And I have to mention the very pleasant locals and lots lots of international people that made this area their forever home. I will for sure be back with our family, we all fell in love! My stay @ Timothy’s condo was clean & comfortable with Cable TV & A/C in the bedroom only & fans in the living room. His unit is on the 1st floor close to the pool & office. The grounds are immaculate with 24 hour security & friendly accommodating office staff.

I loved Hilarys place, so oraceful and private, just what I was looking for. gorgeous front view..of the ocean. nice surroundings, beautiful foliage. Hilary is such a responsive helpful host. would definitely stay again!!!

The Airbnb was in a great location. The owner communicated well and supported all my needs. The best part was the convenience of the nearby restaurant, pools, and 24-hour security. I highly recommend it—10/10.

What a lovely apartment…, spacious, with a home welcoming feel. If you are a messy person don’t bother because this is a beautifully decorated all white apartment.

Excellent place for those on a budget. Clean and safe. Beautiful grounds and pool. Groundskeeper Manual and administrator Jessica super to deal with and owner Matthew a phone call away if any issues! Apartment is cozy and has all the basics. We enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was even nicer and more spacious than we were anticipating, and felt so homey. Lindsay also made us feel extremely comfortable staying here, always answering in a very quick, helpful, and friendly manor whenever I had to message her about something! The location was so perfect, very close to all necessities, beautiful locations, and amazing food - which Lindsay also shared great recommendations with me for! We loved this airbnb and its location and are honestly envious we don't own a home there ourselves! I would love to return someday that I get the chance to. The apartment has plenty of space and is very secure. Also, the apartment is within walking distance to a very nice Sirena supermarket. I would not consider the apartment to be in downtown Sosua, you will not hear a lot of noise and it will take 2 or 3 more streets of walking/quick driving to get to downtown Sosua.

The apartment looks like the photos and descriptions. The host provided mamy of the essentials for our stay - dish detergent, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. it's about 500 meters to the beach and 900 meters to large super market (jumbo). A typical taxi to get around Puerto Plata is 200 pesos. A ride to the airport should be $20 to $25. Uber works but gives a low fare that is not accepted by most taxi drivers. offer a tip and no problem. Recommended.

Mooi schoon appartement. ruime slaapkamer met ensuite badkamer met een heerlijke douche. Keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, grote koelkast, toaster, wasmachine etcetera. Ruim balkon. Er zijn 2 stembanden en een privéstrand. Centrum en strand op loopafstand. Communicatie met George en Anysa verliep heel soepel. Er werd heel snel gereageerd. Super vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader als je in Sosua wilt verblijven.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis ! Elvira est venue nous chercher a l’aéroport et ensuite elle est venue avec nous à l’épicerie . Elvira est vraiment très serviable et a toujours répondu rapidement à nos besoins . Le site est très beau et calme . Je recommande à tous !!

The condo was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The pool was amazing with easy access to the beautiful Playa Laguna beach. Would recommend having access to a car for getting around.

Very well stocked from the kitchen to bath towels to beach towels! We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful condo! We have stayed multiple times in Seawinds, really liked this two bedroom condo. Would definitely stay again.

Lindísimo el departamento, una vista a la bahía espectacular. Lindísima terraza. Todo excelentemente equipado y de buen gusto. El anfitrión super disponible para todo, incluso ofrece hacer algunas compras de supermercado previas a la llegada para que tengas ya disponible todo. El complejo super seguro, muy bien mantenido, limpio, tranquilo, impecable, muy bien ubicado. Fuimos a practicar wingfoil y el lugar de la bahía es ideal para eso, muy cerca de una escuela espectacular que se llama Gow, así que comodísimo todo, porque si llevas tus equipos en la escuela podés dejar ahí todo. Está muy cerca de varios restaurants a los que podes llegar caminando por la playa. No se necesita para nada auto. Enfrente del complejo también hay un supermercado Janets increíble, tenes todo ahí. Sin dudas volvería, es un departamento espectacular. Ah! y cerca de la Iglesia de Guadalupe también. Para tener en cuenta: algunos turistas quizás no están como para subir 3 pisos por escalera, ojo con eso.

Gran lugar para hospedarse. Recomendado 10/10.

Once again a gem 💎 of a place. Easy and private place to stay at. Solid deal as always, I will continue to return to Sam's place as it is affordable and follows the pace my wife and I have. We are confident in moving around on our own so this place has all the amenities we need! This time around we brought new friends and they enjoyed their stay as well.
