Accommodation located in a recently renovated old farmhouse located in the open countryside on the shores of Lake Trasimeno, where the hills of Umbria harmoniously join Tuscany. This farmhouse is particularly suitable for people who love tranquility, without sacrificing the historical and artistic beauty of the most beautiful Umbrian and Tuscan cities.

A wonderful farmhouse, restored to an exceptionally high standard, furnished with an element of contemporary design, offers comfort and space, extensive gardens, a heated* pool, 2 outdoor dining patios, decking area and incredible views. Set in a great location for those who wish to visit the sights of Tuscany and across into Umbria. All bedrooms have air conditioning*. We have 2 ground floor double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, which are great for guests who do not wish to climb stairs.

Our gorgeous family home is on the Tuscany/Umbria borders and has stunning views over the Tuscan hills and village of Montepulciano. Set in a quiet location, amongst olive & fig trees it is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The house is very spacious with plenty of room inside & out for children to play and adults to unwind. Castiglione and Lake Trasimeno are a 10 minute drive away, with shops, beach, restaurants and children's play areas as well as local ferry access to the lake islands.

Casa Trasimonte is situated on a hill overlooking Lake Trasimeno, in the heart of Italy, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany. The area is characterized by extensive vineyards and olive groves. The medieval villages are among the most beautiful in Italy. In July and August we only rent by the week (from Saturday to Saturday). Check in from 16.00 hrs and check out before 10.00 hrs.
