The Goiano refuge is located in a gated community safely on the shore of Lake Corumbá IV, where it is structured: 1) 2 (two) houses and covered walkway; 2) 2 BBQ grills one large and another furniture (small); 3) 1 wood stove; 4) 1 24m2 swimming pool with solar heating; 5) 1 covered walkway between one house and the other, profiled with net owners to rest; 6) 1 lounge with bar, pool and foosball to distract; 7) 1 quiet nook under a vineyard; 8) 1 kitchen equipped with household utensils, 5 burner gas stove (LPG) and 50L oven, microwave oven, blender, barbecue, freezer, refrigerators, pots and pans, glasses and others. 9) 1 (one) Redário next to the pool; 10) 4 (four) suites located in two rooms and equipped with fans and cabinets, being large with independent entrance/exit, which brings total comfort to the guests. 11) 1 (one) walkway that connects the houses to travel between the rooms involved with a vine and coconut trees, where hammock owners are installed to rest. 12) orchard contains several fruit trees (grape, mango, avocado, acerola, pear, fig, graviola, jabuticaba, persimmon, minutes, seriguela, lemon, banana, cane, mixirica) to enjoy and consume those with fruits, in addition to being able to enjoy and enjoy the view of the wonderful Corumbá Lake. 13) the condominium contains 3 exclusive accesses to Lake Corumbá, 1 of them with a ramp blocked to descend boats; 14) 50m2 hardwood pier. NOTES: A) The refuge has a lush panoramic view of the Lake, where it is surrounded by green, with 3 accesses to the condominium's private LAKE; B) the condominium is safely closed and video-monitoring 24 hours, pier of 50m2, having boat or floating tours (the part - hire on site) to enjoy a walk on the lake or simply take a shower, recharging. C) The Lake provides wonderful sunset.

The space has a grassy area, barbecue area, swimming pool with solar heating. Excellent for the complete rest and leisure of family and friends! It has Wi-Fi internet! There are 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning, 2 of which are en-suites, a large living room, a social bathroom, a gourmet area, a balcony on the upper floor, and an area on the lower floor enclosed in the blindex.

Located on a private farm with exclusive access, 20 minutes from Alexania-Go, the house accommodates 28 people. The house is very large and has 3 en-suites and 6 bedrooms.
