The apartment is beautiful, exactly the same as in the pictures, and very comfortable! It is 15 minutes walking from the busiest part of Montmartre, but it has 2 very close metro stations, which take you to any part of Paris! Christine always attentive and friendly, it was perfect, we loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at this rustic apartment in the heart of the Pigalle neighborhood of Paris. It's on the top floor of a beautiful old building with a balcony running the length of the space that looks out over the street below. The furnishings are comfortable and clean, not anodyne, but personal—for example, charming Buddha statues in the entryway and bathroom—and thoughtfully equipped with clothes washer, heated towel rack, stove, and oven. The shower works particularly well. Its location near Place Pigalle is ideal if you don't mind street noise at night, just steps away from great cafes, bakeries, restaurants and the M2 and M12 Metro lines. The host was professional, responsive, provided clear instructions for check-in anytime, and great local recommendations. A solid choice for anyone looking for real Parisian experience.

It was very good to stay in Isabelle's apartment. Fully furnished with a nice balcony for breakfast in the morning sun. Metro within walking distance, via park to University. Cozy cafes and restaurants on Place de Rungis with eettopper Le Dôme de Rungis. Isabelle was very helpful with instructions, also when driving in and out of the parking garage. A wonderful stay in the 13th of Paris.

It was excellent, the area is very quiet, quiet neighbors. At first, the building gives you the impression of being abandoned, but inside the apartment everything changes. The apartment has the necessary amenities for the stay. My family and I were very happy. Linda recommended a subway app that was super useful, we always arrived at the apartment excellent.

Sweet and very nice apartment. Everything was clean and the check-in and check-out process worked great. The hosts are very kind and very accommodating. They were available to us around the clock for questions and responded very quickly. Even with a small technical problem, they were there within 20 minutes and took care of it. It is a nice apartment in an area next to the river so we had a nice evening walk. There is a large supermarket nearby and it is easy to get into Paris as the RER stop is minutes away by foot. We managed to park outside, as there was a parking space but we got confused looking for a permit when in fact it was a pink fob you needed to open the barrier which had been left in a candle. There were a few things I had to inform the host about who was quick to respond. Hopefully he will get those sorted - hairdryer didn’t work properly and the iron was all burnt on the bottom. Bed was comfy and water left for us which was good. There is no air con so we had a floor fan on to cool down as it was very hot. Overall a good stay.

The apartment is located in a multicultural area, with international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city. Vicent is extremely friendly and was waiting for us to welcome us and help us with our luggage. I must also mention that the apartment is fully furnished. Thank you Vicent for your hospitality

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

By far one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Paris. Albeit just outside city limits, you’re minutes from the metro and the garden view outside the living room and kitchen windows are something I’ll cherish for years to come. Xavier set up the place beautifully, was accommodating and very sweet. Highly highly recommend
