Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen! Super schönes, modern eingerichtetes AirBnB. Zentrale Lage direkt an der Metro. Die Kommunikation mit Meli war sehr unkompliziert. Obwohl sich unsere Ankunft etwas verzögert hat, wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Nur zu empfehlen! :)

O apartamento é lindo, exatamente como nas fotos, e muito confortável! Fica a 15 minutos andando da parte mais movimentada de montmartre, mas tem 2 estações de metrô muito próximas, que te levam a qualquer parte de Paris! Christine sempre atenciosa e simpática, foi perfeito, nós amamos!

Laura's house is great to visit Paris, 1 min from the metro stop, lovely French style apartment. Laura reply to our messages immediately and she worried about heaving all instructions we need. Great option for a short visit of Paris. minor comment: small table if you want to eat at home

Samad ist eine überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Person. Die Beantwortung von Nachrichten erfolgt prompt. Wir wurden sogar bei der Ankunft spontan vor Ort empfangen und alles wurde uns gezeigt. Wir reisten mit zwei Automobilen an und haben in der Tiefgarage zwei Stellplätze zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Viertel. Die S-Bahn-Station ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Weg dauert knapp 10 Minuten. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man wegen des Disneylandes anreisen möchte, denn von dort aus ist es nicht weit bis zu den berühmten Vergnügungen. Eine Station mit der Bahn und man ist direkt vor Ort. Direkt beim Verlassen des Gebäudes gelangt man auf die Straße und sieht dort eine Bäckerei. Die Zimmer waren groß genug. Wir waren fünf Erwachsene und zwei Kinder in der Wohnung. Wir konnten uns frei bewegen. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer. Es wurde insgesamt sehr hohe Zufriedenheit erreicht und eine erneute Buchung wurde in Erwägung gezogen.

Le logement, bien que petit, est très fonctionnel et tout aussi charmant. il est également très bien positionné dans paris et Thomas est très réactif pour répondre aux questions.

Ubytování nás naživo naprosto uchvátilo, na fotkách je krásné, v reálu ještě hezčí. Co nás překvapilo byla terasa, kterou jsme dle fotografií vůbec nečekali a ta teda byla 🤩. Malinkou nevýhodou jsou vrzající hlavní dveře, kdy slyšíte příchod každého nájemníka, nic co by se ale nedalo vyřešit a nějak výrazně by zkazilo náš pobyt. Byt se nachází na hlavní ulici, kdy je sice slyšet venkovní šrumec, ale okenice skvěle utlumí venkovní hluk. Kolem bytu je několik zastávek, takže doprava není problém :). Ve zkratce, ubytovaní předčilo naše očekávání, děkujeme :).

Patrick and Franck's apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay in Paris. Close to 2 major rail stations it is in a diverse neighborhood offering ethic restaurants as well as the traditional brasserie and a very good cafe/ patisserie. It is an easy walk to the Canal St. Martin area and several Metro lines can be found close by. Patrick and Franck had a great list of good places to eat and places to check out waiting for us which we took advantage of. The area and building were quiet at night so no trouble sleeping after a long day of walking. Their apartment is quite modern with up to date appliances and bathroom even though it is in one of the beautiful older buildings in Paris ( built in the 1850s I believe) It was perfect for the two of us. It is a 5th floor walk-up however which we were told about in advance. Patrick and Franck were easy to communicate with, answered our questions quickly and even allowed us to check in earlier than we expected which was a big help. Perfect stay!

Airbnb au top ! Nous nous sentons comme à la maison ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. Surtout lorsqu’on a des enfants en bas âges. Je recommande ce logement. La description est fidèle, très équipés. Mon bébé de 18 mois n’a pas été perturbé et avec les équipements mis à disposition, elle a vécu son séjour comme à la maison. Loïc est un hôte au top ! Très réactif pour répondre à nos questions.

A very large, airy flat. It was easy to find, the host was very helpful and responsive to our enquiries. The beautiful Bella the dog was a great extra!

Estuvo excelente, es muy tranquila la zona, vecinos silenciosos. Al principio el edificio te da la impresión de abandonado pero dentro del departamento cambia todo. El departamento cuenta con las amenidades necesarias para la estancia. Mi familia y yo estuvimos muy felices. Linda nos recomendó un app del metro que fue súper útil, siempre llegamos al departamento excelente.

Nossa viagem foi incrível, e a Françoise contribuiu muito para isso, adoramos o apartamento, a localização por ser próxima a estação do metrô e por ter tudo na frente (mercado, farmácia, padaria, …). As fotos correspondem ao imóvel e a anfitriã muito rápida para responder e muito atenciosa.

Je voudrais remercier infiniment Margo et Mathieu pour ce magnifique appartement. Nous y avons séjourné pendant un mois sans aucun problème. Ils ont toujours répondu rapidement à nos messages et ont même laissé des produits pour le petit-déjeuner. L’endroit est calme, avec des centres commerciaux, une bibliothèque, une piscine, et bien d’autres commodités à proximité. J’apprécie énormément votre gentillesse et je recommande vivement cette maison.

It is a nice apartment in an area next to the river so we had a nice evening walk. There is a large supermarket nearby and it is easy to get into Paris as the RER stop is minutes away by foot. We managed to park outside, as there was a parking space but we got confused looking for a permit when in fact it was a pink fob you needed to open the barrier which had been left in a candle. There were a few things I had to inform the host about who was quick to respond. Hopefully he will get those sorted - hairdryer didn’t work properly and the iron was all burnt on the bottom. Bed was comfy and water left for us which was good. There is no air con so we had a floor fan on to cool down as it was very hot. Overall a good stay.

El apartamento se encuentra ubicado en área multicultural, restaurantes de comidas internacionales.El apto. encuentra muy cerca de terminales del metro, lo que hace muy fácil trasladarse por la ciudad . Vicent es extremadamente cordial y nos estaba esperando para darnos la bienvenida y ayudarnos con las maletas . También debo mencionar que el apto está completamente. For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

By far one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Paris. Albeit just outside city limits, you’re minutes from the metro and the garden view outside the living room and kitchen windows are something I’ll cherish for years to come. Xavier set up the place beautifully, was accommodating and very sweet. Highly highly recommend

Le logement était conforme à la description, bien équipé, bien situé. Les hôtes Ibrahim et Angelique se sont montrés très accommodants malgré un imprévu de notre part, je recommande à 100%.
