We loved being there! The apartment is bigger than expected from the pictures, super well equipped and very clean. The garden is simply amazing. We could have breakfast and dinner under the porch even while raining. It was possibly even more romantic and beautiful. If you keep the door to the garden open you can fall asleep to the sound of the lake. Well located between the mountains and Como, at walking distance from good restaurants and cocktail places. Public free parking around the corner, super easy to carry luggage inside. Nicoletta is really friendly and gave us simple and clear instructions for check in and check out, plus lots of useful tips about local places and made us laugh too! Thank you!

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

I don’t know where to begin on how incredible this stay was. The pictures don’t do it any justice- not only is the apartment and grounds immaculate, but the view from the balcony of the lake is stunning. My husband and I sat out there everything and couldn’t get over what we were looking at. From the start, Vicky was extremely helpful and her building manager, Kumara, was unbelievably kind and helpful to us. We got into Como early and they were able to get us (including my extremely jet lagged 16 month old) into the apartment early. The apartment is walking distance to an adorable town (including George clooneys villa!) that felt very authentic. Da Luciano is a must try! The locals couldn’t have been nicer. There was also a bus line right outside the apartment if you want to explore via public transit. Vicky even helped us book a last minute taxi to get to the train station in Como. Overall, we couldn’t recommend this airbnb more and were so sad to leave. Book it, you won’t regret it!

This place was incredible! We were truly shocked by how nice the house was, the cleanliness, the beautiful views from the windows, and the peaceful nature of the area. There was such a thoughtfulness behind the layout of the house, it was so well equipped and had more than most hotels would even provide e.g. charging adapters, a fully stocked kitchen of appliances and utensils, soap for the shower, and even a smart tv! Nesso is such a lovely town with so many lovely things to do and see as well as a central location in the middle of lake Como with easy access to bellagio, varenna, como, and many others by bus or ferry. Mattia was so friendly and lovely and always eager to help us out with quick responses. Overall this was such an enjoyable stay both from how lovely the property was but also how helpful the owner Mattia was. 10/10 i highly recommend and would totally go back!

Incredible apartment, well equipped, very attentive host, short walk to the bakery and bus stop, beautiful balcony where we spent every evening, I would recommend this place to everyone!

The apartment was perfect for a little local village. Mini Market 8:00 to 12:00 & 15:00 to 18:00. Luciano's Butcher & Cafe sell wine, cheese, Beef etc. Luciano's caters to your needs. Residential quiet. Car is prefered parking available. Bus C25 run every 2 hours. The Apt. stayed cool inside in June, fans available.

We had the most incredible stay at Mattia and Daniela’s place—an absolute gem in Lake Como. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect: peaceful, quiet, and the kind of breathtaking views that truly stay with you. Mattia was beyond responsive and generous throughout our entire stay. He and Daniela went above and beyond in every way, making us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. The home itself was spotless, beautifully inviting, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It was exactly the peaceful escape we hoped for—if not better—and we’re already dreaming about coming back. Thank you again, Mattia and Daniela, for such an unforgettable experience. Emanuele’s place has spectacular views of the lake (big windows in the spacious living room!), and an incredible location. Peaceful, serene, clean and quiet place. The restaurant next-door is fantastic. We had dinner there 2 nights. And there’s even a fun good little coffee shop. that’s just a short five minute walk. The host was responsive and Sarah was great to communicate with. One suggestion: there are no markets in the area except a Mini Mart. Suggest you buy what you need before you arrive to this gorgeous place.

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

What a wonderful apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the lake, its close proximity to the town centre, Stefeno as a host made this one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays! Stefeno met us at the dock when we arrived and even met us for coffee when we left. Truely a Super Host

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a dream house . The highlight, though, was the window view – absolutely stunning! Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was breathtaking and made every moment even more special. The host was responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. For the quality, comfort, and experience, this place is absolutely worth the money. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway.

Franceso was an absolute incredible host. He was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and provided lots of tip/tricks/recommendations for traveling around and enjoying Lake Como. The place was super nice and modern with all the amenities listed (for anyone worried about AC, it worked quickly and was more than enough to cool it). Outside, the view was absolutely stunning and it was so peaceful and quiet at night (it is a very quiet area in general which was a plus...absolutely no tourist noise or traffic). With it being in a quiet area, I do have to prewarn it is up on a hillside that requires walking up steep hills and some staircases (when arriving, you will definitely want to have some way of being dropped off at the door if you have large, heavy baggage), but it is worth the climb. :) All in all, I couldn't recommend this place enough for anyone, especially couples, who want a beautiful, quiet place to stay and enjoy on Lake Como.

Great, great place! And as important (more?), I great, great host! Marco is one of the truly great hosts! Location was great, place was spotless and equipped beyond expectations! I had lost my razor along the way, and to my amazement, there was an individually wrapped "shaving kit", along with other little kits of things people forget! I honestly don't recall more comfortable sleeps than my nights here! All around truly one of the best! Highly, highly recommended!

Beautiful stay with an amazing view!

Marcos place was clean, quiet, and peaceful. It is close to a few restaurant and everything is walkable. There are several hikes in the area too. Marco was very responsive and friendly.

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

Silvia’s place is perfect for a stay in Como. The location couldn’t be better — it’s walking distance to the train station, the pier, and the bus stop to Menaggio and Bellagio. The apartment is super spacious, really clean, has a super comfy bed, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was definitely a big plus. Silvia is incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. We totally recommend it — book it without a second thought!

This apartment is so big, you feel like you’re in a pent house suite. We loved this place. We were able to cook some meals in the kitchen, the deck is beautiful. We were nervous about the drive and parking. Parking was fine, no issues. Yes it is a tight squeeze - but it’s Italy, driving in general is a tight squeeze. It’s easier than other reviews have made out to be. The accomodation is further up the hill and back from the town. The drive takes about 13 minutes. Not a scary drive, just a slow one with so many turns. We loved the location as it was already so busy in town that we felt like we got to escape the crowds. You would want a car here for sure. You can’t walk down to the town. And parking and driving around was easy, not as busy as you think it would be because everyone is taking ferry’s not driving. So we were able to drive down and park and go for dinner or breakfast easily. Highly recommend this place.

Best accommodation in our entire Italy trip. The place was tastefully decorated and Dana obviously took pride in hosting! Her hospitality went above and beyond and the place was very comfortable. The lake view was beyond spectacular and the privacy was so appreciated. Thank you, Dana. We loved the place! Perfect for couples looking for a private oasis

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊
