New, bright, main-level suite with separate entry and private patio. Enjoy our quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by parks and just a 1km trail walk to the beach. . Conveniently located with a 5 minute drive to the ferry, mall, waterpark, golf courses and restaurants, 30 minutes to the airport and 40 minutes to downtown Vancouver. The suite is cosy, with two queen beds and a fold-out sofa. We live in the main house which is attached but quite separate and are available if you need anything.

Private bottom floor area of the home. One bedroom with a den( couch & dining table & TV) and a bathroom. There is a kettle, fridge and microwave. There is a separate entrance to your space. Bedroom, living area and bathroom all separate from us, the owners. No shared living space other than outside in the back yard but you do have a table and chairs for your use in the yard. This is like a hotel room. Fridge and hot water kettle . No full cooking.

Janice made us feel very welcome. She is very responsive and helpful and respectful of our privacy. We were very comfortable with 4 adults staying. Janice provided generous bathroom and kitchen needs, including coffee and tea, shampoo, tissues. It is easy to adjust the temperature in the house and she provides slippers and outdoor slides for comfort and convenience. There is an interesting walk along the river into Ladner village centre and it is easy to drive in the area, very convenient for the ferries. We would be very happy to stay with Janice again.

Jay’s place was beyond our expectations! The kitchen was well equipped and included spices, snacks, etc. The linens were of superior quality, beds were comfortable and pillows were a dream! The backyard was beautiful and private with comfortable furniture. Jay was friendly and responsive. He even gave us lettuce from his garden! Jay thought of everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Aman and Sandy are amazing hosts - incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely invested in making sure my Nana and myself had a comfortable stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

We were very happy to find Sukhi’s place as it is close to the place we had to collect our RV for our trip and the flat had everything we needed. Private entrance, clear instructions and plenty of space inside. Sukhi was always responsive via message, and allowed us to leave our bags after check out which was very helpful. We took the bus from the stop 5 minutes walk away so that was handy too.

Very quiet and spacious unit. We stayed during a hot period and home was nicely Air Conditioned. Biggest plus is the direct access from the living room to the grass backyard which is great for kids to play and go in and out. They left toys for my kids to play and the hosts were super attentive. We had everything that we needed and more. Kitchen is well equipped with kettle, instant pot, induction stove, toaster, coffee machine and microwave. Quiet neighborhood also well connected to the highway. Thanks again, we had a lovely time!
