Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ladera Heights

Such a beautiful home with an exquisite fully enclosed back yard. We felt right at home with all the wonderful amenities, clean house, and new furniture. It was a wonderful stay and we will hopefully be back soon to enjoy this place in the future!!

Victoria's house is comfortable and well-appointed. The decor is peaceful and throughful, and the kitchen is extremely well provisioned. We enjoyed cooking and lounging on the deck. The neighborhood was great for dog-walking. The use of the garage was much appreciated and necessary if you have two cars. The house guide had clear instructions. Overall, a great visit.

The place was just as advertised and worked very well for our family! Tyler was responsive. A pack and play and toys were provided as requested and our almost 2 year old loved it. He also had a blast at the Leimert Plaza's sunday market. We would stay here again or at their other properties!

The neighborhood of Cynthia's place was quaint and just what we needed. Close enough to the hot spots of LA but far away from the noise. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the airbnb - especially having breakfast at the living room which looked out the big windows. There was also a big patio - too bad we didn't too much advantage of it. Thank you, Cynthia!

The home was well appointed, peaceful, and beautiful. There were really beautiful touches (bottle of wine, water in the fridge) that made us feel even more welcome and comfortable. The location was perfect - super quiet, yet a short car ride to wonderful shops, restaurants, and sights. This will be my preferred place to stay anytime I'm in LA.

We had an extremely pleasant stay at Colin's place. So clean and well furnished . Everything needed for our stay was there including all ammenities even more than necessary. We will come back for our next stay in Los Angeles without a doubt. Host is extremely helpful, location is great, the layout of the house and garden is fantastic. Iit could not be better.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The backyard was especially nice for bbq’ing and connecting with family. Everything looked was as nice as advertised. The park nearby is great for fun activities. We would definitely stay again.

This property was our family's favourite in their entire trip to California. The place is exactly what it looks like. It's gorgeous, well-maintained and walking distance from the beach. It has plenty of amenities too. If you plan to cook your own food, you might have to drive a little or door dash your groceries. We really enjoyed our stay!

The Airbnb was in a quiet, private street with easy access to the freeway. The outdoor, free street parking was clutch as I was able to park my car overnight right in front of the Airbnb. I never had trouble finding parking.

The place was so clean smelled awesome just a great place to stay! She thought of everything, noise machines , phone chargers made it easy to settle in. Great host ! very organized. It was a little confusing getting in but overall awesome!!

This was the third stay at Clarissa's place for my husband and me. The location works well for us as it's near our son and his family. We also appreciate that we can bring our dog along. As always, the unit was clean and everything was as described.

It’s my first time writing a long review. I needed a clean place with safe neighborhoods, and I can’t say enough about how GREAT my experience at Aly’s place was. The building itself is very safe, and Aly’s place is gorgeous, clean, and spacious for two adults and a dog! Also, Aly’s very responsive, so it was easy to communicate with her. I will definitely book this place again whenever I visit LA! Plus, the location is very convenient- 20 mins to downtown LA, 15 mins to Universal Studios, and 30 mins to LAX. Also, there are many great restaurants around, and I enjoyed a cute neighborhood cafe called Spl. Coffee. It’s 10 mins walking distance, which was perfect to walk my dog in the morning! Hope this review is helpful to people who are looking for a safe and nice place in LA!

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the host was very helpful with getting us parked and settled in. Uber and Lyft was running all the time and it’s 10-15$ to uber to the venues nearby. We really enjoyed our stay! Definitely will be coming back when we are planning a trip to LA for a concert.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It was near to places and people that we wanted to see while there. Cynthia was a very helpful and friendly host!

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Second time we’ve stayed in Cara’s place & loved it. The apartment literally has everything you could think of, the bed is comfy. The style is shabby chic & beautiful. We’ve been visiting Santa Monica every other year for the past 24 & weeks would always have this as our first choice. Thanks Cara & Lori Xx
