Villa holiday rentals in Laconi

Wir waren begeistert von der Lage nahezu direkt am langen und wunderschönen Strand und unmittelbar an der Lagune. 15 Minuten fußläufig gibt es ein tolles Strandcafe. Den schönen Garten und Pool haben wir wegen unserer Vorliebe zum Strand eigentlich nur zum gemeinsamen Frühstück genutzt. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche als Gruppe von 5 Frauen.

La vivienda coincide con la descripción, estaba limpia y ordenada. Las camas eran todas muy cómodas y se notaba que estaban muchas cosas reformadas. Los aires acondicionados y ventiladores funcionaban perfectamente. Los anfitriones fueron muy atentos y solucionaron todos nuestros problemas de forma rápida. Quedamos muy agradecidos. Entrar a las 16:00 de la tarde y no tener donde dejar las maletas es un problema común en todos los Airbnb, la salida era a las 10:00 pero muy amablemente nos dejaron salir a las 12:00, un detalle muy bueno por su parte

It was a pleasure to stay in the villa of Matteo. We arrived really late, but Ignazia waited for us and quickly explained the house. Matteo could always be reached via phone and was extremely friendly and helpful. The house is just a four minute walk away from the beautiful beach of Costa Rei. Perfect place for a family holiday.

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

Abbiamo trascorso un favoloso weekend a Villa del Sole, un’oasi di pace e tranquillità immersa nella natura, il posto ideale dove rilassarsi. Soprattutto gli spazi esterni erano ben tenuti e ideali per trascorrere delle piacevoli giornate all’aperto in compagnia grazie alla piscina, al barbecue e alle aree relax presenti. Matteo è stato un host impeccabile, ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie in maniera tempestiva e cordiale. Speriamo di poter soggiornare nuovamente a Villa del Sole!

Such a lovely villa in a beautiful location with superb mountain views. We had a brilliant holiday with the whole family. The villa was very well appointed and comfortable, and the outside pool and seating areas were very welcome and well used. The children loved the tortoises and were enchanted by the nightly frog visits and chorus. We were within walking distance of the local restaurant and gelateria with lots of wonderful flavours. The beaches of Costa Rei and Maklas were very close, with soft white sand and crystal clear blue sea. Gian was a great host - really responsive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Villa for the perfect family holiday.

Отдыхали семьей с маленьким ребенком в мае-июне. Месторасположение очень понравилось - тихий поселок с возможностью пешего доступа к хорошему пляжу. В 5-10 минутах езды на автомобиле есть еще много отличных пляжей на любой вкус. Двор небольшой, но ухоженный и уютный, дом отлично подходит как для отдыха, но желательно не более 4 человек.

The perfect Sardinian Home from Home. A great location with a supermarket and Bar directly opposite, plenty of parking and a short walk from the Marina. The house had everything we could need for a weeks stay and we felt at home immediately. Martina was a great host who showed us around at check in and was available if needed, she was flexible with us after flight delays meant we arrived later than expected

We spent 7 days as first guests at the newly renovated villa and enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is well equipped and they provided salt, pepper, spices and dish washing tabs. The air conditioners are brand new and silent. The 5 double beds have quite hard mattresses, however still comfortable. The bathrooms are very modern and stylish. The owner provided 2 sets of keys, beach umbrellas, beach chairs/ towels. There is a beautiful view to the sea from the dining area as well as from the bedrooms upstairs. The owners representative was very responsive and helpful. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The Internet was available but low speed. The rocky beach can be reached by 10 minutes walking and allows snorkeling. The sandy beach can be reached by car in 5min with free parking lots. A small supermarket can be reached in 5 min by car and a nice Italian restaurant is there as well. We enjoyed our vacation and recommend this villa.

Wir haben uns auf Anhieb in der Villa wohl gefühlt! Es gibt ausreichend viele Zimmer, einen schönen großen Wohnbereich, einen großen Essbereich, zwei kleine Balkone, eine Terasse und einen schönen Garten. Dieser wird mit der zweiten Wohnung geteilt. Über die Steine hat man einen direkten Zugang zu dem wunderbaren Meer und kann dort schön Schwimmen und Schnorcheln. Wir können Sie nur empfehlen 😊

Federico and Monica were excellent hosts. They were always super helpful, when we arrived the air conditioning unit in the main bedroom needed replacing, Monica quickly dealt with and we had a new fitted a few days later. Because the room was a little dusty after, Monica arranged for the cleaner to come and replaced the bedsheets and towels at the same time. My son and daughter had to leave a day and as the flight was very early in the morning I was able to arrange through Monica to get picked up by Elia. This was really appreciated. The villa itself is very big and has everything you need. The views of the mountains are really special. We went to Cala Sinzias and Punta Molentis. We did prefer Cala Sinzias due to the location, the restaurant, toilet facilities and the clear shallow water. Cagliari itself has lots of restaurants and wine bars and cute shops. We also visited Colline Del Vento vineyard and did the dinner package. It was a lovely evening and we would recommend.

We loved this place! Most amazing host Angelo saved us - arranged for us shuttle from the airport at the midnight. Many super helpful recommendations, amazing bbq in the patio. Definitely would love to come back!

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

Le logement était très propre et les chambres spacieuses. La cuisine est bien équipée et la cour est géniale lorsqu'il fait beau. Cependant, le secteur est bruyant la nuit et il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'eau chaude. Je recommande le logement et l'hôte était très gentille et répondait à nos demandes très rapidement. Les chambres sont toutes indépendantes et communiquent par l'extérieur de la maison donc il faut sortir à l'extérieur pour avoir accès aux chambres.

An absolutely fabulous house in a very private setting. The pool was beautiful and very clean. The beds were the comfiest I have ever slept in abroad! There was a short walk to a very quiet beach with turquoise water surrounded by hills. The host was very responsive and any issues will had were sorted out within 15 minutes! There are not many restaurants to walk to but the house had a well quipped kitchen and a BBQ. I will certainly be returning!

Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Aussicht zum Meer ist phänomenal, gute Restaurants mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und Mario hielt ständig Kontakt, indem er uns tolle Tipps für Rahmenprogramm lieferte

We spent four wonderful days in Arbatax over Pentecost 2025 and couldn’t have been more satisfied! The accommodation was exactly as described – very clean, well-equipped, and in a beautiful location. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips for trips and sights in the area that really enriched our stay. He was also there every morning to clean the pool and make sure everything was perfect – such great service! We felt truly welcome and well taken care of. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Wir haben knapp drei Wochen mit unseren einjährigen Zwillingen in Antonellas Haus verbracht und hatten eine entspannte Zeit. Antonella war zu jeder Zeit sehr gut erreichbar. Sie legt großen Wert darauf, dass alles rund um das Haus in einwandfreiem Zustand ist, damit sich Ihre Gäste rundum wohlfühlen. Kurzfristige Probleme mit der Haustüre und dem Pool wurden sofort behoben. Der Meerblick und die Landschaft rund um das Haus sind wunderschön. Ein großer Pluspunkt war für uns der Swimmingpool, weil wir mit zwei noch sehr kleinen Kindern nicht täglich zum Strand fahren wollten. Vielen Dank, Antonella!

Ich war zufrieden mit dem Haus und mit dem Eigentümer , es gab nur einen negativen Punkt dass er nur italienisch konnte. Ich konnte mich leider nicht mit ihm verständigen ausser über die übersetzten Nachrichten bei airnbnb. Den Strom mussten wir cash bezahlen beim check out was ich persönlich nicht gut fand.

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön. Es ist bestens ausgestattet und es besitzt eine Klimaanlage. Flexible Fliegengitter an fast allen Türen und Fenstern. Elektrische Dachfenster mit Außenrollo. Alles in allem eine ruhige Lage. Ein sehr schöner Pool und tolle Liegen, wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Pool, was sofort geklärt wurde. Der Kontakt vor Ort war wirklich top und auch der Besitzer war sehr korrekt und freundlich. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, so dass man wirklich immer das Auto benötigt. Das einzige was ein wenig schwierig ist, ist die ganze Müllentsorgung. Denn erstens die Mülltrennung und Abholung ist eine Umstellung, aber das Haus Müllfrei zu verlassen ist eine Herausforderung. Wenn der Besitzer uns nicht dieses Problem abgenommen hätte, es wäre für uns nicht lösbar gewesen. Vielen Dank dafür. 🙏 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall irgendwann wieder.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana molto bella alla Casa da Maurizio! L'alloggio è davvero fantastico e molto ben tenuto. Era sempre pronto ad aiutarci con qualsiasi domanda e aveva ottimi consigli per la zona circostante! La comunicazione è stata sempre veloce e molto cordiale. Ci piacerebbe tornare!

The villa was beautiful and very spacious, the photos don’t do it justice, everything is very clean and well maintained including the pool. Great superking bed! Hosts were very friendly despite the language barrier, they even brought us some home made wine one evening when we were enjoying our dinner on the terrace which was excellent. The wifi is poor so if you are relying on internet/ working from home you will struggle, we had very little signal. Wouldn’t recommend if you are scared/ nervous of dogs, there are 4 chihuahuas, one is very friendly- they didn’t bother us as we are dog lovers but if you’re not a dog lover it’s best to be prepared. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Andrea hat und von Anfang an freundlich betreut. Die Bilder des Inserats entsprechen genau der Unterkunft. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sauber, ordentlich und in einem guten Zustand. Auch der außenbereich und der Pool hat uns sehr gefallen. Man hat alles was man in der Unterkunft benötigt. Wenn wir Informationen von Andrea benötigt haben, hat sie uns zeitnah geantwortet. Lediglich der Backofen war leider nicht sauber und ist auch heißer als die ausgewählte Temperatur. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und würden diese auch wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen! :)

Elvira is the perfect host. Lovely Villa ideal for the family and well equipped; pool perfect addition. Local Co-op fantastic, fresh veg , meat, cheeses,bread etc. 2min walk. Beach 5min stroll lunchtime cafe good. Excellent restaurant “ the Victory” 10min walk, looking out over the harbour for perfect for evening meal- fish specialty. Sardinia ideal, beach after beach along the coast, would definitely recommend. Elvira, many thanks the perfect host and a beautiful Villa. Best wishes from us all.
