Holiday rentals in Lacco Ameno

I’m so glad I chose this particular hotel when visiting Ischia 🌿. It is a family owned hotel and everyone was incredibly welcoming throughout my stay. The room was very cute, very comfortable and it had the most beautiful view towards the garden. Also fast and reliable WIFI. I also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning with fresh fruits from the garden and also loved the convenient location close to the harbour, beaches and bus stops that made it so easy to get around the island. L'appartamento di Mario è molto bello, spazioso e pulitissimo. Ha un bellissimo spazio esterno per leggere, mangiare o semplicemente prendere un po' di sole in tutta tranquillità. Si trova a pochi passi dal corso di Lacco Ameno e a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal parco termale del Negombo. Mario si è rivelato un ospite attento e sollecito; ci ha dato indicazioni precise e puntuali, si è tenuto costantemente in contatto con noi, con consigli ed informazioni utili e ci ha riservato un posto auto preziosissimo.... un valore aggiunto nella bellissima Ischia. Un grazie particolare per la calorosa accoglienza sebbene fossimo in ritardo di più di un'ora in tarda serata!

Paolo et toute sa famille sont très accueillants et toujours de bonne humeur, serviables. Je les remercie pour leur hospitalité et leur générosité! Ce fut un réel plaisir de loger chez eux. La maison est très grande, typique, avec un jardin luxuriant et une vue imprenable sur le coucher du soleil. Une magnifique piscine, de nombreux arbres fruitiers, de jolis transat face à la mer …. Forio est un des plus beaux coins de l’île, avec de nombreuses plages, toutes magnifiques, une très bon réseau de bus pour parcourir l’île sans avoir besoin de louer une voiture. Vous rencontrerez certainement d’autres vacanciers (plusieurs chambres d’hôtes), avec lesquelles vous pourrez profiter de réels moments d’échange, notamment au petit déjeuner. Je reviendrais !

Siamo rimasti molto colpiti dalla disponibilità di Francesco: il secondo giorno ci siamo resi conto di aver bisogno di uno scooter ma in giro non c’era nulla disponibile, Francesco si è prontamente attivato e nella stessa giornata è riuscito a procurarcene uno, che ci è stato comodamente consegnato sul posto. L’alloggio è ottimo: non grandissimo ma pulito ed in ordine, perfetto per una coppia. Si trova a pochi passa dalla fermata “Mezzavia” del bus e dal corso principale di Lacco Ameno. Il parco Negombo è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in circa 15 minuti. Sicuramente sarà la nostra prima scelta se dovessimo ritornare ad Ischia!

This was the absolute perfect place for our 3-day visit to Ischia with our toddler. Both bedrooms were very comfortable (our daughter called hers a playground because it was so much fun—bunk beds, coloring books, colorful furniture, and Rita even provided a baby cot/pack n play). The large terrace off the main bedroom stayed cool throughout the day and was ideal for meals, the kitchen and living room were large and had everything needed to feel at home. AC in both bedrooms, and massive rooftop terrace that’s lovely at night. The location is absolutely ideal—about a 5 min walk from San Montano/Negombo (best beach we visited) and even less from the center of Lacco Ameno. The best part of the Airbnb, though, is Rita, who is quite possibly the best host we’ve ever had. She gave amazing local recommendations for the entire island and went above and beyond throughout our stay. We plan to be back soon and hope to stay here again! Don’t hesitate to book immediately if it’s available!

Had a great stay at Gaetanos place! Wonderful surrounding, nice room, nice breakfast. The host is super friendly and helpful and always interested in making your stay at Ischia perfect. The stay felt very familial, i would absolutely recommend! Also a very good address for solo travellers. The house is located a bit away of a bigger village but transportation by bus works perfectly and you could even reach Forio by a 30 min walk.

Well.... what can you say about finding a little bit of heaven. Mariano's home is utterly beautiful and the breakfast on the terrace absolutely sublime! So relaxing. Ischia is a beautiful island with lots of lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance, and a bus service at the bottom of the hill, that will service nearly all of the island. We felt very welcomed indeed and couldn't really think of anything else that would've made it any more enjoyable. Mariano is a truly wonderful host. Arrivederci

We had a truly wonderful stay with Enzo and Tina – such warm and welcoming hosts, we felt at home immediately! Our room was spotless, with beautiful linen and a superb shower. Tina kindly stocked our fridge daily with drinks. Breakfasts were a Mediterranean delight– fresh, healthy, and made with produce from their own garden. And what a garden it is! Enzo’s cooking is a real treat - perfetto!! If you’re looking for a traditional bed and breakfast experience, you will not be disappointed. We loved spending time at San Montano beach ( we went solely to rest) and Tina even lent us a beach umbrella. The terrace was perfect for relaxing in the evenings with a glass of wine. It’s a great base for exploring the island – we walked (not for everyone as island is hilly) and used the bus, but scooter hire is an excellent option too. Sant’Angelo, Forio, and Castello Aragonese were all wonderful to visit. A real gem of a place – we can’t wait to return!
