We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host Salvatore (Maria’s son) was very informative and hospitable. I enjoyed chatting with his kid and playing with Coco the golden retriever. The view was spectacular and we cooked one night during sunset overlooking the hills and beautiful garden. The jacuzzi is great during the hot summer weather. Overall a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. Like others had mentioned the location requires 10-15 min walk uphill from the main plaza, which could be hectic. We are energetic and only had our day packs so that work out well for us. For those with luggage, it’s best to hire a luggage transport from the piazza. Wouldn’t recommend for those with walking disability.

We had a fun time! The location is great (if you prefer the quiet side of the island), the studio is nice, the terrace with a view is perfect, and the pool is a real plus (the beaches are very busy so it's a pleasure to have the pool in the residence). The little extra: from the path that leads to the residence to the doors of the studio, you will be immersed in an oasis of greenery! We'll be back for sure!

I stayed with Mr. Ernesto and I must say that everything was perfect; the accommodation is as described, in a typical neighborhood of Naples and from which it is very easy to get around (having been to Naples several times, I chose it for this reason!). I add a super positive note regarding Mr. Ernesto's availability to meet the needs of the guest: my return home was quite late and he was so kind as to let me use the apartment as a support for the day of departure, really a very appreciated and not at all obvious attention! I will definitely be back, thank you again for everything

We had a great time at this resort. It doesn't look like much from the outside especially where the location is but when you go inside it was really pretty. Our view was amazing. Really amazing--we felt like we were right in the ocean. We visited off season so it was almost empty when we were there. You can walk to some restaurants and bars and it is very close to the docks where the ferry arrives. We would go back. Alessandro and the staff were very helpful.

Host was extremely responsive and helped with everything! This is an ideal location right in the center of the Spanish quarter. The top floor and balcony were amazing at night time. Peaceful and quiet, but one block away from everything walkable and the metro. The pullout couch in the living room was very comfortable. Everything was so clean and the space let us spread out. Family of four. Will recommend too many friends and family who will be visiting this year! Grazie!

We enjoyed the breathtaking views from this uniquely decorated vintage Neapolitan penthouse apartment found in the heart of Stella near Materdei. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay and so much more. Take the time to observe the art, many telics and trinkets they’ve collected throughout their travels. Salvatore and Rosanna were excellent hosts offering an abundance of information and suggestions regarding dining and sightseeing. They were kind enough to upgrade the WiFi so we could continue to work and were always available to answer our questions during our one month stay.

The owner was a huge help as I am from America, fist visit to Napoli. I didn't know my way around and was traveling alone. He was so kind and had his colleague literally walk me to the phone store and the train station to help me! Service like this doesn't exist in America! The hospitality here in Italy is amazing! Room was VERY secure and safe. They brought me breakfast! That definitely doesn't happen in America! Everything was perfect! I'll be back! Water view right across the street too! 🤩

Stayed with wife. Location of apartment was less than a minute from the busiest street in Napoli, but surprisingly very peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast is served round the corner at Andrea and Luigi's upmarket and busy cafe. It consisted of coffee and large croissant each. Very nice. We had a minor hiccup with our taxi to the airport but Luigi sorted it for us and we were very grateful. He said "hey, it's my job". They care about their guests and its not just some grotty Airbnb appartment like i've stayed at before.

We had the best time in Naples! The apartment is in such a vibrant location with so much going on it’s got a great atmosphere. Sergio’s place was so beautiful and exactly like the photos. Was a really cool split level place with the bedroom upstairs. Had plenty of space and a really nice new bathroom. Sergio was an amazing hose, very responsive, gave great recommendations and really went above and beyond. We loved our time and would definitely stay here again!!

A most relaxing and peaceful stay at Marks in Capri! We were given really good restaurant recommendations which we were able to try 4, and loved them all. An easy location to walk to town and catch a taxi or a bus. Saw much more of Capri on this visit due to our convenient and quiet location with a stunning view of the ocean and the gulls. This was our first visit to Napoli and we were looking for a central location. This apartment in an historic building situated in a peacful, picturesqe square, with a few bars and suited our needs perfectly. Antonio was good with communication throughout our planning and arrival/check-in. Upon arrival, we were met by Antonio and had the added convenience of early check-in. The apartment is historic, stylish, spacious and comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. It's central and most things are within easy walking distance. As long as you don't have too much luggage, we would recommend using the Alibus @ 5E p/p e/w to/from the airport (stop is only a 12 minute walk away). We appreciated a late check-out. The only thing missing for us, was a smart tv/streaming access, since we enjoy flopping to wach something after a busy day seeing the sights, but this wasn't really a problem. All in all, a perfect base for a lovely holiday in Naples and we'd love to return again some day.

We felt very comfortable, especially we enjoyed the peace upstairs on the beautiful terrace after the hustle and bustle from below, and gladly spent the evening there. We also liked the small kitchen for breakfast. If you arrive by Alibus from the airport, you should know that the way within the old town (felt actually everywhere we walked around) with suitcase is quite difficult. Due to the paving stones (very uneven), you can only pull it (not roll it alongside). With heavy luggage, over 30 degrees and many tourists, this can be very exhausting. We chose an Uber for the return trip. This cost us €16.00 more, but saved us an infinite amount of time and energy. Of course, this does not apply to Marcos' apartment in particular, but probably to most accommodations and should only be a tip for planning.

An absolutely stellar experience. Nico is super nice and gave us the best reccomendations. The roof terrace is out of this world gorgeus and was the perfect haven from Napoli when the heat and noise gets a bit much after a long day. The view is superb. Its like a tropical wonderland with all the beautiful plants. If we ever go back to Napoli, we will come back 💯 pct. The apartment is very, very clean. Bed is good. 10/10. Very nice people.

The location was perfect for all the activities we had planned for our stay in Naples. Sotterranea was only a five minute walk away. Fabio was extremely attentive, when we first checked in he told us about all the local sites and recommended wonderful restaurants in the area. He even offered to bring us another fan during the heat wave that was happening during our stay. If we are ever in Naples again we will be staying here.

Cannot wait to go back! This was one of the most spectacular air bnbs I’ve ever been to. The view and the balcony were simply amazing. The private pool with ocean views was so relaxing. Chiara and Alessandro were so helpful with recommendations for our stay as well

I wish everyone could experience the beauty of this place! I consider myself particular, especially about cleanliness, but this surpassed my expectations. The home is clearly cherished by the owners. The ceramic tile is beautiful and it makes the home so pretty. The art is also spectacular. But nothing compares to the views! Our family of 4 spent 8 days here and we spent hours on the balconies and patios and by the pool just enjoying the views. The nearby village is adorable and there are some great restaurants as well. Chiara is just awesome! She met us at arrival to help with luggage and she gave us recommendations for where to eat and find supplies. She is wonderful and we really enjoyed getting to know her over an evening meal. I honestly have never found leaving a vacation home so difficult. It is large and airy and has a joy that you just feel while you are there. We found the many steps to be helpful in working off all the great food!

A world class view, we enjoyed being out of the towns and next to a wonderful local restaurant. The Casa felt like a much loved home rather than a commercial rental. The drive up has been mentioned before. It is very steep and passing cars coming the other way was initially challenging but we gained in confidence quickly. Our Fiat Panda did the job but a small 4x4 would have been ideal.

Fabio was really responsive when messaging him about the stay. Really helpful ! The location is perfect right on the Main Street in the historic centre and amazing balcony if you wanted a little chill with some peace.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Stunning views from the balcony out to the port. The room was lovely, light, airy and clean with all amenities needed. The hotel is a short stroll to the main town, and the bus station where you can hop on a bus and go anywhere on the island. Such a great location, peaceful and quiet. Francesco was the most amazing host, could not praise him more. He picked us up from the port and dropped us off, always so kind helpful. A perfect stay in a beautiful place! 😁

We were a group of 5 adults and 2 children who stayed a Paola’s place for 5 days. We had a wonderful time, the house easily accommodated us and was spacious and clean. Furthermore it is situated high on a hill overlooking the sea and the island of Capri. We enjoyed relaxing in the garden, swimming in the pool and exploring the area. All in all we had a wonderful time and look forward to returning in the future.

The views are amazing—better than in the images. The pool area was quiet, private, and stunning. The pool was large and deep, so it's not suitable for very young children. The garden was beautiful, with a spectacular display of flowers. The house is spacious. It's old but very clean. The plumbing could use some updating. There are two bedrooms upstairs in the main house. In a separate building, there is one bedroom with its own bathroom. The location was excellent for us, but it’s not suitable for people with limited mobility. Marco was friendly and helpful. All in all, a very good experience—and the views simply can't be praised enough. They are absolutely beautiful from the house. The house's swimming pool is also excellent.

Giovangiuseppe has been very friendly and responsive. The house was spotless and beautiful. It also has an amazing view. We enjoyed our stay very much.
