Waterfront holiday rentals in Lacco Ameno

My husband and I recently spent two nights at Barbara’s apartment in Santa Lucia and loved our stay. The place is exactly as shown and described. Spacious, very clean and surprisingly quiet given that it is street facing. The bed is extremely comfortable too. Barbara greeted us at the door and showed us around the apartment. The free breakfast coupons for the restaurant on the ground floor of the building and the bottle of prosecco were nice touches. Barbara is a very friendly and responsive host. Santa Lucia is a great neighbor to be in Naples. It’s close to the waterfront promenade with great restaurants, close to ferries, and has a great vibe. I highly recommend her place.

Hostiteľ bol veľmi priateľský a pomohol nám so všetkým s čim sme potrebovali. Apartmán bol čistý a veľmi pekný s dobrým výhladom. Môžem len odporúčať.

La casa di Alessandra è bellissima, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio e con una vista pazzesca sul Vesuvio e il golfo! La casa corrisponde esattamente alla foto presenti sul sito. Posizione strategica per girare Napoli in poco tempo. Alessandra super reattiva e disponibile! Torneremo senz’altro

Great views from the balcony. Right on the water with a ton of restaurant options. Very spacious. A little difficult getting in and up the elevator but once we figured it out was very easy.

Departamento muy bien equipado , cómodo y limpio. Excelente ubicación . Lo recomiendo.

Super Airbnb ! Nous y avons passé une semaine fin avril avec notre fille de 5 ans, et c’était parfait. L’appartement est très agréable, il y a tout ce qu’il faut, et nous nous sommes sentis comme dans un vrai appartement de famille. Le quartier où il est situé était également idéal pour nous. De plus, les hôtes sont très réactifs en cas de besoin. Nous sommes vraiment ravis de ce séjour !

Such a wonderful stay! It was so peaceful and quiet - just beautiful! Emma was amazing from start to finish with communicating and recommending local spots. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone coming to Napoli and wanting to stay outside of the city center :) Thanks again!

Fabulous! Michele’s apartment is perfect!! Walking distance to Forio, 5 mins walk for a small supermarket and local restaurants, 2 mins from small beach (via private walkway) and beach restaurant/bar and stunning views and sunsets. He couldn’t have been more helpful … somehow I’d mis-booked the dates and we arrived a day early but this was no problem for our host who sorted everything out very quickly. Lots of recommendations including sending us a taxi contact to book to take us from ferry to apartment, a contact for scooter hire, suggestions for a local gym for my son … When the weather got hotter he quickly offered us fans that made the air con even more effective. So helpful, nothing was a problem! Definitely recommend!!

Gemütliche Unterkunft in idealer Lage auf der idyllischen Insel Procida. Wir haben es geliebt auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, aufs Meer zu blicken und das entspannte Treiben der Marina Corricella zu beobachten.

Appartement qui donne sur une terrasse et une vue imprenable. Excellente communication avec Steffi, puis Christian qui gère l'arrivée et le séjour avec efficacité et franche sympathie. il a pu aussi nous recommander des adresses de restaurant, d'excursion bateaux et petits commerce. Excellente prestation. Je recommande ❤️

Could not of been more perfect! The location, the size and the terrace was just what we needed! A 10 minute walk from multiple beaches and a quaint meander through the cobbled streets into the town of Forio! Amazing host, could not have been happier!

Maria è una host fantastica, molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è dotata di tutto quello che serve, lo spazio esterno è molto gradevole e funzionale per il rientro dal mare. La posizione è molto comoda, vicinissima al mare (a piedi), alla fermata dell’autobus, a negozi e ristoranti. Raccomando fortemente!

The place is in a picture perfect location overlooking the harbour , surrounded by local restaurants , boutiques all easy walking distance . Water taxis on hand in the harbour to take you to beaches . The little mini market surprisingly well stocked and literally just 2 minutes walk around the corner ., The buses were easy ( if a little crowded ) to get around the island and very cheap . Just a bit of an uphill walk to get to the stop in ghe heat . Taxis very expensive otherwise ! The house was very clean and homely with lots of crockery and well stocked full size kitchen etc . The fridge was stocked with starter essentials ( milk , fruit , bread water , even a bottle of wine and homemade marmalade ). The bathrooms had full size bottles of shower gel and shampoo and plenty of towels ( including beach towels ) . Washing machine very useful so didn’t need to take lots of clothes . A real home from home , well thought out for guests ( even chess and playing cards ) . Amazing kind host

3 chambres et 3 lits (2 grands et 1 simple). Directement en face du port sur la rue principale. Circulation automobile et de motos incessante et bruyante. Tranquille la nuit jusqu'à 6 h le matin. Magnifique terrasse. Étrange aménagement sur 2 étages avec la cuisine au 2e mais la table pour manger au 1er. Bien regarder la photo de l'escalier en colimaçon qui permet d'accéder au 2e. Tout était très très propre et nous n'avons manqué de rien (à part du café). Nous avons aimé la ville qui se fait bien à pied, même possible de marcher jusqu'à Lacco Ameno et plus loin Ischia Porto. Avons fait de la randonnée au Monte Rotero. Nous avions un crédit Airbnb qui nous a permis de payer ce logement, sinon il était hors budget. Si vous comptez profiter de la sublime terrasse, n'êtes pas incommodés par le bruit des véhicules et avez le budget, nous recommandons ce logement.

Lidia’s house is beautiful, really spacious and cool with stunning views over the bay. There are lots of places to hang out in the garden and it was really well equipped for cooking and serving meals on the terrace. It felt like a proper home and not an anonymous airbnb which so many feel like today. We will definitely return to stay.

Annamaria was a very generous and helpful host. We got around the language barrier by using the translate app. She gave us helpful tips about good restaurants and bars and provided a map of the city with points of interests marked on it. The location was perfect, very central and with beautiful surroundings. The private balcony was lovely to sit out in the evening to enjoy a glass of wine or two! Annamaria arranged for someone to collect us from the airport when we arrived and a taxi on our last day. We stayed for 10 days and she arranged for the apartment to be cleaned half way through our stay. She also gave us a welcome gift of beautiful pastries! I would recommend staying in Annamaria’s apartment and would definitely like to stay there next time we visit Napoli.

Posizione fantastica, ambiente adorabile e pulitissimo… ma il meglio è Martine sempre disponibile e gentilissima!!!

Rooms are fine and clean check in is no big deal u can explore Napoli very easily the only thing I missed was a second key and a working air conditioning. it seemed broken or was noisy. please check this anything else is good. I would rebook it if am back in Napule.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! This was my second time in Naples. My goal was to find a location to say that was at the heart of everything but was also quiet and clean. This apartment was PERFECT for this. I was able to walk to all the main attractions and easily take the ferry’s for day trip (walking distance to main port) and come home to a peaceful, spacious, and clean apartment. The only warning I have is the stairs to the top- but honestly I welcomed it because it justified all the great food I was eating.

Francesco was a great host. Very responsive with great recommendations. Wouldn’t go anywhere else if I came back to Naples.

Siamo stati nella casa di Alessandro solo qualche giorno ma ci siamo trovati benissimo! Gli Host sono stati gentili e disponibili, ci hanno dato molti consigli e non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla. La casa è ben curata nei dettagli, pulita e non mancava davvero nulla. Inoltre la zona è molto tranquilla, ci sono un po’ di negozietti, diversi ristoranti e qualche spiaggia. Ci è piaciuto molto. Se torneremo ad Ischia sicuramente pernotteremo di nuovo qui ☺️💗

Tonia fue una excelente anfitriona, muy amable y detallista. El apartamento muy bien ubicado en la zona del centro. Todo muy bonito!! La pasamos muy bien.
