This delightful apartment and courtyard garden was a perfect base from which to explore Perpignan. There are a couple of cafe bars and a small supermarket just down the road, the Theatre Archipelago is only over the river and it’s a 10- 15 minute walk to see the Castillet, cathedral and other historic sights. Fabien and Claire were very friendly and welcoming and responded quickly to a query we had. We enjoyed Perpignan so much. It also felt friendly; lots to see and do and green spaces to enjoy as well as the bustle of the city. The Hyacinth Rigaud Gallery was wonderful. We hope to return for longer and would definitely stay at Fabien’s again if we could.

The reception by Alain and Nathalie upon our arrival in Calmeille and the introduction to our "new home" was very reliable and committed. During our stay, we got to know them as extremely helpful, warm, generous and also discreet people. The house is really beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable there right away. It is perfectly equipped with everything that belongs to a successful stay, but without appearing overloaded. It is one of the top three of the many Airbnb accommodations we have visited. We enjoyed the hikes recommended by Alain in the immediate vicinity of the house. Simply brilliant, these pure nature experiences! We highly recommend the accommodation to all who love peace and quiet in nature.

The house corresponds to the description. There is everything necessary for comfortable living. The house is on the second line from the road, so we did not hear the noise of cars and motorcycles. It is located 5 minutes away from excellent grocery stores. The sea is 20 minutes by car. I recommend this house for comfortable living for a large company.
