Holiday rentals with lake access in Lac de Gérardmer

The accommodation is very nice and located in a picturesque landscape. It is clean, modern and you will find everything you need. We felt very comfortable there. It is not entirely obvious in the pictures that one of the bedrooms can only be reached from the living area through a passage through the other bedroom.

Gerard's accommodation is really nicely secluded in the middle of nature. The house is very clean and really well equipped with everything you need - all kitchen utensils and kitchen appliances, dishwashing detergent, spices, etc. Wood for the hot tub and gas for the grill was provided. The house is spread over three levels and the 5 bedrooms are on the second and third floors. Gerard lives next door, but you still have your privacy and help when you need it. We felt very comfortable as 12 (5 adults and 7 children) and also had enough space - thank you!

Fabulous home with great views of the lake. A garage for our motorbikes. Walking distance to Gerardmer. Brilliant.

Accommodation is beautifully located near the lake. Table tennis table, boules court and other sports equipment directly in/at the house. The facility was very nice, the check-in and the rules about the QR code well organized and the house tip top clean. Only the communication at check-in was a small challenge, as it was only possible in French. With translation via the app, however, it was no problem.

Very pleasant short stay, weather more than perfect (30/04 to 02/05/25). As far as the latter is concerned, Flavien had nothing to do with it.:) But on the other hand, as far as the apartment is concerned, Flavien has everything planned there. Impeccable, all you need and in the right place. Beautiful equipped kitchen, same bathroom with large shower. The 160 cm bed is very comfortable. The wide-screen TV is impeccable. The windows open to the back which is very calm. Mountain views with cottages dotted in the landscape. Very close to the beginning of the lake, everything is easy to access. In short, great place, we highly recommend it and we will definitely go back.

4 day stay 2 adults/1 child 2 and a half years old Everything went very well, the apartment is in excellent condition, very clean, very well equipped! Conveniently located in relation to the lake and downtown Gerardmer. The room is large enough to put an extra bed for our child. The terrace is very nice if you ignore the opposite. I had a lovely two-night stay at this Airbnb in Gérardmer. The apartment matched the description in the listing, and the view was simply magnificent—an absolute highlight. The host was responsive, making the communication seamless. A small note for future guests: the provided commodities function more as a starter pack, including one unique roll of toilet paper, no pepper nor oil, and a modest supply of two coffee cups and two tea bags for two people over two days. It’s helpful to plan ahead for any extra essentials you may need. Overall, a great experience in a beautiful setting!

We had a great time. The apartment is very well located, close to the lake and a little more than 1 km from the city center. Beautiful apartment, very clean with all the features. The access instructions are clear and the communication is very fluid and cordial. We'll most certainly be back.

A very beautiful environment and a top accommodation! I have been able to take many hikes to discover this beautiful region. The accommodation is clean and neat with a nice terrace to settle in. Sylvie is responsive in messages. I will come back without any worries to discover this area even more!

pleasant stay for quiet in the countryside with private pond fishing,if you are lucky enough to meet Christian and Judith ,they are extraordinary. Close to all commerce and mountain walks and streams .

A lovely break in this charming cottage, by the water. Absolute tranquility, and a particularly responsive hostess who was able to respond to our requests discreetly. I highly recommend it!

Spacious, comfortable and very well located building in a quiet area and a very proactive host.

If you are looking for a quiet place out in nature with enough space for several families, the cottage is perfect. Now that the hot-tube is installed - it’s even better. And Samuel kindly changed the water as the kids went in there with dirty feet. Inside the kids shouldn’t play too loudly, which sometimes isn’t easy - but there is lots of space outside!! We would book it again :)

We had a magical time in this yurt nestled in the middle of nature. The place is both comfortable and very well furnished. The hosting was warm. I recommend it 100% for those looking for a rejuvenating break.

Despite the very rainy weather, we had a great family weekend! The house is so large and beautifully decorated that we (6 adults and 5 children) did not mind spending a lot of time in the house. We would like to come back - hopefully then in better weather to be able to use the beautiful garden! Muriele and Michel were super friendly hosts and responded very flexibly to us (we arrived late because we were stuck in traffic). Thank you for everything!

I could write a lot, but I don't need to. House is exactly as described. We were 13 guys and had a great time. Really insanely beautiful and we are highly satisfied. 5min from the house is a lake with large slides and a whitewater park.
