Villa holiday rentals in Labin

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der traumhaft schönen Unterkunft von Klaus. Die Anlage ist super gut gepflegt und Klaus war jederzeit erreichbar. Bei defektem Wasserablauf im Bad hat Klaus super schnell reagiert und einen Handwerker geschickt der sehr freundlich war und alles direkt reparieren konnte. Unsere spontanen Gäste durften sogar kostenfrei eine Nacht mit ihrem Camper auf dem Parkplatz übernachten - DANKE dafür. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!

Der Aufenthalt war super, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Der Gastgeber hat sich sehr flexibel gezeigt vorallem bei der Check in Zeit. Ich würde die Villa bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen alles war wie vorgestellt einfach traumhaft

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa von Ivana. Wir waren zu viert mit zwei Hunden und hatten einen entspannten Urlaub. Da durch, dass die Villa komplett eingezäunt ist, konnten die Hunde wunderbar umherspringen. Ausserdem war die Inneneinrichtung super schön und luxuriös. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Elena auf Krk. Das Häuschen ist nicht sehr groß, aber gut ausgestattet und für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Der subtropische Garten allerdings ist ein echter Traum. Palmen, Olivenbäume und herrlich blühende Blumen umgeben einen großen Pool mit Salzwasser. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, eine Oase der Ruhe. Elena ist eine sehr freundliche, immer hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die alles tut, damit sich Gäste wohl fühlen. Wir hoffen bald wieder zu kommen.

What a perfect place to stay while enjoying the area. The house has beautiful custom craftsmanship, it’s like staying in a piece of artwork. It’s not far from all the main sights but a really peaceful place to return to after a day of exploring. Nikolina went out of her way to answer our many questions and gave us tons of great recommendations. We can’t recommend it enough!

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

Der Kontakt vorm Check-in war immer freundlich und hilfreich. Der Empfang vor Ort und der Rundgang durchs Haus war sehr herzlich. Alle Zimmer waren sauber und entsprachen den Bildern in der Beschreibung. Der Garten war riesig und genau richtig ausgestattet für Kinder. Der Pool und die Terrasse waren sauber und sehr einladend. Für die Kinder gab es auch im Haus Spielsachen. Für den innen- und Außenkamin war Holz und Anzünder vorhanden. Die Umgebung war ruhig und mitten in der Natur gelegen. Das Gelände war komplett eingezäunt und der Garten war hübsch angelegt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war super, alles war vorhanden. Alle Zimmer waren modern dekoriert und gemütlich eingerichtet. Abends waren Pool und Garten schick beleuchtet. Bei Fragen oder Ähnlichem war die Vermieterin immer erreichbar und konnte helfen und Tipps geben für Z. Bsp. Unternehmungen. Wir würden das Haus immer wieder buchen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We had a wonderful stay at Jereni barn in Krk! Ozana and her team were super helpful, we had a late check-in and they made everything easy. We are a family of four travelling with two toddlers and the house was perfect for us! It’s also close to beautiful beaches. Thanks for a great stay!

Sehr nette Gastgeberin und ein fantastisches Urlaubsdomizil. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn die Anfahrt zur Villa sich etwas schwierig gestaltet hat. Weiterempfehlung 100%.

Great villa for relaxing and chill days with friends or Familie. Avenue is huge and great. Jacuzzi, bbq place, pool and house- everything you need for good time

Great place for a relaxed holiday with family. The house is beautiful, the swimming pool is a dream and the view is stunning. There is a shop just outside the property , very handy! The only thing I wish there was a sidewalk so one could go for a stroll. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend!

Schlicht perfekt. Von der Buchung bis zum Checkout. Selten ein solch positives Erlebnis auf Reisen vorgefunden. In echt noch schöner und grösser als auf den Bildern. Marina war super kommunikativ und schnell im Antworten. Wenn wir wieder in Istrien sind, gibt es für uns nur ein AirBnB.

Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

Wir haben 11 Tage zu siebt + Kleinkind und Hund in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbracht. Es war einfach wunderbar und wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit. Der Zufahrtsweg von beiden Seiten zum Haus ist ein wenig eng, aber wir haben es auch mit Wohnmobil geschafft. Lana ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie hat wirklich IMMER so schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke für diese schöne Zeit 😊

This place was incredible. We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was great. Our 3 year old loved it and was great that it was under cover. Taxis / Ubers were reasonable into Fazana and Pula and we hired a car for further trips and you could walk to the local beach in about 15 mins. We loved the space and location. Restaurant across the road is definitely worth a visit!

Das Haus ist ein Schmuckstück im vergleich zu den Gebäuden in der Nähe, etwas besonderes. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt und die Gastgeberin ist sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank das wir dort Ferien verbringen konnten.

Our stay in villa Tai was very relaxing and memorable. It is located in the peaceful surrounds of Puntera, about 20 minutes out of Pula. We particularly enjoyed seeing the sheep on the neighbouring property walking through. The home is very family friendly, we used the cot and the high chair and our little one loved playing with the toys ;). It also has all the amenities you would need for cooking etc. The outdoor area is also very well set up with two eating/cooking areas and a pool, it was too cool for us to use, but it would be amazing in the summer time. Entry into the property was easy with a key lock and the hosts were very welcoming, providing us with wine, drinks and even olive oil. Thank you Boci for hosting our family in your amazing home!

We’ve stayed here during our 2 week long holiday and absolutely loved our time here. Upon arrival Elma and her husband were there to greet us and show us around the house. The house was really clean and has everything you need. From the kitchenware to the bathrooms, all the necessities are there, including a washing machine. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, something you really need during the warmer months. Something else you need during those warm months: the spacious pool. Once again very clean and after a week they even came around to clean the pool again. The location of the house is convenient. Roughly an hour from Rovinj, Pula and Porec and just a 20 min drive to the beaches of Rabac. The communication with Elma was also top notch. Very quick and helpful responses in a very kind and warm manner. Would defenitely recommend staying here; 5/5 stars!

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Insgesamt waren wir 5 Personen mit 2 Babys und das Haus war ausreichend groß. Alles war wie beschrieben und entsprach den Bildern. Auch der Außenbereich war großzügig und der Pool sehr schön. Leider konnten wir diesen kaum nutzen, weil er nicht beheizt war, wir waren jedoch auch Ende April dort, wodurch er wahrscheinlich noch nicht warm genug war. Das Haus befindet sich etwas außerhalb größerer Städte, weshalb ein Auto auf jeden Fall notwendig ist. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf unsere Fragen wurde stets schnell reagiert. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

We had an awesome time at this modern yet simple home. The relatively central location allowed us to do food shopping or dining with a five minute drive. Given the unseasonably hot weather, we enjoyed being outside most, using the pool/shower and large patio with kitchen. The outside kitchen is fantastic as it is large, covered and equipped with a fridge, dishwasher and BBQ grill (propane) that allowed us to sit and enjoy the awesome views of downtown Labin all day and night (there is also a patio walkway that wraps around the home with a side entrance to the laundry room opposite the pool area that made it convenient to do laundry after enjoying the pool). Our host Dalan made the stay even better (many thanks to his mom for the awesome fruit jam). After learning more about Dalan and his global travels, we understood where the finishes in the home came from. Communication with Dalan was easy (multilingual). Truly a home away from home and would definitely stay again!

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum - alles war TOP. Zusammenfassung der Positiven Punkte: - 3 Schlafzimmer mit 3 Badezimmer - 4 WCs - Waschmaschine - An jeden relevanten Fenster ein Fliegengitter - Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer - Sehr großes Grundstück - Sehr schöner Pool - Kommunikation mit Gastgeber sehr gut - Ruhig und voller Privatsphäre - Gute Ausstattung in der Küche (Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine (Filter), Sandwichmaker, Geschirr, Spülmaschine - Gute Ausstattung am Pool (Liegen/Schirme) - Gute Ausstattung am Grill Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Man braucht definitiv ein Auto, die Unterkunft liegt mitten im Nirgendwo / im Wald - Keine Restaurants / Bäcker / Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe - Mehr fällt mir wirklich nicht ein. In Summe ein Top Haus. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

We stayed at this villa with six friends, and it was perfect! Communication with the host was smooth, and he was very welcoming, showing us around and offering great local recommendations. The villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a large, fantastic pool. We loved the on-site activities, like bicycles, tennis, and even an Xbox Kinect for bad weather days. There’s also a great grill area. The location is peaceful, though a bit far from the sea, so having a car is necessary to reach the nearby beaches. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend it!

Die Unterkunft war toll, es war sauber und die Ausstattung ist modern und es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Das einzig negative ist die Internetverbindung, die ist leider etwas schlecht. Außerdem empfehlen wir ein Auto, um die Stadt und zu Supermärkte zu erreichen. Wenn wir nochmal in Labin/Pula sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall nochmal die Unterkunft buchen.
