Highly recommended! A very nice, perfectly equipped, very clean and large apartment in a quiet and safe location with nice neighbors. Perfect for exploring the whole island! Communication was totally straightforward - Lucie is super nice, always available and gave me great tips. I can also highly recommend the apartment for working, as the WiFi works perfectly. I will definitely be happy to come back!

Marie and Michel were great hosts. Very friendly, helpful. We needed lots of little things on site, they met all our needs. We juggled water arrivals and days without their installation. As well as being flexible on the organization, we had charming moments to chat but also with respect for each other's spaces at other times. We would recommend it without a problem. Thank you for your hospitality!

Sitty is adorable. The place is very cozy and our host is always improving it. We were able to communicate with her very easily, she is very available for any questions. A/C, fans, and water tank are a real asset. Our baby was able to stay cool. Thank you for a delightful stay on Petite Terre!

Pauline was great from the beginning to the end of my (short) stay. She was very accommodating and even helped me a lot by helping me transport my belongings to the airport! Her house is perfect and it feels good there, I highly recommend it.

La maison est composée de 3 chambres à l'étage + 1 SDB avec douche et baignoire. 2 toilettes. Au rez-de-chaussée un salon avec cuisine ouverte équipée. Le salon donne directement sur la terrasse, vue sur le jardin et la piscine. Frais supplementaires de ménage. Restauration possible à la demande

Il se situe a quelques minutes du Port de Longoni, de la zone industrielle vallée 3, Collège de Koungou ou CHM de Dzoumongne. L’emplacement est parfait pour se rendre partout à Mayotte en moins de temps. Nous signalons que certaines photos datent d’avant le passage du cyclone Chido. Le jardin avait subi beaucoup de dégâts mais a été nettoyé et demeure accueillant 😊.

I would this property. The hosts are friendly, attentive to our needs. If there's a problem, Fayssoili and his wife react very quickly to resolve it. Clean accommodation upon arrival.
