Apartment holiday rentals in Labattoir

Very secure accommodation (electric gate, cameras, barbed wire on high walls, double door lock, bars with windows and electric shutters) which is very reassuring. Spacious and well-equipped accommodation. Available, responsive and very pleasant host. Ideal location to discover different corners of the beautiful Mayotte. Beware of low cars that struggle in the path climbing to the house. We had a wonderful stay, we recommend it without hesitation!

The space was very clean. The host is not there, but the family is there for hospitality. Everything was great. It is not possible to park right in front of the house but there are squares 5 min walk. The neighborhood does not offer too many services so you often have to take the car (quite normal for Mayotte where many things are done by car and in traffic). There was a de facto cleaning during my two week stay, much appreciated! The wifi is not of the best quality but it works, with outages, quite normal on the island. Thank you anyway because I had a great stay!

Nassur's place was exactly what we expected based on the listing description and photos shown. The amenities and amenities of the accommodation are quite satisfactory for Mayotte. We particularly enjoyed the air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms. We had a great time thanks to Nassur who always answered our questions with speed and kindness. The house (shared in 2 units, with Nassur's brother next door) is located on the heights of Sada which is a charming little town and allowed us to have a great view of the ocean, especially at sunrise and sunset. An idyllic setting! If we come back to Mayotte one day, we will probably not look for another place because this one was perfect for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers).

In the middle of Chido, Nirmat was incredibly helpful. After a first stay canceled due to Storm Dikeledi where NIRMAT had been very proactive, the accommodation was rented for 2 people for a business trip to MAYOTTE. The feedback from our 2 employees is very good, and they were able to devote themselves fully to their post-Chido intervention, without any worries on the accommodation side. Access is easy, and the accommodation is located in the Hauts Vallons district which is quiet. The experience was a pleasure!

Great stay! The apartment is located in a quiet and safe area. There is an area to park, it is easy to move around, and you can easily access shops by scooter to eat. There's a pizzeria and scooter rental shop just around the corner from the place, so if you arrive in Mayotte it's very convenient. The host is very welcoming, available, and responsive to any requests you need. The apartment is very clean and well maintained by the housekeeper. I recommend!

Clean accommodation is very pleasant, an attentive and responsive owner. Location to be improved because the GPS tells us to arrive at the destination 150 m before the exact location. Looking forward to staying at your place again!

Daniel's place exactly matches the listing, rare in Mayotte. Located in the MTsapere neighborhood but quiet and tranquil. Very good hospitality and availability from Daniel's family. Well equipped, maintained and tastefully decorated. I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week at Peter and Anne-Lise's. The apartment is very nice, with a breathtaking view – a real little corner of paradise, exactly like in the photos! The hosts were lovely, of rare kindness, very welcoming and always available when needed. Thank you very much to them for hosting us. I recommend this place without so much as a second thought!

Clean apartment, matches the photos, very well arranged and ideally located if you have a plane to take in the following days. In addition, Zaidou is very responsive. There were 4 of us and we were all satisfied with the accommodation.
