Our apartment, nicknamed La Résidence, completely renovated during the fall of 2022, is located in a residence in one of the resorts of the large Sybelles ski area (4th ski area in France), La Toussuire, in the Maurienne Valley in Savoy. The bottom of the station is located at 1750 m altitude, so it benefits from excellent snow cover throughout the season. Very nice and lively resort in the summer, ideal for mountain bikes and road bikes (two Tour de France finishes).

Chalet on the slopes

Located in La Toussuire, the highest ski resort in Les Sybelles, the fourth largest ski area in France, the chalet allows you to leave and return on skis. It's not accessible with your vehicle. Once parked, it is a 250-meter walk to the chalet. In summer and winter you can enjoy an exceptional panorama, optimal sunshine and absolute tranquility. With family or friends, between sports and relaxation, come and spend an unforgettable week.

You are at home, you are with us in this 55 m2 family apartment, spacious, warm and cozy. Five beds, seven seats, completely renovated with taste. 800 meters from the ski lifts. Welcome to this duplex studio with mountain charm, ideally located opposite the chairlift and close to the ski rental! This sunny home, with free parking, offers four beds in a warm chalet atmosphere. New owner, I plan year-round renovations.
