Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Spezia

Federica and Francesco are the best host & hostess I ever met. When they learnt we don't have big luggage, they offer a ride from port to apartment, which is really considerate at a hot, humid noon. Also, they offered us a late check out as no immediate next guest. And for the apartment, it is comfortable and well equipped, basically you have everything you need. All in the apartment are organized, new and clean, a luxury that travellers can ever have. Definitely a must stay in La Spezia.

L'appartamento è davvero molto bello e pulito, inoltre possiede lo stile di Cinzia, una persona che ama la sincerità e la semplicità, nonché la bellezza della natura. È sempre stata disponibile alle richieste e ha sempre fornito suggerimenti utili. Consiglio vivamente questo luogo, essenziale e comodo, sia per chi voglia trascorrere giornate in montagna che al mare, facilmente accessibile ma restando un po' fuori dalle classiche rotte turistiche.

This was the most perfect place to have a quiet but eventful time. The apartment itself was beautiful, and the area just as much. Highly recommend to others and we plan on coming back and booking this again! Thank you so much!

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

Che dire... questo appartamento è semplicemente perfetto! Situato nel cuore di Portovenere, offre tutto quello che si può desiderare per una vacanza da sogno nelle Cinque Terre. Gli spazi sono curati nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimi e con una vista mozzafiato. Ma la vera ciliegina sulla torta sono Michael e Margherita - host così disponibili e gentili che praticamente leggono nel pensiero! 😄 Rispondono ai messaggi prima ancora che tu finisca di scriverli (giuro, devono avere dei poteri magici!) e la loro cortesia è così contagiosa che ti viene voglia di invitarli a cena. Hanno anticipato ogni nostra esigenza con consigli preziosi sui ristoranti locali e sui posti più belli da visitare. L'appartamento è il punto di partenza ideale per esplorare Portovenere e le Cinque Terre. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a occhi chiusi a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza indimenticabile in uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia! Grazie di cuore per l'ospitalità straordinaria! 🏡💙

We hadden geboekt omdatappartement dicht bij stranden ligt. We waren lui en gingen met auto, maar is goed te belopen /fietsen! Strand is goed! Daarnaast voldoende restaurantjes in omgeving!

Appartamento grande e pulitissimo, con tutto il necessario, a pochi passi dalla stazione, dal centro e dalla spiaggia. Host super gentile, indicazioni precise, è venuto a salutarci alla nostra partenza. Grazie!!

Since Portovenere was the last stop on our trip to Italy, we wanted to stay somewhere with a great view and a terrace where we could relax with a morning coffee and/or an evening drink. And wow (!) Elisa's flat far exceeded our expectations, as the view from her terrace left us speechless upon our arrival! Every morning we would grab breakfast items at the stores just steps away from the entrance to the flat, and take them back "home" to have breakfast with a view. We even made dinner there one evening, despite the wide selection of amazing restaurants nearby, because the ambiance of the terrace at night was so beautiful. In addition, the apartment was very well organized, had wonderful decor, and was in a great location close to everything. Finally, Elisa was a wonderful host who was very communicative, and was always available to offer guidance or to promptly answer any questions we had. (Also, to welcome us, she left ingredients for a delicious pasta/pesto meal!) Grazie mille!

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen! Die Kommunikation mit Elisa war super einfach und angenehm – wir haben uns von Anfang an gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben: sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben uns der wunderschöne Garten und die gut eingerichtete Küche – perfekt, um sich auch mal selbst etwas Leckeres zu kochen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Elisa!

L'Acero is a great place! It has everything you need and more! It is greatly equipped for laundry - washer & drier. It was very clean and greatly built. But it also feels very homey and warm. The artwork on the walls is very cool and quirky, which we loved. It's very private, also on the terrace and you can cook very easily there. It is clear that this is a home designed by people who love food and art, which Massimo and Roberta are. We loved it there. There is a small shop arround the corner, for everything else you need a car, however that applies to the whole area of Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi. Massimo gave us great recommendations for restaurant and was very responsive. All in all - it was great!

Unser Familienurlaub (4 Personen) an diesem Ort war ein absoluter Traum und in Wirklichkeit noch viel beeindruckender als auf den Fotos. Das gesamte Anwesen ist makellos sauber und strahlt eine wunderbare, friedliche Atmosphäre aus. Für unsere Kinder und uns war der Pool vor der atemberaubenden Bergkulisse das tägliche Highlight – ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und gleichzeitig aktiv zu sein. Wir haben die Gegend auf mehreren wunderschönen Wandertouren erkundet. Was den Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Gastgeber: Chris und Joanna sind unglaublich warmherzig und hilfsbereit. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist außergewöhnlich. Wir können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Rossana is one of those airbnb hosts who go above and beyond. She was extremely responsive and caring, helping us with parts of our experience that had nothing to do with her apartment. The space itself is very clean and cute. Easy access to Porto venere and the rest of cinque terre. Highly recommend on every level.

This is a gem of a place. The name says “Tiny” but it is not tiny at all. It’s very spacious! Good location, close to nice beaches. Large supermarket close by. Very quiet compound. Inside was cool despite blistering heat outside. Fantastic amenities. Everything we needed and more. Will come again and will recommend others ;)

Wir haben 10 wunderschöne Tage in Casa Lu verbracht. Das Haus ist modern und hochwertig ausgestattet, alles ist gut durchdacht. Die Ruhe, der tolle Blick ins Tal sowie die relative Nähe von Strand und sehenswerten Orten war genau das, war erhofft und in Casa Lu auch gefunden haben. Lucia ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Person. Um es kurz zu fassen: sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser geschmackvoll gestalteten Unterkunft. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die wirklich makellose Sauberkeit! Gabriele ist ein sehr engagierter Gastgeber! Er versüßte uns den Aufenthalt mit kleinen aber feinen Aufmerksamkeiten (Marmelade, Tee, Duschgel, ein schöner Blumenstrauß) und vergewisserte sich mehrmals proaktiv, dass alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit war! Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!!

We loved our stay at this beautiful house, so close to shops, restaurants , beach and train station. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more, beautiful crockery, glasses the decor and fine detail were outstanding, the outside space was perfect. Would love to go back soon.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits excellentes, notre arrivée a été tardive et Sabrina et son mari se sont montrés très accueillant. L'appartement est juste parfait, ils ont pleins d'attentions. Et la vie sur la mer incroyable.... Je reviendrai ♥️

La casa di Casper è un gioiello immerso nella natura. Perfetta per rilassarsi, godersi il panorama sul golfo, fare un tuffo in piscina o semplicemente vivere il giardino. La cucina è fornita di elettrodomestici, il frigo ha funzione ghiaccio e acqua per cui non avrete bisogno di comprarla. Le stanze e i bagni sono spaziosi e puliti. I letti comodi. Casper e Joke hanno risposto sempre velocemente per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is very spacious and very well equipped. The bedroom can be made complete dark and the apartment is situated in a quiet area. Laura was very responsive and super helpful during our stay - she went out of her way to make us feel at home. We definitely recommend to stay here and we would love to come back again.

This is an incredible Airbnb in Cinque Terre. It’s very easily accessible from the train station, with no big hikes or hills required. The unit is compact but never felt too small, it was very homey. The view was gorgeous. The amenities, specifically the washing machine and the AC units, were huge helps on our trip. Agos communicated often, effectively, and have very clear instructions. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. We do not have anything negative to say.

Matteo E Oriana’s place was absolutely stunning! The view was breathtaking. She was very accommodating to our need to check in early. It is important not to underestimate the stairs, this may be a problem if you are elderly or have a physical impairment. We had a little miscommunication due to the language barrier but Oriana is so lovely and nice to deal with. Thank you for the stay.
