Holiday rentals with a fire pit in La Spezia

A very well-kept structure with attention to detail! In addition to complete cleaning. The directions were clear and the location is good for traveling by car between Liguria and Tuscany. Street parking in front of the entrance gate, quiet area with the charm of the river. The description of the structure is accurate, so the only thing I would point out is that it may not be very suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs, as it is arranged on three levels.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at the house in Ponzò. The house is spacious and well-equipped with all the necessities we needed. Its remote location, accessible via a winding road, offers peace and quiet away from the crowds of the nearby Cinque Terre. A great place to unwind, we would definitely recommend it!

We had a great time on our holiday at the house in Levanto. The place has a beautiful view at the town, with lots of hiking trails and destinations in the area. The centre of Levanto is a little gem with the beach, shops and cafés.

It was an amazing experience, we liked the view and the house itself a lot.

Gorgeous pool (cold in May, but once we were in, it was great!) Great location, so peaceful. We drove into La Spezia because train strikes made the local station impractical, otherwise it would have been very handy. The cinque terre are really stunning. We also did a sunset cruise from La Spezia which was excellent. Fabios restaurant is 2 mins away - sadly we didn’t have time to go - next time! Initially we thought the house was a.little damp (the weather had been bad) but once we put the air con on heating this improved in no time ✅. (The listing suggests the apartment doesn’t have heating - it does. Plus very good air con when the weather improved!) Fabio and Simona were there when we asked a question and otherwise unobtrusive which was great. Basic kitchen facilities and equipment, but enough - we would go back!

This apartment stands out for its fantastic location, the lush garden shaded by lemon trees, and the warm hospitality of Giovanni. When we arrived, we were greeted with delicious pastries, fresh fruit, and wine. The apartment is fully stocked with everything a guest might need, making it very convenient. We appreciated the charm and character of the apartment, and it was just the right size for our family of three adults. We also enjoyed having breakfast in the garden. Giovanni was responsive and attentive throughout our stay.

We couldn’t be happier for the staying at Simone’s house. If you want a private spot surrounded by nature, that’s your best choice! He is also very friendly always available for anything you need. We loved Levanto village, Monterosso, St. Margherita, Porto Venere 🪬💙 Xx

Very kind and helpful host, house in a quiet location and close to the promenade, clean and tidy, with attention to detail and with all the essentials.

Wonderful stay – felt like home! The apartment was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was a great spot to relax, and the location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the sea and right next to a big supermarket. Our host was super friendly, always available, and made us feel very welcome. It really felt like home. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

Mrs Gabriella was really so kind. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but she helped us check-in early even though she was on duty. The accommodation is so clean and well-organized. In addition, she provided fruits, bread, snacks, wine, and harmonies etc. If I have a chance, I would like to stay at the accommodation again. See you again!!

Chiara is a great host and very friendly. The house is very comfortable, the views are splendid and the private parking is extremely convenient. Highly recommended.

First of all, a fantastic location, the apartment practically on the beach, waking up and looking at the sea was beautiful. Then the location to reach the goals we had set for ourselves was perfect. The apartment is very nice, clean and Sarà is always ready for anything you need.

Exceptional accommodation. A very good place to be able to make excursions to other places of interest such as Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio, Cinque Terre. The house is perfect for a family. It's exactly as shown in the pictures. Perfect cleanliness. A/C and fans. The pool is a plus that has made everyone's vacation happy. After going on excursions, coming home and being able to take a dip is the best! It has everything you need for a vacation. Carmela, an excellent host, welcomed us without waiting, made recommendations for places to visit and was always available to us. Both children and adults, we have really enjoyed the house and the incredible surroundings of this land. I would definitely stay here again. I absolutely recommend it. We had a great time in this wonderful and romantic mountain village! The house is lovingly decorated, everything was fresh and clean and pleasant. The view is unique and it is so peaceful, in the middle of the nature, yet you can make excursions to the sea, go hiking, visit castles and caves. The road has been newly made and is easily accessible. But of course: you have to like the mountain roads with many curves, sometimes it is also tight, but everyone is driving carefully and I had a lot of fun driving with our small rental car. The children also felt very comfortable.

I would definitely recommend this place! The apartment is very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need for an apartment. One of the advantages of this place is the beautiful view of the sea and the town! An ideal base for exploring the Cinque Terre and the surrounding area.
