Beautiful house, everything organized and clean, the outdoor areas are beautiful, spectacular pool and jacuzzi, beautiful view in general, everything is very good!

This is an amazing house with the most gorgeous view. There are lots of birds around. Tatiana, who cleans and helps in the kitchen is absolutely wonderful. Pilar, the host was always helpful and proactive with tips.

The place is very nice, the pool is perfect. Diego is very friendly and responds to messages in a timely manner. For improvement: the security of the doors although the condominium is very safe; the gates at the entrance allow the access of dogs and cats from the neighborhood to the rear where the pool is. The house, the outside space with BBQ and the swimming pool are suitable for 16 people. We had a great time also with the help of Maria and Joanna, the domestic assistants. The only thing you need to do is to buy your favourite ingredients and they will cook the meals, breakfast and lunch and prepare something for dinner before they leave at 4 pm. In the meantime they keep the house clean. The pool maintenance is done in the morning by a specialist. State of maintenance is in perfect order as is all equipment.

We loved our stay at Heidy's house!!! From the beginning, communication was fluid, she was always willing to answer our questions, the house is beautiful, the pool is perfect, the location of the house also seemed ideal, since it is only 5 minutes by car from the village, ideal for shopping. We hired Marcela's service, and we couldn't be happier with her help and company, we would happily return to this beautiful place!

In general, we loved the house and the location. Luis Fernando was always attentive to our concerns. Only on the last day there was a power outage, but we enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended for a few days of sun, pool and tranquility.

the estate is beautiful, take a lot of repellent, the mosquitoes are invisible but itching!!!, the family in charge of the estate is a love, friendly and very helpful, we had a great family weekend!!! recommendation: go know the 3 waterfalls with Lord Israël, the foreman of the estate, he is a very respectful gentleman, he knows the region perfectly and offers the guide service for that wonderful adventure in the wild! it is very worth it! until the next Juan !

I had a truly wonderful stay at this peaceful oasis in Mesitas del Colegio. The house is set in a lush, tropical environment with a beautiful view, and the garden is full of vibrant greenery and birdsong. The pool with is incredible view was a highlight for me—perfect for cooling off in the afternoon sun! Important for me was also that the location is quiet and relaxing (as I was spending time writing) and the friendly dogs certainly added a warm and welcoming touch! The house itself was charming and comfortable and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm retreat surrounded by nature!

This place is amazing, I chose it for the photos and the location but the reality surprised us pleasantly, the photos do not do this place justice, it is too beautiful and with a lot of greenery, which makes it have a quite pleasant climate. Some references here say that there were many mosquitoes but the truth is that it is nothing that cannot be solved with a good repellent. The pool is a suitable size, there are the number of chairs and tables needed for a large group. It has all the necessary things to make roasts, any food you want to prepare, the mattresses are comfortable and clean, the spaces are spacious. It is 15 minutes from the village of Melgar so it is quite easy to find whatever it takes. The days we spent there with my family are truly unforgettable.

Everything was very good, the treatment of the people in charge of the house was the best. It's an isolated place so there's no noise at all, the rooms are simple but they do the job. The bathrooms are very cool and the common areas are too.

As always, everything perfect a place that I love to go with my family, it is my fifth year visiting them and everything impeccable, quiet, very nice♥️ I will come back next year if God allows me 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

It was a pleasure to meet don Raúl and his wife, they were very helpful and definitely made our stay very pleasant. The estate is beautiful and is very well equipped, especially the pool fascinated us because it was very well cared for, unlike other pools that can be seen poorly maintained. The place exceeded our expectations, we will definitely be back.

This place is wonderful for any kind of getaway, really. It's better than the photos, it's a big, nice house, with plenty of room to walk around. Everything was impeccable from the start: - Timely and clear communication - The stay included a housekeeper, Mrs. Luz was wonderful and cooked delicious food, she even helped us with the barbecue. - Impeccable sheets, towels available. - The pool is in perfect condition. - Due to transportation issues, we had to check in later and Luisa was super understanding. - There was hot water for the cold nights - Refrigerator, pantry with condiments and a super well-equipped kitchen. It may not be for you if you are bothered by bugs, although there aren't many that cross your path, mostly crickets... but it is a natural environment, it is normal. Otherwise, I highly recommend it and I know we'll be back.

Bueatiful place. House is like an oasis with beautiful views, infinity pool. Private and secluded. Will definitely come back to this house. We loved it.
