Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Selva Beach

Kevin was a very responsive host who checked in with me during the stay. The place was lovely - light, bright and clean. Freshly updated and remodeled with a peek of the beautiful ocean out the windows. Definitely would stay here again.

great place in capitola, easy walk to the beach and restaurants nice easy drive to Santa cruz and surrounding area. Nice rental for a small family. the one and only minor downside is the garage , it's a tad small but can fit a car fine just no big suv or truck. Definitely tight getting in and out. would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Suzy’s place was perfect! I was in town for a wedding held at Shadowbrook and Suzy’s place was within walking distance to not only the restaurant but also all the spots in the village. Suzy was super responsive and worked with me. Even though I wasn’t able to check in early, we worked it out so that I could at least park in the designated parking spot so that we could walk around town while things were being cleaned. The place was super safe and private. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town!

Enjoyed my weekend stay at this homey and quiet home! Will definitely save and attempt to book again. The host was very responsive and informative about the area! Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

We had an amazing stay at Mary’s Airbnb! From the start, her communication was outstanding—fast, clear, and always helpful. She provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make our trip comfortable and stress-free. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and just as described. All of Mary’s instructions were clear and easy to follow, making check-in and check-out a breeze. You can tell she truly cares about her guests’ experience. One of the biggest highlights was how she helped us recover an expensive item we accidentally left behind. Mary made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. Her quick response and willingness to help ensured we didn’t have to worry, and we’re so grateful for her kindness and professionalism. Overall, Mary is an exceptional host and we highly recommend her place to anyone. She truly made our stay one to remember. Thank you, Mary!

Nice place about a half block from Twin Lakes Beach. Location is great and the place was perfect for our family of 3 plus our dog. Our teenage son enjoyed sleeping in the loft and our dog loved barking at passersby from the deck... The unit is above the main house where the host lives, but felt private. We'd be happy to stay here again next time we're in town.

Beautiful home and great location. We loved the warm welcome details and snacks. My son enjoyed playing with the games. The home is beautifully decorated with coastal vibes. Shops, restaurants are all within walking distance. Claire was very communicative and friendly. We will definitely come back.

I can’t boast about this place enough. Holly went above and beyond to communicate with me. She gave lots of recommendations for food places. We tried Manuel’s, Venus, Pizza my Heart, and The Hideout. Hands down, hideout was my favorite! The home was BEAUTIFUL! Literally, a dream! Our kids (12 & 7) loved it too. We celebrated my son’s 7th bday there. We beached every single day! Their home was beautiful, clean, and magical. The hubby and I slept with the doors cracked open upstairs and literally fell asleep and woke up to the crashing waves. Walk across the street and you’re on the beach! It was heaven. I told my family I was depressed coming back home. HA! The backyard was darling! The lights were my favorite & I didn’t realize there was a little sandpit. Such a great gem. We were welcomed with a basket too. Filled with local bread, taffy (my fav), cookies, wine and coffee; Even with a hand written note. I can’t wait to book their home again. It was a dream. Thank you for having us!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jackie's beach house. The house was walking distance to all our favorite places to go. Honestly, we loved hanging out in the backyard too. The BBQ was perfect and ready to go. I wouldn't change a thing, it was perfect and we look forward to coming back again.

This beach bungalow is fabulous ! The home is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway! The outdoor patio is a bonus living room! The location has a nice ocean view and easy access to walks along the beach. Heather is a great host! The recommendations provided are very helpful and spot on! Will definitely book this wonderful gem for our next visit to Santa Cruz!

We had a wonderful stay at this home—it was the perfect setting for our vacation with multiple families and young children. The house was incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen that made group meals a breeze to thoughtful amenities that made traveling with little ones so much easier. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend quality time together, and the layout made it easy to keep an eye on the kids while still enjoying ourselves. The home was clean, comfortable, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. We’d gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with kids!

David’s place is magnificent! Right on the beach. We all enjoyed going to sleep listening to the waves crash. It’s in a wonderful area with a lot of amenities. We highly recommend!!

Kristina’s place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. Breath taking ocean views and a short 5 minutes down to the beach. Kristina was very friendly checking in with us to make sure our trip was going good and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again !!! Great host great place and beautiful city !!

This was a fantastic place to stay!! The only odd aspect was an 8:00 pm curfew. Otherwise, it was very clean, well managed and comfortable. The view is amazing and the walk to the beach is 💯

The location is much more private and peaceful than the surrounding area. Basically get your own stretch of beach in an otherwise overpopulated area. The Airbnb is also clean and tidy.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It’s absolutely perfect and has everything you could possibly need. We were especially delighted to find chopsticks, which totally made our day since we were planning to have ramen and thought we’d have to use forks! The view from the condo is stunning, like something out of a movie, and it was such a treat to have easy access to the beach. Watching the sunset was one of the highlights of our trip. The host was very responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions for everything, from check-in and check-out to using the washer. The check-in process with the gate attendant was smooth and made us feel extra secure. Everything was super clean and thoughtfully prepared. We stayed at several Airbnbs along Route 1, and this one was undoubtedly the best. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge.
