Great location if you want to go to Ushuaia, Hi Ibiza, Murphy's, Tantra, ... Noise was not a problem at all. Direct and unobstructed view of Platja d'en Bossa, although in order to walk to the beach, you have to leave the complex through the front door first - a few minutes' walk. Big enough for our party of six. The apartment is not the newest, but we felt it offered good value compared to the alternatives. Communication with the host was straightforward and pleasant.

The communion with Alessio was good and thanking assistant Katia for all the recommendations she made us throughout our stay is a charm.

Zhis place is exactly the island detox you need. it has everything you do need and nothing you don't. The beds are comfy enough and the kitchen is a bit sparsely equipped but totally functional. I do wish the windows had screens or the bed had a net so we could have the windows open at night without getting so bitten b mosquitoes. in particular Giulietta is a stand out host. we did a week here working remotely and getting around only on ebikes. We are generally young and healthy, so we easily got to every corner on the island with ebikes, you may not need a car. Blue bar is walkable along the beach and Real Playa is also right there

The host was friendly and responsive. Had no issues. Only thing to mention is, if you plan to stay here, be aware that loud noises and music is prohibited or kept to a minimum. The neighbors do not like it. Other than that, it’s a good place to stay.

Maria was a wonderful and kind host. The house is cozy, quiet and close to the beaches and to San Francesc. I hope to come back very soon!

Our stay at Vicente's villa in Ibiza was exceptional. The stunning sea view and beautiful landscape greatly enhanced our experience. The villa was spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully decorated, with three comfortable bedrooms and multiple stylish living areas. The massive swimming pool and extensive outdoor space were perfect for enjoying Ibiza’s lovely weather. Vicente was an outstanding host—friendly, proactive, and accommodating to our needs and schedule. We highly recommend Vicente’s villa and look forward to returning!

The house is beautiful and the location is the same! The garden is wonderful and very spacious... there is a terrace both on the ground floor and on the roof that make the atmosphere really beautiful. The spaces are spacious accordingly if during the day you do not want to go to lunch / dinner outside it is a pleasure to stay at home. The hosts are very helpful and thoughtful. We'll definitely be back!

Absolutely adored our stay at Cana Maria. Beautiful, peaceful and well equipped with everything you might need and more. We were a little out of the way, off a rugged track ( which I enjoyed) but yet close enough to anything we might need. I truly recommend this stunning Villa and we will definitely be returning. I've found a home from home and I didn't want to leave. That view had me addicted I could have spent all my time just appreciating all it's beautiful from dusk to dusk, it's that stunning. The pool was super refreshing and a major part of the villas stunning vista. Sitting out at night watching the stars and listening to gentle music was a great past time. We nearly forgot we were on a party island it was that peaceful. I could go on and on about our stay here at the villa and still wouldn't touch the sides of how great the place actually is. I say book it and you'll find out, that it is a home from home. Thank you to the concierge for being so welcoming and helpful.

very nice typical house...in a quiet place very well located close to beautiful beaches and shops. very nice garden and large courtyard to park the car. air conditioning works great. Camille is very available. we recommend this address without any worries!

What a beautiful villa! Highly recommended if you want to unwind for a while. Close to amenities, beaches, clubs and Ibiza city and the airport. Really enjoy!

I don't usually leave reviews but Hans' house is absolutely fabulous. The house is located close to the posh village of San Josep, inside a private estate with 24hrs security. The house is on a hillside that looks onto a beautiful bay. The house has everything you need including air con and Netflix. We specially loved the master suite at first floor, accessible from the outside, which meant our teenage kids stayed downstairs with their friends in what felt like a separate house. We had our own private terrace and fridge, a busy parent's dream. The pool is perfect and has its own terrace surrounded by the garden. Hans and his concierge Miguel were super helpful and friendly and made us feel right at home. Thank you again for everything, we'll be back!

The apartment is wonderful, it's totally new. The location is quite good, and best of all is Mauro's kindness, pending for everything you might need. It is appreciated that it also informs you about services on the island. I would definitely repeat, it was a very pleasant stay in this apartment.

We felt right at home, The location is perfect, the apartment is very comfortable and functional, and the attention received from Formentera Break from when we arrived until we left, it was 10!
