You can also discover the wildlife , the mountain flora and the culinary specialities of the Champsaur. Mountain house situated at 1450m altitude, in an isolated hamlet 3.5 km from Pont du Fossé. Bordering the Parc des Ecrins, facing due south, sheltered from the wind. You will enjoy a view of the mountains, in a relaxing green setting. Located in the Champsaur Valley, all mountain activities (walking, climbing, canyoning, downhill paragliding, tyrolean, skiing) are possible 😀. Time to recharge your batteries in the heart of the Clarée Valley. Studio for 4 people, completely renovated in the spring of 2020. Rated 2 stars, on the 1st floor, south-facing balcony with unobstructed view of the mountains. 1 mountain corner, bunk bed isolated by a door from the living room-kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, washer-dryer, separate toilet. The kitchen area is fully equipped (oven, induction cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, 200 L fridge), living room with TV, Wi-Fi, pull-out sofa bed for 2 people.

Beautiful house completely renovated. Everything has been redone: facade, roof, terrace, windows, shutters, balcony, exterior staircase and veranda with foosball, ping-pong table, Jacuzzi. New kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, induction stove. Massage jet shower. Located in the heart of the city, 400 m from the SNCF train station, 10 min walk from the Prorel cable car departure, next to the bus stop and a supermarket. Beautiful garden. Garden furniture. Very nice view.

Beautiful renovated apartment in a 3-star residence in Puy-Saint-Vincent 1800, at the top of the resort with direct access to the slopes where you will enjoy the calm and forest nearby for your walks. There is also a free shuttle bus to get off to the shops of the resort. The residence has a heated swimming pool ( open during school holidays) and a paid sauna. 35 m2 apartment for 4/5 people with balcony valley view, on the first floor.
