It is situated in a beautiful village called "Tamerici", next to the center of San Teodoro, at 1,5 km from the most beautiful beaches: Isuledda, Cala D 'Ambra, Cinta. Air Conditioning, TV, washing machine, veranda, second outdoor shower. Free parking. The price includes the house rental, water, gas, electricity and final cleaning. There is an additional price for bed linen and towels, if required.

The house is perfect for those with children, it is equipped with a crib, side rails and high chair, the gardens are fenced and 50 meters away is a lovely municipal playground. The unique location allows you to reach both La Cinta beach and the town's central square in a few minutes' walk.

Tania, the host, was responsive and pleasant. The non- face-to-face check-in system was quite comfortable. The location is quite good to do things around, although it is outside of San Teodoro, so you have to take the car for almost everything because there are not many amenities nearby. Negative: There was a problem with the water pressure and water was barely coming out in the shower and in the cistern.

Very happy with the piol. Some noise from the hotel next door on two evenings which stopped at midnight. Very well equipped kitchen. Very generous food for us on arrival. We were delighted.
