Great! I recommend this accommodation, consistent with the description, you can leave the car parked in the street and do everything on foot, it's great. The bed was so comfortable!

I loved my stay here and wish I could’ve stayed longer! The apartment is located right in the downtown and very walkable. The place was spotless when I arrived. I would recommend.

Caroline and Gilles are very warm and friendly hosts who were immediately available for questions. The listing is as described in the photos. It is a truly exceptional, very large apartment. The living room (formerly the station hall) resembles a museum, Caroline and Gilles have collected old station utensils and pictures and exhibited them there. The house and garden are lovingly restored and designed, the two have invested a lot of work (and money) to turn the old train station into a wonderful accommodation. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. The center of Le Bugue is about 1 km away, via the beautiful bike path "voie verte" it is 4 km. We enjoyed the bike tours and our accommodation very much. I also enjoyed the personal contact and a little "chat" in the evening, so I could once again use my "rusty" French skills. Thank you for everything!

Large and comfortable apartment, as shown in the photos. Equipped with air conditioning (although we did not use it), equipped kitchen. A stone's throw from the historic center, with convenient parking. Host available. Common areas (entrance to the street floor and stairs) to be reviewed. Overall great solution.

The apartment was spacious and very nicely furnished. It was also extremely well-equipped. The location was excellent - very near the center of town - and Ludovic was very responsive to questions. We enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed for 10 nights as 5 adults and 3 kids all under the age of 5. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the size of space and facilities available were excellent and we felt right at home. The cellar was a big hit with the adults and we all enjoyed the pool day and night. Plenty of nice villages and towns within driving distance if you want to get out and explore which we did on several occasions. Rachel will keep you right with plenty of local tips and info she’s a great host. I’m sure we will be back, thanks again

A nice surprise much better than in the photos , this pretty stone house in nature is nicely decorated , combining high-end furniture, modernity and the charm of this old Perigord house. The pool area is beautiful and very comfortable we enjoyed these few days with family as a family

Great week-long stay. The place is charming, well located and quite quiet. The cottage only offers two accommodations, one of which was unoccupied, so we were able to enjoy the latter alone. Patrick is extremely friendly, we did not ask him but I am sure we could have if necessary. Thanks to him. I highly recommend the place.

A gorgeous old stone house with chic updates. We only used 3 bedrooms and they were all comfortable with modern baths. Many places to gather, especially outside. The living room was lovely and welcoming. The farnhouse kitchen was very well supplied. The pool house was to die for and we had cocktails and even dinner there one evening. The views! Gorgeous, with castles and hot air balloons. The hosts live on site and were delightful when we ran across them but very discreet. It definitely felt like “our” property. Nothing negative to say, and we were blessed with fabulous weather! It’s in the heart of the must see towns along the Dordogne, with many restaurants and sights within 5-10 minutes. We had a great family stay at Magali's. Very flexible and warm welcome, the house is really a gem in this very well maintained, equipped, swimming pool and garden without neighbors, provision of games… everything to have a good time! Our family spent a wonderful four days in Jean-Christophe's place, and we were very sad to leave. The garden and the view of the chateau are gorgeous, and we took good advantage of the walking trails through the woods. The house had everything we needed and we were very comfortable, especially with the wood fire. The village is very small, but it is an easy drive to Sarlat and some of the most beautiful towns in Dordogne, as well as the many painted caves in the Vézère Valley. Highly recommended as a quiet retreat and as a home-base to explore the region.

We had a very good stay, in a very well-appointed apartment, very clean, quiet and at the same time close to the center we wanted to visit. A warm welcome.

A perfect position, a few minutes walk from the historic centre, and easy to come and go from. The home was comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. We did not meet our hosts, but they were very helpful in sending recommendations for sites and restaurants in the area and very quick to respond to our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this place as a perfect base for a stay in the Dordogne area.

Ariane's apartment is one of our absolute favorites! Very clean and well maintained, elegantly furnished, great location and Ariane is super friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the apartment!

Maggie has a well-equipped apartment, everything we needed was present up to and including an ironing board and iron. Apartment remains pleasantly cool at outside temperatures of around 30 degrees. The terrace has comfortable armchairs with footstools and a dining table with 4 chairs. During the day, there is a lot of traffic on the road that runs past the terrace and garden. Fortunately, there is little traffic noise in the evening. We could park our car on the premises and with 10 minutes walk you can reach Sarlat, as well as the Carfour market. Sarlat itself is beautiful but on a market day too busy for our taste. In the evening, it is a pleasant town for a bite and a drink.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished (choice of colors, organization of spaces), kitchen equipment and dishes are in sufficient quantity. The location in the city center is particularly pleasant for enjoying the city and getting around on foot. The apartment benefits from double glazing, sometimes necessary when there is musical entertainment nearby, and ensures, with the shutters, a pleasant coolness in the apartment, in case of high temperatures. The terrace is a real complement for outdoor dining. Not to mention the free parking available for the duration of your stay. A big thank you to Florian and his team.
