We had a pleasant stay at Magalie and Jean's house. The house is beautiful and well furnished, the beds are good quality. Walking distance to the center. It was a real plus to be greeted in person, to receive advice for excursions and even the dog was given a little attention on our arrival. We highly recommend this accommodation, the private garden with plancha is perfect for feeling like you're on vacation.

Loved this accommodation and would like to return at some point. Such a lovely location and everything perfect. Thoroughly recommend.

A pleasant weekend in a charming quiet accommodation with everything nearby and 10 minutes from the center of La Rochelle A nice garden to enjoy the outdoors. Everything is there for a very good stay, and Anita, Robert and their daughter welcomed us with kindness and benevolence. An address to recommend without hesitation.

There is a plancha, our son was able to make us enjoy his talents as Maître queux. The nickel chrome pool. Bath towels. Deckchairs. For the kitchen, there is everything you need. Pots, cutlery, plates, etc. A small corner with toys that our 4-year-old grandson has used well... Everything is perfect, thank you Marine.

We had a pleasant stay in your home everything was perfect. Jacuzzi at the top. Thank you very much for this little extra that allowed us to have a great time. Very nice surprise on our arrival, the company of cats that delighted us.🥰 Really I recommend it 100%. One small downside (a hair dryer would have helped) but that's a detail. We were hosted very well by Dominique and Christian. The accommodation is conveniently located between the city center and the rugby stadium in a very quiet and peaceful area. Nice and functional apartment within walking distance to restaurants, bus /train stations and other locations. Amelia is a very nice host and gives you all the information you need. She also proved to be flexible for check-in as my train was running way more late than anticipated. If you need a place to stay close to the city centre but still like your quiet, this is the one for you.

Christelle is a great host: pleasant, helpful and accommodating (early check-in), with whom it is very easy to communicate! The apartment is very comfortable and well furnished, with an ideal location. I highly recommend this property for families, singles or couples. I'd love to come back :)

Perfectly located appartment, and the garage is a huge advantage. Very nice place to stay at, close to everything, and easy to get in/out. I would not recommended it if you have small kids. There is some safety issues like the stairs, windows, plugs, and furniture that can fall.

Very nice apartment, comfortable, well arranged and equipped. Well located, it is close to everything but in a quiet place. Barbara is a very welcoming, available and caring person. If we were to return to La Rochelle, we would not fail to rent this apartment again!

Christine's accommodation is ideally located for strolling on foot in La Rochelle. It is beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities. And what about this little inner courtyard, with a little bonus: the jasmine in bloom... simply magnificent! And how calm... It's very appreciable in the city center. The welcome booklet is very complete, we greatly appreciated knowing the little history of the apartment. And Christian's hospitality was TOP! Big thanks for the stay.

The apartment is very well located, at the foot of the Tour de la Lanterne, a stone's throw from the old port and 5 minutes from the La Concurrence beach. The location is ideal for walking, cycling (self-service station nearby) and for taking the bus boats to the aquarium or the port des minimes. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the station.

Very well located, clean accommodation, very easy access from the train station, just a noisy student evening during the week that ended at 12:30 a.m.

Very quiet for the studio. For those who love walking, I've been spoiled. Xavier is responsive and helped me a lot. Good restaurants.

Maryse is a very nice and available host and moreover she is very accommodating for check-in and checkout when possible! The apartment is in a great location we rented for our 3-day weekend and we did everything on foot! The parking space is a big plus we highly recommend Maryse and her property! You can go there without so much as a second thought, you won't be disappointed! Very looking forward to returning to La Rochelle in this beautiful and tastefully decorated and so well located in La Rochelle!

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

Amazing apartment on the port front in La Rochelle, with great views and in the centre of this very walkable town. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need, including for travelling with a baby. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment with views of park, lots of room, perfect location for walking around the old port which is the hub of La Rochelle. The train and bus station only about 3 minutes away. There is a taxi rank in front of the train station for taxi to airport. Marion responded to any questions very quickly.

We had a lovely stay at Valerie's apartment. Tastefully decorated, we were pleasantly surprised by all the little touches and equipment. Great location, we were able to do anything on foot. Living during the day but quiet at night. Not insignificant little more: private parking in a city where all spaces are paid. I recommend it. Looking forward to coming back to this little cocoon.
