This is the third time we have booked this accommodation because it is really very comfortable and well located, quiet. We also booked in early August and we will continue next year if we are accepted. Evelyne is very responsive, Virginie absent replaced by Amelia also very friendly and available. Overall, a top-notch rental. looking forward to returning.

A modern furnished apartment on the 10th floor of a high-rise, with an impressive view of the harbor and the sea. The parking in front of the house is very commendable, as the parking situation in La Rochelle is catastrophic, especially on weekends. Instead of spending half an hour looking for a parking space, it's better to walk along the water into the city in a quarter of an hour. A good supermarket and a great bakery are 3 minutes away by car. Check-in worked without any problems, even without Pascal's presence.

Corinne is such an amazing and responsive host, and her place was exactly what we needed. Would 100% recommend. A bit about the apartment: it looked exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Its location probably can’t be better since it was right by the pier of Saint-Martin, a very charming and calm village. Now, the real stars were the hosts. Corinne herself was very responsive and proactive and even though she wasn’t there at check-in, she arranged for a family member to not only be there and greet us, but also drive us from the La Rochelle train station to the island. She also called the bus company to confirm our bus time upon departure and was kind enough to allow a later check in so we had a place to leave our belongings while waiting for our train. Overall, amazing hosts. Thank you!

We spent 2 nights in the accommodation, as the comments said, we are in front of garbage cans but it doesn't really bother us. Clean place and parking spaces next door, city bikes accessible nearby. We are very satisfied with our stay!

My stay in La Rochelle went very well. Dominique's place matched the listing. Easily accessible, close to the city center and the beach. Great welcome, Dominique took the time to chat to find out if everything went well. I would highly recommend it.

Spacious and modern apartment, ideally located with a very nice large balcony. Everything can be done on foot, however, the square on which it is located is very "lively" so noise, music etc. quite late at night, fortunately the bay windows insulate well from noise. We intend to rent this property again.

Excellent location: The accommodation is very clean and functional. Dominique is welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the bedding of great comfort. Ideally located, the residence is very pleasant, Saint Martin en Ré is a charming village. I highly recommend it.

The location of Benjamin’s place is ideal - safely contained in a very pretty complex of apartments with parking and easy access to the beach. Once inside, you would never know you are close to other apartments because it is quiet, well lit, and beautiful. The back garden at sunset is incredible. There were only two of us and our dog, but the apartment is stocked to be able to easily host a small family. It’s clean and organized with a spacious kitchen and a comfortable bed. We were met at the gate when we arrived, the key hand-off was friendly and quick. Check-out instructions were clear and we didn’t feel rushed at all. All in all, a great stay. We hope to return someday soon!

We had a great stay, with our 3-month-old son and our dog. The accommodation is really 2 steps from the ocean, and close to the beach shops (shops, bar, restaurant, etc...) which we really liked. Nathalie is very responsive: we thank her for the speed of these responses to the message. Small accommodation, but which has everything you need when you go away for a few days of change of scenery. We were hosted very well by Fabienne and Boris. Their apartment is bright, pleasant and well-equipped. The location is perfect, near the center, by the sea. And the parking space in a gated garage and a real plus. We will come again👍

Studio faithful to the photos, well furnished and has everything you need to spend a few days there. It is close to the center of La Flotte, which is a few minutes' walk away. Quiet and pleasant residence. David was very responsive and friendly. Perfect!

A very good stay at Brigitte's, who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easy to access and close to the center of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. Despite the coolness of the pool, we enjoyed it after our very long bike ride. we will come back with great pleasure! thank you Brigitte for the welcome and your trust.

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the island of Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental right next door, friendly). The little extra is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

A gem of a place! Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful location but within walking distance from the port and local shops.

It was an excellent stay at Nicolas'! The residence is very pleasant, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a hot time and the apartment, shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for having breakfast outdoors. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we appreciated. We'll be happy to go back!
