We had a great stay, and loved the space! Very clean, had all the essentials, and the pool was great! It was a perfect weekend getaway.

Anthony was easy to reach! Place was spacious and nice. Would stay again and recommend!

Frank’s spot was perfect! The space is huge and has everything you could want and more - pool, pool table, corn hole, foosball, large lounging areas, etc. it was also super conveniently located close to stagecoach festival if that’s what you’re in the area for. Frank was super responsive and accommodating to our group - super thankful for him! Would highly recommend staying here

We had the best time staying here! Claire was the best host and SO responsive ! House was clean , loved the decor, comfortable, and had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend and would love to come back !

Nice home for our group of 5 and small dog. Neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, beds were comfortable, sheets really soft, kitchen fully appointed with all you’d need, cute small pool in front to cool off in the heat and was no problem that it wasn’t heated since the cool water was refreshing, liked that the whole property was privately fenced so our small dog was secure when we were enjoying the pool area, host noted to let the hot water run in the master shower but it didn’t take very long and had plenty of hot water. Wish we knew that the A/C thermostat would be limited to only going down to 73 degrees, which kept the living room area between 75-78. But all in all a nice place for our weekend getaway.

Excellent place to spend time with family and friends relaxing by the pool. The place had everything you could think of for an amazing stay. It was so well equipped. The pool is the shining star of the place.

Gina was very responsive when we had any questions or issues. The house was easy to find and close to festival grounds.

Stayed at Beverlys place for 3 nights. We have rented many homes inside the PGA West Signature neighborhood . This is by far our favorite. The house is beautiful and looks like all the pictures. This place is very clean and organized. The backyard and pool are fantastic. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc... Beverly was excellent in communicating with us. Everything was perfect. Cant wait to book again!

Jordan was an excellent host. I had a couple of questions during my stay and he responded within minutes and made sure to follow up to make sure everything was okay. The house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures online. It has a beautiful kitchen with everything you need to prepare any meal. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were large and well appointed. I will definitely stay again the next time I’m in La Quinta.

We came into town to play a couple rounds of golf. The home was so peaceful and the backyard was the perfect place to hang out (even in 100+ degrees). We love coming to this area to golf and will definitely look to rebook!

My wife and I loved the property. The pictures don’t do the house and backyard justice. I hope this house is available the next time we head out to the desert.

Loved this home! Everything we needed, clean, & inviting. The beds were comfortable, well stocked home, comfortable and homey. Excellent location! Perfect for our lab puppy! We will definitely book again!!!

Amazing place and stay!!! Lots to do at the house and it was beautiful! Definitely recommend staying here for a bigger group trip! Great hosts as well! They were so accommodating and welcoming! The iPad provided had instructional videos on every thing we could possibly need! Made the trip amazing! Would most definitely stay here again!

First time Airbnb’er and we chose this place based on previous reviews and it was all worth reading other post. The place was everything that others described, from instructions to check in, using all the amenities to checking out, it was all simple to follow. I thought we would have to put everything back in place but the instructions were easy to follow. We still did clean more than what was asked but that’s just us, we wanted to be respectful of other people’s home. The pool was nice and relaxing, the kids really enjoyed every bit of it. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Joshua and Madison for allowing us to stay in your home.

Assunta was a great hostess very clear and helping with instructions. She went above and beyond to accommodate our late check out and even offered early check in the day of our trip. Her home was very comfortable and clean we look forward to staying again in the future!

We had a fabulous state at The Casa Del Rio. The house is well located in PGA West and beautifully located on a picturesque lake. Every detail is attended to and it is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and meticulously organized. There are three cooks in our group and all of us commented on how well outfitted the kitchen was. We have been renting homes around the world for many years and this one really was exceptional. The only negative was that they forgot to leave the keys for the Porsche in the garage!!! :)

Stayed here during Coachella weekend and had an amazing experience! The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making check-in and communication super easy. The place was clean when we arrived and had everything you'd expect in a comfortable home—kitchen essentials, toiletries, and even little touches that made it feel extra cozy. The beds were really comfy, and the furniture throughout was stylish and well-kept. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay over Mother’s Day! It was a beautiful home and perfect location. Our daughter loved the pool and overall a perfect space to relax and unwind from Los Angeles. We will be booking again for our summer weeks!

This has been my favorite house in PGA west so far! The layout is perfect for multiple couples or families, and the primary bedroom closet was plenty big enough to sleep our toddler in the pack and play (and the closet has an AC vent and outlet for sound machine/monitor). The towels felt brand new, there was high quality toilet paper and lots of it (an overlooked detail in many rentals sadly!) and a very well stocked pantry with spices, bags, foil, coffee pods. I don’t remember if it was shown but there is a mini fridge in the bar area that holds a ton of drinks, as well as a garage fridge (though we couldn’t get the fridge portion to work, the freezer was ice cold). The backyard is ideal for pool lounging with the Baja shelf and umbrella, and automatic awnings that provide great shade coverage on the patio throughout the day. I also appreciate that this house is located at the tee box so no worry of being hit by golf balls. The host was super responsive and allowed early check in
