Javier's house is a real haven. We spent 2 nights at 10 and slept very well. The view is absolutely beautiful, the house is clean and the garden is peaceful. Everything was perfect! The communication and instructions were very clear. Thanks again Javier for a great stay!

It's a palace! This grandiose place accommodating six people through three bedrooms offers unique daytime rooms with huge outdoor space, features all amenities one group would need. Despite the age of the place, the installations are modern when it come to room amenities or kitchen. Each room features an air conditioner that can serve as both cooler or heater and a bathroom. We felt so good in there that we rarely felt a need to go out elsewhere. There is a caretakers couple living in the same building who are friendly and helpful but speak Spanish only. Knowing a word or two in Spanish may be handy, although the owners who are very responsive through the Whats-App can take care of directing them if English is your only option. To reach the place, one has to drive through narrow Toledo streets. We had an SUV, but a smaller car would be recommended as we had to close sideview mirrors to get through some very narrow passages. The garage is narrow and long allowing for two smaller cars.

A very enjoyable house. Whether for families, crews, or even work meetings, as was our case. Very comfortable mattresses, nice sheets, spacious bathrooms and powerful showers. Well-built fireplace and barbecue and wonderful pool, with ramp entrance to lie down. The house is very practical and was equipped with all those little things needed to spend a few days. Salt, spices, toilet paper, gel, good dryer, cloths and cleaning supplies, etc. All designed so that you don't miss anything. Enrique, the very friendly host. We loved the house and the truth is that if the photos draw attention, when you arrive it is even better. A 10 for the house and the owners, who solved all our doubts and helped us retrieve a suitcase that we left behind.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in the hills. The place was just as described, very modern, fabulous views, we spent many afternoons at the pool but we also walked up to the station and visited El Escorial and Avila. We had a couple of minor issues and Venessa couldn't have been more helpful. This is the ideal place for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Mercedes is very nice, we only talked to her on arrival and the two days we were there we didn't see her anymore, despite the two houses being next door. The house was very nice, there are some bars and supermarkets nearby and the pool area is nice to be in.

We met a very nice and very nice couple when we arrived, they left us a delicious homemade tiramisu in the fridge and also fresh eggs and a bottle of wine They gave us blackberries and showed us the animals The pool is very nice The house was very clean and very tidy And they recommended places to shop and visit We recommend it 100% for families who want peace and quiet and love animals In addition, Mari Angeles and Jose Antonio were very nice and very pleasant

A spectacular stay, the views of the garden, the pool, a luxury. The house is spacious, comfortable and clean. Filled with kitchenware, utensils, games, amenities, etc.

Beautiful home/estate. All the 5 star reviews on wildlife, privacy, pool, etc. are correct. We had a few quirky issues, but fantastic host addressed immediately. Book with confidence.

The host was extremely nice and accomodating. Our group arrived really late as our day trips had some delay. The host waited for us and communicated well so that the checkin process was completed without any issues. The unit itself is amazing, super large spaces to park, and also having fun times with outdoor swimming pool and BBQ. I think it's a perfect place for large group as that can accomodate at least 12 people if you rent out all the units in the complex. The only tough part is that it's in a gated community, so you will need to coordinate with the host a bit to reach the actual unit itself, but it will be worth it. Lastly, the shower there is amazing.

Comfortable house for 10 people if 4 are children. The restaurant next door makes paper especially in breakfasts and dinners if you want to cook. Half an hour from Puy du Fou, easy to get to. To put a but, the mattresses need a change already but in general everything was very good

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was lovely—quiet and peaceful, perfectly located just far enough from central Madrid to feel relaxed, but still close enough to get into the city quickly by cab, metro or a walk if you’re up for it. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and proactive. The real highlight was the pool and garden—an absolute dream to come back to after a day exploring in the Spanish heat. Highly recommended!

The house, the village and Laura have been 10. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful village and a girl who gives the best recommendations in the world based on your preferences. You feel right at home. We enjoyed a perfect relaxing end. Thank you very much We will be back!

Mar is very sweet, very kind and very welcoming. The house is really very nice, it's bright and warm, very cocooning, you feel good there! The natural setting is peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed a pleasant stay with our dogs who were able to have fun in the large space around the house. A very nice place 30 minutes from Madrid

amazing place... a peaceful, heavenly and above all relaxing break. no noise at night, no light, you wake up to the sound of birds We wanted to visit the surroundings and finally we felt so good that we changed our plans and stayed at the farm to enjoy the setting. we left reluctantly. The accommodation is spacious, pleasant and clean. The hosts are welcoming and available. Alberto recommended a delicious restaurant in the city center. I can only recommend this place and we very much hope to be able to return

Emmanuelle's treatment was nice and straightforward, left no doubt when answering questions. The house is very nice, very clean when we arrive and comfortable (we hallucinate with how well isolated it is, it sleeps very quiet). For us, who were looking for a few days to rest and relax, the place was ideal. We look forward to repeating and everything :)

Miguel has a great place to stay with all kinds of details that make you feel at home. At all times he has been available to solve our doubts, he has been very flexible for both arrival and departure, he has recommended bars, shops, ... and he has even had some welcome details. Without a doubt, if we return to the area, we would stay there again.

Esther's property is extremely welcoming and cute. It felt like arriving in our holiday home away from home. Extremely tidy, super equipped (kitchen with olive oil, herbal tea, salt, spices etc etc) and a nice environment to spend time in. We decided to travel to Candeleda to switch off from the business of the city life and this house was the perfect place to stay. There is not much in the surroundings but the pueblo is really cute and there are many trekking options around to do during the day.

Feliz was super friendly. There was super clear communication at all times and was very adaptable with check-in. The kitchen was clean and nicely equipped. The underfloor was very nice. The distribution of the bathrooms is a little fair for 10 people, since there is a toilet in the living room and two bathrooms with showers inside the two rooms of the house, although enough for a group with confidence. Highly recommended
