A tan sólo dos minutos de la Catedral y a menos de un minuto del río Guadalquivir y la Torre del Oro. Si deseas conocer el famoso barrio de Triana, tan sólo tienes que cruzar su puente y disfrutar del ambiente y sus famosas Tapas. Ideal para los aficionados a las corridas de toros dada la cercanía a la Plaza de toros de la Maestranza. Asimismo, destacar también la cercanía del Teatro de la Maestranza. Ideal para conocer la Semana Santa Sevillana y tan sólo a quince minutos del recinto de la Feria de Abril. El Loft posee un amplio salón diáfano con techos altos y cocina integrada. El Loft se ubica en el barrio del Arenal, barrio tranquilo y de gran tradición, a tan solo tres minutos de la Catedral, con muchos restaurantes y terrazas que harán las delicias de nuestros huéspedes. Entre los edificios más representativos cercanos al Loft se encuentran la plaza de toros de la Maestranza y el teatro del mismo nombre. Se encuentran a dos minutos del rio Guadalquivir, rio de gran importacia para la ciudad y por el que pueden pasear tranquilamente. Aunque dada su ubicación que hace que no sea necesario desplazarse en ningún medio de transporte, al estar en pleno casco histórico, existen a tan sólo un minuto de paseo una parada de bus turístico en el que pueden conocer la ciudad. En la misma parada, tiene la posibilidad de contratar un viaje fluvial por el río Guadalquivir. También existe en la zona una parada de Bluemove, donde puede alquilar un turismo. Para los más deportistas , existen en los alrededores una gran variedad de establecimientos donde puede alquilar bicicletas, patinetes electricos y segways y contratar servicios de guías turísticos. En la zona existe un aparcamiento público donde pueden dejar el coche. Designer Flat on Plaza with Tapas Bars

Our flat has a vibrant, artistic vibe and is located in small building, designed by the famous Sevilla architect Anibel Gonzalez. The building has been renovated to provide modern conveniences like a lift, air conditioning & heating and Wi-Fi. It is one of four apartments in this emblematic building. We love that it is part of the city's rich history! We especially admire its balcony and views onto the plaza, high ceilings, arched windows and beautiful facade. We also like how it is quiet but in a lively neighborhood. A simple three story building with a elevator. There is a wonderful cafe downstairs that we believe has the best breakfast in town. They have great Italian coffee and they make their own breads and cakes. Fabulous extra virgin olive oil too! For afternoon relaxing have some wine and cheese at the low key authentic bar next door. Pepe and I think of each guest as if you were family. We believe that the point of Airbnb is to feel connected to the people of the place you are exploring and to have extra assistance in getting to know the place you are visiting. However, we also respect that each guest is different and some prefer privacy while others may like a bit of company. The apartment is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. Find tapas galore in the nearby square or join the local folk at the Vizcaino Bar for vermouth and mussels. Main tourist sights are a short and enjoyable walk away. We recommend walking or renting a bike but there are buses (C5) and taxis close to the house. We are always happy to call you a taxi at anytime of the day. We also recommend that guests download MyTaxi, Cabify or the Uber App while in Seville. There is a flea market that has taken place every Thursday since the 13th century right at the foot of our apartment. Pretty cool to see. The family that owned the building prior to its renovation were known for the books their sold on Thursdays. We feel like it's Christmas when we wake up in the apartment and see everyone set up outside. The flat is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. El misterioso barrio de Santa Cruz, la Catedral y su Giralda , los jardines del Alcázar, las famosas y renombradas iglesias de Sevilla , todo esto y más te está esperando a tan solo unos minutos caminando de nuestro apartamento. la estación metro de Puerta de Jerez esta a tan solo diez minutos caminando, la Estacion de tren de Santa Justa a tan solo veinte, existen varios parking privados a tan solo cinco minutos caminando desde el apartamento nuestro edifico consta de apartamentos tanto privados como de carácter turístico, te rogamos tengas consideración con el descanso de los demás vecinos , por lo que te comunicamos que esta totalmente prohibido hacer fiesta en el edifico y en el apartamento....el numero máximo de personas en el apartamento se limita a cuatro ....
