Very good stay, impeccable apartment, easy to park and close to the city center, We came across a weekend of high heat and fortunately the apartment was equipped with an air cooler 👍

The accommodation is in the heart of the old town, easy to find. The neighborhood is very quiet, we have always found parking spaces along the Yonne even very late at night. The accommodation is a little atypical, with its beautiful old staircase, fireplace and beams. The rooms are spacious, the living room is cozy and the kitchen is very functional, nothing is missing. There is only one toilet, we knew, but it is true that for 6 adults it is a little tight, two of the three bedrooms are upstairs and going downstairs at night with the floor creaking is risking waking up the others. The accommodation is very clean and consistent with the photos. I recommend this beautiful renovated apartment.

The apartment is really very welcoming, it is fully consistent with the descriptions. It is very well equipped and beautifully decorated. Cremilde is very responsive and very attentive to arriving guests. Very pleasant stay, I recommend it 1000%.

We had a great time at Olivier's place. The apartment is super clean,cozy, and well-equipped. Perfect location. Everything is close by. Olivier's availability and responsiveness made the stay even more enjoyable. It's still better to arrive during the day because the street setup can seem complicated the first time; but once you understand it goes on its own. The city is peaceful, the locals are super welcoming, it's really a great place to stay in the countryside! We will definitely be back!

We spent a few days in Auxerre. The guide offered by Élise is perfect and completed our visit to the tourist office. We'll be back!

Problems: cleaning fees included in the price but the instructions ask us to do the cleaning So, either I paid cleaning fees for nothing, or I cleaned for nothing.

Whouaaaw!!! If kindness and kindness had a first name! That will be Claude!! She is there for any questions, any requests... the accommodation is also perfect! No complaints, unparalleled cleanliness, tidiness, and comfort! If there is a place to rent for a stay on senses ( this is this one😉) located in the city center 10m from the cathedral! Suffice to say that you won't be tired or forced to use a car to get to your activities! No words! Ah so Perfect!

The accommodation is excellent: everything is clean, new and very well maintained. It is ideally located in the center, which allows you to do everything on foot without using the car. The sauna and jacuzzi are also a real plus, perfectly functional and very pleasant to relax after a day of sightseeing. The only negative point is the check-in: we were asked for an extra €15 if we wanted to enter a little before 5 p.m., while the accommodation was already ready. This does not seem normal to us, especially since access is via a programmed electronic door. We were in front of the door 30 minutes early and had to call to find a solution. This type of request should be specified in advance and better justified. Apart from that, we recommend this accommodation for its quality, amenities and ideal location.

Alex is very responsive and thoughtful. The rental is really consistent with the photos on the site. The accommodation is very clean and pleasant, and allows a very nice evening with its spacious spa bath with its powerful jets. The only small remark would be that it is on the edge of the road, but the double glazing makes it possible to greatly reduce the noise, knowing that at night there is not much traffic.
