Beachfront holiday rentals in La Paz

Pradiberto’s place was perfect for our overnight stay in La Paz. It was nice to have secured parking at the house. The main floor has the kitchen, living and dining room with a half bath. Upstairs has a bedroom with its own bathroom and two other bedrooms that share a bathroom which was perfect for our family stay. Close to down, but with our car, it was easy to get to the main promenade and restaurants. Comfortable beds, linens and towels....making our stay enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again! Thanks!!

The place is located near the end of the MALECÓN. Easy to walk to any restaurant. Luis helped us with some recommendations as well. The balcony is perfect for sunsets. The stairwell to the unit is a little narrow and steep, but manageable. Perfect for a couple. Overall a 5 star rating!!!!!

Stephanie was an amazing host. She was quick to answer any questions we had in regards to local grocery, she also kindly restocked and delivered coffee pods for the Nespresso. Condo was centrally located to marinas and restaurants. The rooftop deck was amazing with breathtaking sunset views. We enjoyed our weeks stay and would definitely return.

Wow we were amazed on how beautiful this house was. Pictures doesn’t do justice ! Everything from the view, the rooms, kitchen etc. Definitely want to come back to La Paz and stay here.

We had trouble with our starlink and needed a place with strong WiFi to get some stuff done during the week. Israel’s place was in a great location for us, and had space for us to park our RV. WiFi worked great! The house had everything we needed, and Israel was a wonderful host. Very helpful and responsive, but allowed us our privacy. Thank you so much, Israel!

Estancia del 18 al 25 de Mayo-Aeropuerto a Marina, 18 minutos. Muy rapido. Barco frecuente para cruzar. Llegar con delfines acompanando el barco, de maravilla. Excelente coordinacion entre barco y camioneta para llevarnos al depa.Hay bicicletas de cortesia tambien.Muy bien.Departamento super amplio, hay 3 banos completos (3 duchas,3 wc,1 tina), 3 balcones todos con vista al mar. Increible.Self Check in check out super facil. Personal de transporte, seguridad y restaurante super amable. Albercas amplias, aptos para adultos y ninos. Apuesta del sol muy bonita. Ya me veia regresar seguido. Tenia todo. Pero nunca regresaria :( El desarollo & condo esta invadido de jejenes. Nunca podiamos usar los balcones. La alberca solo se uso 2 veces. Los dias siguientes escapamos a la Paz para no estar atacado por los bugs.Fuimos 4, regresamos todos con el cuerpo, cara, cuello, piernas lastimados de piquetes. Ni el RAID ni otro repelente funcionaba. Personal de ahi se tapan TODO, solo se ven los ojos

Excelente alojamiento, tal cual la descripción y fotos es lo que es y hasta mejor, increíble para pasar un fin de semana en parejas o con familia departamento sumamente limpio y las vistas y zonas perfectas.

Excelente trato me dio Erick, me sentí muy agradable y fue súper flexible para brindarme comodidades sin ningún problema. Me prestó bicicleta, me dejó cambiarme de cuarto por que tuve mucho calor y siempre se mostró con disposición. Después del check out incluso me permitió seguir en el Airbnb hasta que me fuera al aeropuerto, increíble anfitrión!

I have stayed before in the same location, although it was many years ago. When I saw that this condo in the same building was available, I was so happy! It is really a very beautiful spot and Myca's condo was actually one of the very best in the building. Also, the people working there were very kind and helpful. We had a lovely time and felt so at home - so much better than a hotel! I heartily recommend this condo - it is beautiful, in a beautiful spot and worth every penny!

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay! The black sand beach was absolutely beautiful and hardly anyone was there so we had the beach to ourselves a lot of the time. The pool was amazing and the swim up bar was such a plus! The condo is absolutely lovely with beautiful breathtaking views! The beds are super comfy which is definitely a plus. Plenty of room for a small family as well. Everyone there is super friendly. Instructions were clear to get to the condo and its super easy. Great communication! We honestly can't wait to go back again soon!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nea's place! Dolphins and whales jumping in front of you, fantastic! The unit is as described, clean well stocked, we needed nothing. Deck is huge! Liked the bottled water (that staff would deliver, remember to tip). Personal shopper if needed. The pools is nice, 80 in afternoon! Beach is great! Pelicans constantly slamming the surface, baitfish everywhere and I was able to catch fish! Two restaurants beside the Condo. View is unbeatable and food is good. We went to town to eat a few times as well as grabbing prawn etc to make. Went to Malecon for roof views and great food! Prices are similar to Can. Taco stands or markets for epic food at amazing prices! Taco's El Estadio, 4 great fish tacos, ALL the fixings, $9 Can. yes please! This city feels very safe. We were there for Carnaval ( massive 2-3km? of stalls, stages, music food) and didn't know what to expect. Police everywhere! Not oppressive, just present and friendly! Thanks Nea!

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, zona tranquila y cerca del malecón, todo muy limpio y agradable, con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia, lo recomiendo.

Un estancia perfecta con unas vistas hermosas. Liliana muy atenta a todas nuestras preguntas y peticiones. Nos sentimos en casa y ya queremos volver.

Increíble ubicación para ir con toda la familia y desconectarte unos días. El hospedaje muy limpio y el espacio amplio y agusto.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, secure, convenient parking, a block from malecón. Make sure you try Mesquite Grille, two blocks down the street, everything was delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay at Marina’s and can’t wait to return to La Paz!

Such an amazing location and wonderful condo with the best patio I've ever seen! I loved this place and would for sure go back again!

We are very fortunate to find this location.. you have the beach, the pool, and not far from town.. all of the people that work there t complex extremely friendly.. we were supper relaxed and made some new friends … I would definitely go back — maybe never leave😩. Fransico’s communication was ASOME !!!!
