Pet-friendly holiday rentals in La Paternal

Pasamos una gran estadía en familia, el lugar es tal cual se ve en las fotos, está equipado con todo lo que necesita una familia. Fueron flexible con el ingreso y la salida, la comunicación fue excelente. Claro que volveremos y recomendaremos el alojamiento.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, près du transport en commun et des restaurants. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et l'aide de nos hôtes qui ont répondu à nos questions en plus de la terrasse avec le bbq pour se préparer des asados comme les argentins!

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

El alojamiento de Damián es una muy buena opción para viajes en grupos, ubicado en una zona muy linda y estratégica de la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Recomendado.

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

The apartment was very nice and in a great location, about a 15-minute speed walk to Palermo and just two blocks from a Subtle station. There are also several good coffee shops nearby, which was a plus. The gym in the building is a bit run down and mostly has cardio equipment, not much for weights — but I found another gym in the neighborhood that offers day passes, two-week, or monthly options. The host was very responsive and fixed a small issue I had at checkin within an hour, which I really appreciated. Overall, I think it was a great value and I had a really nice stay.

Excellent unit in a beautiful part of the northern suburb. Plenty to do! Loved the area and the place itself. Clean, new and fully equipped. Host was extremely accommodating and gracious. Would definitely recommend !!

Primeira vez em Bueno Aires. Fizemos praticamente tudo a pé,metrô e ônibus e a localização ajudou demais para que isso aconcesse. Perto de tudo. O local é extremamente limpo,agradável e com muito conforto. Roupas de cama extremamente limpas e de qualidade. Voltaremos em breve. Muito obrigado pela estadia. 🙌🙏

I really enjoyed my stay here. For what I paid, it was a very good deal. The common amenities were fantastic. The views were great. Enjoyed the city life all around. Great location. The place had a very nice aesthetic. Some of the furnishings were a little on the cheaper side; however, for what I paid, I cannot complain. It was a fantastic stay. The main center light was a little annoying, however, all the dim accent lights were amazing. Love the place, I would stay here again.

Mari es amorosa. Vine por trabajo, llegué al departamento re tarde, la llamé y respondió para ayudarme. Entré y había un pancito caserito, el departamento impecable, la decoración es hermosa, parece de Pinterest. Volvería!

un lugar muy cómodo con todos los amenitien detalladas en la publicación es una zona con gran variedad de restaurantes y supermercados todos en la misma manzana manzanauna excelente pileta climatizada de gran tamaño para poder nadar un gimnasio competitivo vestuarios cine zona de trabajo con accesos a WiFi lugar altamente recomendable. Pasamos muy bien, éramos 4, y los 2 baños solucionan la estadía. La limpieza muy bien y está muy cerca de la casa de mi hermana que era lo que buscábamos.

Muy buen host, atento a todo. El departamento completamente equipado, tal cual las fotos y bien limpio. El edificio muy tranquilo. Muy recomendable.

Прекрасное просторное жилье , в котором есть все необходимое для семьи с детьми . Особенно нам понравилось наличие полноценной прачечной в квартире и идеальное наполнение кухни ! Мы прожили в этой квартире неделю и возвращаемся в нее ещё на целый месяц . Жильное отлично подходит для длительного проживания .

Amazingly smooth check in with a real live person! The apartment is fantastic – spacious and comfortable while very close to everything you want to see in Palermo

I highly recommend this apartment. It is beautiful and clean, just like in the photos. I spent almost two months there, while studying and getting to know Buenos Aires. The location is great, there is a subway 15 minutes away, lots of cafes, very close to Palermo as well. Karina was truly great. She helped me with everything that I needed and responded immediately. I had a wonderful experience!
