Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in La Paternal

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his house in April and May. He is very attentive, very kind and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. We had a great family stay, the place is as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course, we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

We enjoyed our week at this apartment. The neighborhood has plenty to offer in terms of cafes and sites. The area is clean and safe. Eugenia was very quick to respond and flexible with check in time. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We didn't cook but it appears there is all one might need if they wish to cook. I enjoyed the balcony and tree views and only wish we had more time, and a bit more warmth, to enjoy it. Nights were cool outside and there is a small heater on the main level that keep the apartment fairly comfortable. I'm not sure how it would do in coldest season, however. The only negative were thin walls and noisy neighbors who seemed to live a nocturnal lifestyle, including one loud party well into the early morning. This is nothing Eugenia can control, but be aware, or bring ear plugs.

Beautiful studio in Palermo with an unbeatable view. Perfect for a few days in the city. Great restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Close to the bus tour stop if you are touristing. Angie was responsive and super accommodating.

Very nice apartment. With many details that make it quite warm. For example, he had laundry soap, oil, salt, yerba, coffee, and even a complimentary beer. All the basic things you may need for a comfortable stay. And I love the area, it's a good neighborhood, and it has everything. Impeccable communication, very attentive to everything. Very well located, quiet apartment, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. It is a very functional and very clean apartment. We also enjoyed the terrace.

Excellent mono-environment, fully equipped, good WIFI, building with 24-hour security and first-class amenities. The apartment is on the first floor but it is quite quiet. There are good cafes and restaurants just a few blocks away. 4 blocks from Subway B and several buses on the corner. Agustina responded very quickly to each concern. I recommend it 100% .

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!

Everything was excellent, the apartment as described in the publication, very clean and tidy. Very quiet and nice place. Special mention deserves Angel's treatment, very friendly, attentive and cordial. She was in all the details from the first moment and I always answer all the questions instantly. Very nice and functional apartment with great views of the city. It was nice that the basic things like cooking oil and salt an pepper was in the kitchen to be able to cook the first meal. Micaela was very friendly and available through the whole stay. Would definitely return.
