Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in La Paternal

Rubén fue muy acogedor y servicial durante nuestras dos estancias en su casa en avril y mayo. Es muy atento, muy amable y preocupado por nuestra comodidad. Nos sentimos como en casa. Es muy agradable vivir en este lugar animado, lleno de libros, que ya ha sido habitado. Muy cómodo, en muy buena zona, realmente fue genial. Muchas gracias Rubén

Pasamos una gran estadía en familia, el lugar es tal cual se ve en las fotos, está equipado con todo lo que necesita una familia. Fueron flexible con el ingreso y la salida, la comunicación fue excelente. Claro que volveremos y recomendaremos el alojamiento.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, près du transport en commun et des restaurants. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et l'aide de nos hôtes qui ont répondu à nos questions en plus de la terrasse avec le bbq pour se préparer des asados comme les argentins!

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Muy linda casa, cómodo vivir con niños. Estaba situada cerca del subte, practico! Nos gustó mucho la casa.

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Beautiful studio in Palermo with an unbeatable view. Perfect for a few days in the city. Great restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Close to the bus tour stop if you are touristing. Angie was responsive and super accommodating.

No encantó la estadía en este departamento, muy cómodo para un par de días, check-in muy fácil gracias a Bianca, fue muy amable y nos explicó TODO sobre el departamento, es una excelente persona, muy amable y servicial, siempre atenta y todos responden muy rápido. ¡Gracias! La pasamos genial. Y pudimos jugar, y tocar guitarra con cuerdas invertidas (para zurdos) fue un reto. Hermoso departamento.

We felt very comfortable living in Lucas' AirBnB. The building is beautiful, it's a restored old building which is strikingly beautiful from every angle. The location is great because it's not too noisy, but at the same time it's close to restaurants and many other businesses. When we arrived, the check-in worked out smoothly and the apartment was clean and equipped with everything that we needed. The WiFi also works well.

Muy lindo departamento. Con muchos detalles que lo hacen bastante cálido. Por ejemplo tenía hasta jabón para lavar ropa, aceite, sal, yerba, café, y hasta una cerveza de cortesía. Todas las cosas básicas que podes necesitar para una estadía cómoda. Y la zona me encanta, es bien barrio, y tiene de todo. Comunicación impecable, muy atentos a todo. Gracias, volveré!

Departamento ideal. Ubicación excelente, con parada de buses y subte cerca, lugares para comer, ferias, etc y a su vez tranquilo. Hay supermercados cerca y un kiosco 24hs en la esquina. El departamento en sí muy lindo limpio y cuidado, con una cocina con lo justo y necesario para una estadía agradable. Augusto siempre contestó rápidamente y nos hizo el favor hacer el check in un rato antes Lo recomendamos sin dudas

Genial estancia, el apartamento muy bien, con muchos detalles y buena acogida de Rosario. Estuvo pendiente en todo momento de todo.

El departamento es muy cómodo, y en una zona muy bonita con todo cerca, tiendas, bares, cafeterías. Tiene una zona común con piscina muy bonita para relajarse.

Appartement très bien situé, au calme, avec beaucoup de cafés et restaurants à proximité. C’est un appartement très fonctionnel et très propre. Nous avons aussi bien profité de la terrasse.

Excelente Monoambiente , completamente equipado , buen WIFI , edificio con seguridad las 24hs y amenities de primer nivel . El depto es en el primer piso pero es bastante silencioso . Hay buenos cafés y restaurantes a muy pocas cuadras . A 4 cuadras del Subte B y varios colectivos en la esquina. Agustina respondió muy rápidamente a cada inquietud . Lo recomiendo 100% .

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!

Excelente todo, el departamento tal cual lo describe la publicación, muy limpio y ordenado. Lugar muy tranquilo y agradable. Merece mención especial el trato de Ángel muy amable, atento y cordial. Estuvo en todos los detalles desde el primer momento y siempre contesto todas las inquietudes al instante. Recomiendo!!!! y si volvemos seguro nos volveremos a alojar allí.

Very nice and functional apartment with great views of the city. It was nice that the basic things like cooking oil and salt an pepper was in the kitchen to be able to cook the first meal. Micaela was very friendly and available through the whole stay. Would definitely return.
