The sofa bed will only be built when there is 9 or 10 adult guests in the house. Any other time the bed is requested there will be a charge.

Beautiful ocean views from every room including from the kitchen, spacious terraces(27m2) filled with flowers with stylish furnishings includes dining table. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in every room. Large closets and fully equipped kitchen. Very quiet area, great for families with kids 3 large swimming pools 3 for children and tennis court. Parking. 5 minutes from the beach and good and varied restaurants. In very good condition and careful decor.

The apartment totally matches the photos and description! It is a perfect apartment for a holiday in Mojacar, clean and comfortable. Having a garage is lucky and the pool is fantastic! Everything was great. The kitchen is super full. Recommended, maybe to go down to the leisure area is better by car , the uphill slope is important, although it can be done without problems, with the permission of the heat. But it is very well connected to beaches, leisure.. In short, the apartment is perfect in terms of quality / price and Virginia is a great host.

Great apartment comfortable and had all you needed for a great holiday. Fedo is very helpful and attentive as a host and gave us lots of recommendations of where to eat and places to visit. The apartment is well equipped and the balcony is prefect as you can sit and relax and enjoy the wonderful sea views. There are a few steps up to the apartment. Good value for money.

Great place, confortable and spacious, great balcony. Hosts are great and the location is perfect! Amazing to have long evening dinners looking at the sea on the amazing balcony. Great amenities near by: butcher, fish store, pharmacy and a pharmacy basically next door! Mojacar is beautiful.

We had a wonderful holiday in this perfect apartment, very clean and opposite our favourite beach. Very secure and felt safe. Fruit, milk and water were left and plenty of towels and storage space. We were met off the transfer coach by Glyn and Nancy was waiting in the apartment, very friendly and welcoming hosts. We would definitely like to return next year. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable .

My family and I have been at home ! It has everything you need, what was missing was told to David and immediately brought it to us. The location is in the middle of the mountain five minutes by car to Mojacar playa , necessary vehicle so yes. And communication with david the best ! I was quick to answer . The pool is a pass ! If we return to Mojacar we will stay in his house again.

We had a great vacation in Tess' apartment, my husband, my two children aged 6 and 9 and I. Just like the photos or better. The terrace is fantastic: bigger than it looks, with very good sea views, and with the ideal table for the four of us to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very good awning. Everything was very clean and tidy and very nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you need, very good pans, pots, etc. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is very large and quiet. Like everything in Mojacar, the beach that is not on the first line is uphill, and although it took 5 minutes to walk to the nearest beach, we took the car to go to the beach of Las Ventanicas (3 minutes by car), a very large beach, very good for children. Restaurants are a 5-minute walk away. To go shopping, you need a car: there is a Dia and a Consum nearby. Tess was very attentive throughout the stay. She was also flexible with our departure. Thank you very much Tess! I highly recommend it.
