Lovely studio apartment, ideal for couples, bedroom in loft, living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower. It is situated in a beautiful village called "Tamerici", next to the center of San Teodoro, at 1,5 km from the most beautiful beaches: Isuledda, Cala D 'Ambra, Cinta. Air Conditioning, TV, washing machine, veranda, second outdoor shower. Free parking. The price includes the house rental, water, gas, electricity and final cleaning. There is an additional price for bed linen and towels, if required.

The house is simply fantastic. A beautiful view of the sea and the surroundings. Especially recommended for dog owners. Close to walking distance to a quite beautiful dog beach. But in the low season you can also take the dog to the small neighboring coves. The house had something to offer for all of us. The location to the nearest town San Teodoro is really very convenient. A cute place with lots of restaurants..Silvia is a very nice and eager hostess. We had a very good contact. We will be back.

The location of the house is fantastic. The sea view is currently slightly covered by the shrubs in front of the terrace but the sea is still visible. The amenities in the house are simple but OK. The shower door in the main house gets stuck every now and then. The house is situated in a very quiet complex on the slope. The most beautiful beaches in the region can be reached by car in a short time. There is a very great sandy beach that can be reached on foot in 15 minutes with a great bar that offers delicious food. Within a 10-minute walk you can reach a natural stone beach that is also tip top. We were already on site for the second time and would go back in a heartbeat..
