We had a great stay at the sweet home. The welcome was very pleasant and full of attentions that touched us! The space was spotless and very clean. I felt like I was in a real little warm cocoon! The location is really great, next to the metro to go to the heart of Lyon or a bus just downstairs to get there too! Enough to be comfortable in Lyon without the negative sides of the city. I would highly recommend it A notice about the noise scared me a little before coming because I am a noise-sensitive person, but to my surprise everything was very quiet. No disturbing noises, the residence is also very peaceful. I can assure you that the environment and the setting are both very quiet, even if a road passes by.

What a beautiful apartment. The furnishings and artwork are charming and it has everything we needed. With views across the river to Fouviere, which is lit up at night, it was wonderful. The location is perfect for visiting the old town and an Uber gets you to the main station for daytrips. It's quiet for sleeping yet there are bars downstairs. An excellent supermarket 3 minutes away for all your needs. We didn't meet Emmanuel but he was quick to respond to queries.

Anaïs' welcome and instructions were perfect and in real time, which greatly facilitated my stay. The proximity of the metro was very convenient for me to quickly get to the Lyon Sud faculty. Thank you for everything, I would recommend it.

Xavier is a great host, fast and helpful at responding to our questions and he made the slightly circuitous check-in process very smooth by sending photos that made it easy to manage. The apartment is older (has high ceilings and nice period features). Be prepared for "Les Pentes": this area of Lyon is cool, artsy and bohemian. There is a lot of graffiti everywhere but it's street art, not vandalism! (In fact, right next door to the building is an international school of art and design). I'm so glad we stayed in Les Pentes: so much character (compared to over-touristy vieux Lyon), great restaurants etc. The only problem we had was with the elevator. We were traveling with heavy suitcases and not thrilled to discover the elevator only operates from the first floor (not ground) and the afternoon we arrived wasn't working at all. So be prepared.

We found this beautiful apartment to be very well located, spotless and meeting all of our needs during our stay. Great mattress, lots of towels, a variety of kitchen utensils, dishware and glassware. And there is a dryer! We look forward to returning.

Dark accommodation but with the advantage of not getting too hot! Slept well

a weekend with friends in the lovely and very pleasant apartment of Catherine who is a very responsive and friendly host. Quiet, extremely clean and well-connected, the accommodation is ideal if you want to be away from the crowds and tourists from the center. Its bucolic garden is a plus and you will find all the necessary shops for more autonomy. We'll be back with pleasure!

Very good location near Perrache station. Old Lyon is quickly accessible by bike. Lively local neighborhood with all the amenities (restaurant, bakery, bars, etc.) without the hustle and bustle of the center. The bed was comfortable.

Great, everything was in line with the listing, even the reviews of previous tenants were taken into account, 2 sets of towels, 4 coffee pods, frankly nothing to say, it's really classy, I recommend it 100%!

Clément was a great, responsive host and the apartment itself was a wonderful base of operations for our visit to the greater Lyon area. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals at home, but you have the option to enjoy a wide variety of cuisines within 10 minutes walking distance. To sum up it’s a convenient location with good access to transportation and supplies. The neighborhood has a youthful feel to it, and we felt safe at all times. I would like to add that the beds, linens and towels were all of high-quality, and the water pressure was great!

Great accommodation near Lyon, accessible by transport (bus, tram, etc.). Quiet residence and great and easy to use jacuzzi. We recommend! Thanks to Antoine who is a responsive and very nice host.
