Family-friendly holiday rentals in La Muddizza

Fantastic stay. beautiful view and lovely town with great beaches nearby. loved seeing the wild boars!! hot tub was fantastic also.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

We would really recommend this airbnb. Sandro and his wife are very warm and welcoming people. They provided a map of the area and Sandor made considerable time for us to provide us with tips. Their garden is really lovely with a nice pool and places to sit.

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was perfect for us and the views are outstanding. As it was earlier in the season, the pool and the hot tub were not available but that did not concern us. Communication with Lorenzo and his team was really good and his colleague David cheerfully waited for us even though our flight was 2 hours later than expected and it was 9pm. This villa is not near amenities (shops, restaurants etc) so a car is definitely needed. There are also steps up to the villa and inside it, that may be difficult for people with limited mobility. Overall it was a lovely week for us.

If we could give a score of 10 out of 5, we would do it without hesitation. We couldn't ask for anything more, the accommodation is just perfect. Daniele is so friendly and responsive. Nothing to complain about.

The host was super helpful throughout the stay giving advice on what to visit and how to get around. The house is very nice and well-kept and with everything you need for your vacation. The town is not on the sea but you can easily reach it with a 10-minute drive, it is also in a location that makes it easy to visit different cities by moving a little. In general, highly recommended as accommodation if you want to take a vacation in these areas

We rented the apartment mainly because of the jacuzzi and the view. We weren't disappointed here! It was just a dream to start and end the day in this one. The temperature of the hot tub in April at 20*C air temperature for us was absolutely fine and not too cold for us and the 37*C of the hot tub was kept for several hours. Absolutely positive to mention is the friendly proactive nature of Christian, which definitely makes him a Superhost. His tips on which beaches and restaurants we should visit made this holiday unforgettable, as we were able to visit the breathtaking highlights of the area in a short time! Thanks Christian! A really lovely place to stay. Helpful and friendly and we’re allowed to check in early. Answered any questions we had. Great wildlife and surroundings and so much to do nearby.

The house, the location and the view were beautiful! There are 3 terraces and large windows to the sea side. You can see sunrises and sunsets. The location and atmosphere are great. So you can easily spend a lot of time in the house. The place was quiet and there is a small supermarket 1 km away on foot. Communication with Alessandro was always good and he always responded quickly. If you want to unwind and love a wide view with the sea and sunsets, you've come to the right place!

Wonderful place in an amazing location! Elisabetta was very clear on getting to the place, and so helpful and responsive during the stay. Even gave me golf tips for our outing at Pevero!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Maria was a wonderful host and her cottages were lovely, surrounded by the most stunning, picturesque views. Her communication and response throughout our stay was faultless. She provided local recommendations and things to do, and did not hesitate to keep in touch regarding an air con issue which occurred prior to our stay. We were lucky enough to be hosted in her second cottage whilst the issue was sorted. Both the cottages were clean and spacious, fully equipped and perfect for a relaxing stay. We are very grateful for our stay with Maria and all she did to host us. We will for sure recommend this stay to family and friends.

Angelo and Matteo were amazing hosts! Always available and very helpful. They help us in the Check In. We went with my in-laws and it was spacious, clean and so comfortable the house! The decoration are lovely! It is close to Alghero and Sassari, many things to do around it between boat tours and hiking!

We had a great week at Caterina's place. The view is amazing. The apartment was small but comfortable and efficient. Everything worked well. Caterina and her husband are very pleasant.

We had an amazing time at Francesca’s place. It was such a beautiful home and surroundings, and she had lots of good recommendations for things to do and eat in the area. Would love to come back!

M&G are great hosts. We had a lovely time at the apartment in Capo Falcone. We really felt at home, the covered area and the garden meant we permanently lived outdoors only coming back inside to shower/sleep. There are some great walks , recommend the one to the Torre Falcone (although you need to be fit to go the direct route) and the views to La Pelosa and the islands behind from the apartment and close by are breathtaking. We miss the simplicity of Stintino and Sardinia and we are already planning another 3 weeks in 2026. Thank you for being lovely hosts. Bar close by has snacks and simple meals of high quality at reasonable prices (music and views are great). Shopping in Stintino a 10 min drive away.

Beautiful, very well equipped apartment. The terrace offers plenty of space to eat and relax, great views of the sea and the pool. The outdoor area is also lovingly designed and very well maintained. We felt completely comfortable. Elisabetta gave us valuable tips, thank you again. The location is very convenient for exploring the area.

Beautiful enclave “suburb” of Santa Teresa Gallura. Well located to port excursions and Nuraghi archeological site. Don’t miss the site! Michelin rated restaurants. Killer sunsets. Don’t miss the leeward sandy beach at Capo Testa isthmus. Well done, complete renovation and tastefully furnished unit. Washer, no oven. Maria Lucia was very attentive with advance texts on things to visit; she truly loves Sardinia and you will too! She will help you in anyway possible. Just ask! In return, she only asks to do the recycling and water her thriving plants. Thank you for all your kindnesses.

We had a delightful stay at Elvira's house. It's a beautifully designed house in a quiet spot in the hills with incredible views. It has lots of nice al fresco dining spots, a really nice pool, table tennis, and 4 good sized bedrooms. The sun room near the pool is also great - our kids enjoyed playing in there with the various toys and games that they found. We ended up spending two of our days just at the house all day as we liked it so much. We ended up parking at the bottom of the path for most of the stay as I found it more comfortable than driving up the steep path each time, though we did take our Nissan Juke to the top of the path on the night we arrived. I'm sure plenty of people are happy to park at the top, but you have both options. Elvira was very friendly and welcoming, having met us when we arrived to guide us and give us a tour of the house. We had everything we needed and had a really relaxing and enjoyable week at the house - I'd definitely recommend it to others!

We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

This house is great. The view is amazing and, as an end unit in a complex, it feels very expansive. The pool is lovely and needed for those hot afternoons. All the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The rental staff is very helpful and attentive should any problems occur. We really enjoyed our time here!

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a curious but discreet land hedgehog visited us. Very fresh house inside, a pleasant surprise for the summer that is beginning. Unexpected comfort in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious post-dinner chores. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a spacious and bright dining room. And surprise... free wifi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

Paola‘s house has a breathtaking view from the huge terrace. We loved it very much and enjoyed our stay there immensely. Paola was very kind and helpful. She shared her favorite restaurants and even made the reservations for us. She also was very flexible with the check out, so we could relax a little more on our last day. It was very appreciatated.

One of the top homes we have stayed with AirBnB. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a pieceful and relaxing trip to this region - beautiful home, fantastic swimming pool, and 15-20 minutes drive to great beaches.
