Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Mirada

This unit was clean, well appointed and large enough for a family gathering to celebrate a graduation at Chapman University. The location was ideal although there was a bit of noise from neighbors and the freeway however this offset by the reasonable price for a two bedroom .

Great stay at Maria’s place! It’s a sunny, comfy apartment with ocean breezes. I loved that the bedroom curtains allowed for a dark vibe for sleeping in but also the apartment in general had lots of light and fresh air. Lots to walk to including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. And super convenient to a grocery store. Would love to stay here again!

Alexandra really cared about it our family and made sure everything was convenient and smooth. Traveling with little kids to see family is tough so having someone like Alexandra was super helpful. Plus the place is a gem! It’s close to everything, inside is very clean and has everything you need. The beds were super comfortable!!

We LOVED staying at Wendy’s place. It was exactly how it look in the picture but even better. I love that it had a gated parking lot with a designated parking and the neighborhood was safe. It was easy to get in and out. I would definitely book Wendy’s place again! Communication was amazing too!

We had an amazing trip! Steven was a great host, very responsive and welcoming. The property was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family getaway. One of the biggest highlights was the backyard. There was plenty of space for the kids to run around and play, which was a huge plus for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Pulling into the neighborhood was like a movie- just how you would picture uptown Whittier to be: shops, food, coffee & everything in between that were within distance without needing a car. My family & I got to walk for coffee & snacks, dug up records at local record shops that were equally friendly & memorable. We visited stores that had our collectibles, we found a food hall that had everything as well & the perfect place to run into old friends we hadn’t seen in a while! Now let me tell you about the actual home b/c it was an experience in itself. Coming home to the Briggs house everyday was the space we needed to have our rest & relaxation in between our LA adventures. It accommodated everything we needed to have a comfortable stay- from the common sharing areas, our beds in the rooms, bathrooms & cute little kitchen overseeing the backyard that was also a hangout spot and parking. The home layout & decor was also something to admire & probably my favorite thing :)

This place is amazing! It looks just like the pictures. Everything to the minor details is just like the haunted mansion :) The sound effects, lighting and decor is so authentic and fun! The backyard is nice, big and the jacuzzi is a plus. We had such a memorable time celebrating our daughter’s 24th birthday here and visiting the Disneyland Resort only 15 minutes drive away. We will definitely be back :)

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

We really enjoyed staying here! The waterfalls and garden area that the balcony overlooks were a beautiful surprise. The complex was quiet and Jeffrey checked in each night we stayed to ensure everything was meeting our expectations!

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!

Great spot in the heart of downtown. Loved the rooftop pool. Very convenient location, close to Dodger Stadium (Go Blue!). Host easy to communicate with. Front desk people super cool. Was nice to have parking too. Would stay again. Be sure to read about the history of this building. Super interesting.
