We welcome you to our house located a 15-minute walk from the Le Mans Circuit and its museum, 25 minutes by bus from downtown Le Mans, and 5 minutes from the exhibition center, Salle de l'Oasis. You have a bedroom upstairs, 160 x 200 bed with reserved access to the bathroom. Veranda or kitchen to have your coffee, tea, etc. Private garden and parking, garage for motorcycle. Possibility to charge your vehicle on 3KW wallbox (additional charge) Spoken languages: French, English.

The lavoir du prieuré

In the heart of the Sarthois perch at Sceaux sur Huisne, a town of water in Roman times, behind the church with its distinctive bell tower, is the wash-house of the "Priory Farm". This small building and its basin powered by a spring, are part of a very preserved and green space. A hundred meters below is the remains of the Gallo-Roman baths. The room has been installed in an old washhouse dating from the 15th century, so it is a night "feet in the water" that we offer.

We rent a totally independent space, consisting of 2 bedrooms, a sitting area, in our house in the countryside. Close to Le Mans, the place is ideal for a family with children, a couple of friends, business trips or a stopover on the way to vacation: 10 min from A11 exit, 20 min from 24-hour circuit, 45 min from Laval, 4.5 hours from Calais. Secure parking on the property. You can also enjoy the outdoors - garden terrace - weather permitting.

The nearest entrance is 2 km on foot with the possibility to leave the vehicle parked at home (free parking).

La Demeure with its swimming pool in the heart of Sillé

La Demeure consists of 3 guest rooms in a family home with character on 2 levels in the heart of Sillé le Guillaume, 5 minutes from the train station on foot. Nice and bright room, located in the heart of Sillé-le-Guillaume. With private pool and pool house, (sauna and jacuzzi for an extra charge). This 300 m2 character house has been completely renovated. In the heart of nature, on the GR365, quiet is guaranteed. Within an organic farm, where we raise poultry, and where we grow small red fruits as well as aromatic plants, there are 3 guest rooms, a shared bathroom, upstairs of our house. A separate entrance is reserved for the rooms as well as a small kitchen. Many places in our garden can be shared. Breakfast with local products is included. Meal tray upon request.
