Holiday rentals with a patio in La Matanza de Acentejo

We had a wonderful stay! The host was amazing and even provided a self-made guidebook with great tips on places to eat and visit, which we loved. The space was beautiful and felt like an authentic part of Tenerife. Highly recommend!

A perfect home away from home! We had an amazing 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Tenerife. It was cosy, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed — it truly felt like home. The location is ideal: in a quiet area, yet just a short walk to both the city center and the beach. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with a very nice view of the bay — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Lea was an exceptional host — warm, thoughtful, and attentive to every little detail. From helpful recommendations to small touches in the apartment, her hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tenerife!

We had a great time at this rental located in a village that remained authentic and full of charm. Little pinch in the heart when we left it. Maria José and Ovidi are very attentive and give very good advice. We will praise it for those who want to go to Tenerife in a place away from the concrete and quiet. Small downside we were 6 septuagenarians and we had to pay attention to the many steps. This rental is worth a visit to its construction and minimalist decor but very good tastes. We really enjoyed the island we traveled from coast to coast and the location and quality of the accommodation helped make our vacation very beautiful

We were at Manuel's place for our honeymoon. We especially enjoyed the balcony with a view of the sea and often listened to the waves, which was possible thanks to the quiet environment. The apartment was equipped with all the important things. Manuel was also available at all times and gave us very good recommendations, many of which we tried and were not disappointed. The location is very quiet, the apartment is in a small village, where there are not many walking options to do things or visit restaurants. But we had a rental car and were able to explore the entire island. Manuel's accommodation was then perfect for us to rest and relax on the balcony. Definitely recommended!

The property is very quietly located in a larger complex of La Quinta Spa Hotel in La Quinta 10min from Puerto de la Cruz. It was a little tricky to find the right entrance, but the search was worth it because the apartment is super modern, newly equipped and clean with sea views. Perfect for letting your mind wander. You can use the hotel's pools for cooling off and there is a Lidl just 3 minutes away by car. A car is definitely an advantage here, so you can reach all excursion destinations such as the Teide National Park, The Anaga Mountains, the Masca Gorge or the sunny south within about 45-60 minutes. We felt very comfortable here.

Pleasant and comfortable. We only stayed one night to be close to the stadium and the truth is that it was the best. Victoria also left us a courtesy breakfast tray. Excellent.

The apartment was exactly as in the photos and with several areas for living (one table looking at the sea, another to lie down…). The house was absolutely beautiful, yes, it was accessed by a window that could not be closed from the outside, so it gave us some insecurity but nothing happened, so we are delighted and if we come back we will repeat 😊 I had even inviting sun cream, a hit!

First time to Tenerife! Property was beautiful and just as described. Walkable area with tons to do and many restaurants! Balcony space is large. Accommodation was well stocked. Only criticism is that towels/linens did not smell super clean. Property was otherwise clean.

Dear Andrés and Natasha, Thank you for making this dream house by the sea available to guests. For us, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever had. It's a true gem, beautifully decorated and boasts high rooms with an exciting layout. It is right by the sea and easy to find. The various terraces and window fronts were amazing. For example, we were able to watch our children from the lower seating area in the sun lounger while playing on the beach. All rooms are very inspiring and the constant sound of the waves made us sleep very relaxed. The view from the living room and upper bedroom is unique and very romantic. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Under these circumstances, it wasn't a bad thing that the wifi went down a few times. We had the most amazing time at Casa Mina and will definitely come back. Cristina is the best host you can imagine and such a nice human being. We're glad that we got to meet her and Aurora, who takes care of the Casitas, in person. The Casita is very thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything you need. It really is a nice place to come back to every day. Cooking in the large kitchen, sunbathing and having breakfast in the patio and the huge beautiful bathroom are all a plus. The bed is very comfortable. We also enjoyed the many recommendations from Cristina, which we didn't expect. The whole village of San Juan de la Rambla is very charming and the northern / green side of Tenerife is great for hiking and cultural experiences, which is what we've been looking for. Our family loved this house ! The view is stunning, and our boys were particularly delighted with the ping pong table and baby-foot. Angelica was very helpful and flexible. Thanks very much for our stay !

We've just finished our stay at the property and it was perfect. We wanted somewhere to relax for the week in beautiful surroundings and it ticked that box and more! The house itself is gorgeous and has everything you'd need for your stay, including a juicer which meant we got to have fresh OJ every morning, with oranges bought down the road. The pool and hot tub in particular were amazing with fantastic views down the valley.

The accommodation was really very nicely spacious and located in the green. Those who like it quiet are in good hands here. The host Antonio Domingo was very helpful and nice. He even gave us firewood for the fireplace. We'd definitely come back.

We really enjoyed the stay. The accommodation has everything you need. Lots of storage, plenty of blankets and a super-equipped kitchen. The fantastic view of the sea, as well as the hiking trails in the area, are worth mentioning. All in all, we felt very comfortable.

We had a wonderful weekend stay and felt right at home in the villa. It was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—nicely tucked away from the busy tourist areas in the south, which made for a peaceful and relaxing environment. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in comfort.

Bea’s place has a wonderful outside area with the most scenic view of the water and cliffs. This is a great place to stay if you want to see the area, relax on the patio or hike some beautiful trails. We loved the entire condo and appreciated the welcome bottle of wine, assorted fruits and cookies! We would definitely return again.

The room was stylish and clean as pictured.The host was friendly and I had no problems.The sea was right in front of us, and it was very beautiful to see the sunset from the window.There was also plenty of parking space, so I didn't have any trouble.I want to stay the next time I come.

We had a great stay in Maya's apartment. Everything was tastefully decorated. The terrace is very large, very pleasant and the view is magnificent. Parking space in a well-secured garage. Access is very easy and the instructions are very clear. Everything is thought out so that the stay goes well. Access to the beach and the very nice 70's is easy. We really recommend it. We would sincerely like to come back. The place is ideally located for visiting the Teide Park and the cities of La Laguna and Santa Cruz. It is close to Reina Sofia Airport but we do not hear or see any planes. When you arrive at the end of the day it is therefore perfect. Maya is responsive and welcoming. She is committed to her guests having a great stay and it is successful.

We stayed for a week at Easter at Luis's apartment, as a family with 2 teenagers. The apartment is very well decorated , functional, with washing machine, dryer , dishwasher and 2 coffee machines, even a fridge in the double room. The view of the ocean is magnificent. Two TVs , a Netflix subscription available , and plenty of storage . We had a lovely relaxing time and close to bars, supermarkets . No complaints! Thank you also Luis for the attention , water and wine to welcome us, as well as clear and precise instructions.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment is very cozy, quiet, with a very comfortable terrace for breakfast. The location is good, there is easy parking nearby and Javier has been a very good host. Friendly, attentive and willing to help with everything we needed. Highly recommended.
