Pet-friendly holiday rentals in La Malbaie

We had a great time. There are many activities in the surrounding area: visit Île-aux-Coudres (30 min.), hike to Mont du Lac des Cygnes (30 min.) and shopping in the town of Baie-St-Paul (10 min.). The beds were very comfortable. The common area is very bright and the small balcony is well oriented to enjoy the sun. A small point to improve is that we would have liked the grass surrounding the outdoor fireplace to be cut as it was long and did not make us want to go there. The description of the chalet accurately reflects what is there. We recommend this cottage!

This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

We loved our stay at Lise’s space. Plenty of room and in a quiet neighborhood. Located away from the busy city area yet a very short and inexpensive uber ride into the heart of the city. We even walked back a couple of times in the evening it was close enough. Highly recommended staying here.

We spent the week off at Chalet Natur 22 and it was a perfect environment for our family of 4! The Charlevoix massif is a 20-minute drive, hiking trails surrounding the chalet and the beautiful environment of Charlevoix delighted us! The cottage itself is very cozy, well thought out, bright and warm. The kitchen is SUPER well equipped. Claudia is an exceptional host, as is this beautiful cottage of which we will keep great memories!

A delightful mix of old house (hand-hewn beams and squared-off logs for walls) with new renovations (modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean, etc.). The neighborhood is not particularly beautiful, but we were looking for proximity to the Mont St. Anne xc ski trails and this home is perfectly located for that, along with a small grocery store and gas station a couple hundred meters away. It is both cozy and comfortable, and we will gladly come back again, potentially with other family friends as the house has three apartments and would easily house a large number of people. A lovely place to enjoy peaceful time with family or friends! We stayed in early June, and the neighborhood was beautifully green and picturesque. The home offers a stunning view of the hills and is tucked away in a quiet, private area. It was clean and well-equipped with almost all the amenities we needed. Marie was very helpful and responsive, which made our stay even more comfortable. Conveniently located about 30 minutes from Old Quebec and Parc national de la Jacques-Cartier, we had the chance to explore both the city and the national park. Highly recommended!

Pavillon 1 was nothing short of magical. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River. The modern cabin's thoughtful design seamlessly blends with its natural surroundings. Scandinavian-inspired interiors, heated concrete floors, and a fully equipped kitchen let you prepare meals using local ingredients. The location is perfect—secluded enough for total peace yet just 15 minutes from La Malbaie. Other local attractions are an easy drive away. This cabin in an architectural gem was the ideal base for a winter escape. It is a must-stay for anyone seeking to experience the raw beauty of Quebec's winter landscape in elegant comfort.

This was my first time visiting Lac-Beauport in the summer — I had only experienced it in the winter before — and it was absolutely stunning! The place was even more beautiful than expected: spotless, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly peaceful. Everything was perfectly clean and well-prepared for our stay. We felt right at home the moment we arrived. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Clean space as described within walking distance to all Quebec City attractions. Parking spot is small so we opted to leave the car in the garage and take Ubers or walk to the Old City. I think overall good value compared to staying in a hotel, however be aware there is a homeless shelter one block away where a number of homeless people are milling about on the sidewalk so walking home at night from the wrong direction was a little sketchy. Not a problem for four adults but not ideal if traveling with small children in my opinion.

We had an amazing stay here! The room was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly and always happy to help. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet at night. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city

Very nice location. The house was spotless and extremely well-equipped. The host left us a couple of nice gifts which were much appreciated. We will recommend this place to our friends and would stay again if we return to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Forgerie. The location in the middle of the forest was so beautiful and very quiet. We had small problems with mosquitoes, despite good mosquito repellent on windows and door. The Forgerie was very clean and tidy.

A little gem! We rented this apartment for a kayaking class on the beach just opposite, ideal location for small holidays e.g. with family. Hyper clean, well-equipped, comfortable and well-decorated :)

We spent 3 nights at Renée's chalet-house. The view was beautiful and the central location on the island is perfect. The house is not too small and not too big, it is fully equipped to cook good meals. We loved the brightness (lots of windows and two patio doors) as well as the large balcony and fireplace. We will surely come back for another walking adventure with the Quebec association in Compostela! Thank you , we had a lovely weekend that is starting well in May...

My colleagues and I had a very pleasant stay at Sonia's. The loft was impeccably clean and exactly as shown in the photo. The open space and large windows were very popular. We would return without hesitation!

Our hosts and their place was excellent. If you mountain bike you need to stay here and see what Quebec has to offer. All the people we met were very friendly. Everything was very well thought out. Having the bike hooks under the deck was super convenient and kept bikes totally dry when it rained outside.
